My husband and I went to pick up our medications from CVS, Callahan. Well, the girls name is SHELBY. She is very rude. Has no professional approach at all. She has the worst customer service. She cut you try to talk to her. You can't ask her a question because will interrupt you. Very very very rude upon approach. Very poor customer service.

The pharmacy department has the worst customer service of any establishment that I have ever been too! Seriously, If I could leave a 0 star review then I would. And it's not just me either. I have lived in Callahan for 40 plus years now and I know most everyone. With that being said almost every one that I know has had some sort of issue with the employees lack of common decency, rudeness and unprofessionalism at the Callahan CVS. Its not all CVS's either, most are pretty decent to deal with and are very knowledgeable and friendly for the most part. I haven't had any issues with any of the other locations near Jacksonville, FL and I have been to almost all of them for one reason or another. There is a right and wrong way to treat people and to do things. What they do isn't right, not at all! I cannot believe CVS allows them to continue to treat customers the way they do. But they do, just read the most recent reviews...

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Worst pharmacy customer service. Waited all day on pain medication that I desperately needed after a surgery this morning. First they told me they never received Rx. I had to have my Doctor call twice. Finally, at 4:50pm after two trips up there and multiple calls tell us they don’t have it in stock. This could have been relayed to the Doctor or myself much earlier.We will be switching all our Rx to WalgreensAlso, never anyone up front to check you out anyway! Good grief!

Worst customer service! Older guy manager is so rude and very unhelpful.Then his employees followed suite once he set the example.Instead of helping, he made the situation way worse and then escalated it to a level it didn’t need to be by talking to customers in a very unprofessional, irritated way! When they finally get upset back, he then tells them to leave. It wasn’t just me, I witnessed him taking to an older gentleman like this while I was standing in line waiting for help.I won’t ever go back in that store!

I dropped a UPS package off with $150 worth of electronics in it. The lady that took my package was busy stocking a shelf and waved me over where she took my package, set it beside her and told me to have a nice day. No scan, no drop off ticket.A week later my package never arrives. I use the tracking number and see that it was never scanned after i dropped it off at CVS. Meaning, it never left the store.I spoke with a manager who seemed annoyed with my problem and was incredibly unhelpful. He didnt even bother to look and see if it was laying around somewhere. Nobody looked. He then preceded to tell me that CVS is not responsible for UPS packages in any way at all. When i showed him on my phone that the label was never scanned he, amd the associates assured me that UPS drivers dont always scan all the packages. While this maybe true, in a week the label had not been scanned at all. Meaning that it never left the store. I was told there was absolutley nothing they could do and i would need to call UPS. UPS informed me that since the label has never been scanned that there was nothing they could do, and that it looked like it was never picked up.This has resulted in me having to re-purchase the $150 worth of electronics with absolutley no way to be reimbursed. Thanks CVS!Also, their minute clinic accepts insurance that their pharmacy does not. So if youre ever seen at the minute clinic be sure any medications you need filled you have sent to a pharmacy that you know accepts your insurance.

Pharmacist who gives shots in the afternoon is very rude. Wouldn't give my 4 year old the shot in the leg and said it had to be in the arm. Won't be going back for vaccinations. Also, isn't it a little early for Christmas.

Veterans stay away. Would not take veterans status into account and charged $46.59 for 3 pills. I will never fill another prescription with CVS. People working there were friendly and nice, which is why I give them 2 stars. but I’m done with CVS

Incompetent pharmacist. Messed up my script 2 months in a row. Rude. Unhelpful. Trying to transfer to a different pharmacy but, its been over 48hours now that they waited for CVS to transfer. I have contacted the BBB and my doctor to inform them of their negligence.

Young guy Pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional, I have been a cvs customer for over 18 years and switched all my business to Walgreens just now. Very judgmental and unprofessional. Tried to tell me I can’t fill a prescription at this location bc I don’t live beside it, I have used this location for many, many, many years bc it is halfway between my house in Atlantic beach and my boyfriends out in Blackshear GA. Disappointed in how this pharmacy treats long standing customers.

I wouldn't give a 1. Shame on you CVS for allowing customers to feel disrespected. Multiple occasions this store manager and Jonie have treated me poorly. I try to use coupons that are folded once and they aren't accepted. I try to read the check coupon and kindly inform them the coupons can't be ran through a check machine. I feel as if this CVS is taking advantage of people living in a rural location.

11/18/2017 Approximately 8:40 PM - The WORST customer serve I have experienced in a very long time! Shift supervisor "Brenda" was not only unhelpful, but rude.I "attempted" to place a curbside order for my sister, who was sitting in curbside with a newborn (who was recently released from "TWO" hospital visit tonight). My order would not process, even after the verification text. I called to get assistance... what a joke! I have never...The young lady that answers the phone (Elizabeth) is kind enough but needs direction from her supervisor, Brenda. Brenda states that my order will not process because it is after 8PM. I surely would not have asked my sister to stop at this location had I read that policy anywhere while placing my order. She states it is for "safety reasons".At this point in time the "supervisor" who now knows my sister is out at curbside waiting for my help with over the counter meds, the same "supervisor" who has lied to me about curbside hours and refused to assist me with my order... is the very same "supervisor" that walk OUTSIDE to my sister and rudely questions her about her being parked in the curbside parking space!! Really? What about "Safety"?!As my sister attempts to explain to this very rude worker, Brenda (which does not go well)... Brenda basically tells my sister I have lied to her about placing an order for curbside and states that she looked it up and there was nothing there (mind you, I was having issues and the order kept reading "Processing..." but wouldn't fully process. Hence, the reason I called for assistance!)Nevertheless, Walgreens was able to assist me, saving me a long late night trip to Georgia. More importantly, gave my sister piece of mind knowing she had everything she needed for her baby! Baby has relief!!BTW: I have attached a copy of the text link that I was having issues with.

CVS has met all of my needs. The pharmacy staff, particularly Nikki have been most helpful and courteous each time I come in. CVS has a winning combination of service and product selection that will insure my patronage for many years to come.

I have lived in Callahan for four years and every single time that I have gone to this location, the staff is always incredibly rude! The pharmacy staff are the worst! They literally act like they have the worst job in the world and your presence is the most inconvenient thing that could ever happen to them. I have worked in the medical field and would never dream of treating my patients in such manner.

I absolutely love this store !!!! It's honestly my second home 😩😩 The people there are really friendly and welcoming ! I literally stop going to Walgreens because of all the young kids they hire and started going here because of the older mature women here knows how to make their customers feel good even when I am having a bad day simple conversation from one of the women brightens my day . Would spend my money anywhere else in Callahan!!!!!

The store itself is very clean, however the pharmacy staff was not helpful. The first of the year my insurance changed and I can no longer use my local pharmacy Walgreens which carries my medication. After trying several other pharmacies, I drove 30 minutes out of my way to try and find a pharmacy that carried my medication because each pharmacy I tried said they were out of my medication. I spoke with Alexis, who informed me that they did not have my medication either. Medication is a very private matter and I have never felt embarrassed or ashamed of the medication I am prescribed. Alexis told me the reason they did not have my medication is that not a lot of people take it and that the pharmacy goes on supply and demand which indicated to me my buisness was not welcome or that they would not make any attempt to take me on as a customer. The reason I drove out of my way to that location is because my local CVS also did not have any in stock because so many people take it, which is also what I was told at my local Walmart. Along with embarrassing me she accused me of filling another prescription at the CVS near my home which my doctor had called in for me. I will never go back to this location due to the way I was treated by the staff. Alexis never went to a computer to check and see if my medication was in stock after she saw my medication was called in to a different CVS location. I feel like her attitude towards me was based on my medication, which was frustrating and embarrassing as medical issues are a private matter, and you should never be made to feel ashamed of the medication which you have been prescribed by your doctor by a pharmacy. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, out of all the pharmacies I went to, I left this location feeling horrible because of the way I was treated because of the medication I am prescribed. This should never ever happen, you should never be made to feel embarrassed or ashamed of your medication by a pharmacy.

Was sent here for a simple DOT physical. The examiner is extremely incompetent. I’m on a certain medication (not a narcotic) for 4 years now and it has never been a issue with the past 3 DOT physicals that I have had. This examiner made me take a form to my Dr in Yulee and have it signed by my DR . Easier said then done, after making 2 trips from home in Hilliard over to Yulee , then to callahan and back home I just might get my Physical.

Restroom at CVS and this location is always dirty the prices are high exceedingly her but the store itself is fairly nice the staff are always helpful and respectful even in the pharmacy usually I don’t like the pharmacy services because they seem to want to target people who have to get certain meds they give them a hard time needlessly
