Took our 12 yr old Goldendoodle here for several multi-night stays while we spent 3 months enjoying central FL, and he absolutely loved it there!! Knowing how much he enjoys the water, Gordie loved his “splash and play” time. He was well cared for, the facility is clean, the staff is friendly, he got a complimentary bath if he stayed two nights, and most importantly our dog didn’t mind going back!!!We also used their groomer, and she did a great job too!!

We've had our pup Veishea here several times and the staff has always been wonderful. Last visit was this spring and they took our baby in with just an hours notice as we had to fly back to the Midwest for my father's funeral. They sent several pictures of her while we were gone to let us know she was doing well. I can't say enough how nice it was to know our fur baby was in good hands and we didn't have to worry with everything else that was going on.

Simply Amazing!!! That is all I have to say. We have three small dogs and were going out of town for 5 days. The team took awesome care of our little babies. We got regular photos sent to us, our big boy got a swim and they had regular play time. The dogs loved it and so did we.

Took my dog there for years 8-10 approx. They took good care of my dog. The level of service is not what it was when they started. However, Covid has caused many business's to struggle with this.

My 3 dogs entered due to an accident i had. My vet recommended tjem & had no choice. A senior teacup poodle, a yorkie puppy amd my older chata.hound.My catahound mix never came home as he passed away in their care after not sending him to my vet; my yorkie is so wired and won't allow touching of anykind and jim & my lil poodle were never even brushed plus their collars & leasjes were kept. I've never been so disappointed with their lack of care for my angels. I'm still working to overcome the emotional damage done.

I have used Just Like home a couple of times now once in 2015 for my elderly poodle and I recently boarded 3 little dogs for a week while I went to England. Amanda kept me up to date on what my 3 little terrors (Yorkie's) were up to with pictures and messages. I love this facility, it is clean, staff are friendly, they truly care about their boarders, and I know they had a blast. They even got a bath when coming back home. I wouldn't trust any one else with boarding, I wanted my 3 terrors to feel like they were at home, and they did feel it was, Just Like Home.

Just picked my dog up from a weekend out of town and he was left in his harness and he chewed through it and owner/manager refuses to take responsibility. When this is the second time it's happened at this location. Have had other issues with them not cleaning him before pickup and when we picked him up he's had spots he itched himself until he was raw. Before this time they always tried correcting their mistake but refuse this time and say it didn't happen. Just a heads up if you leave your animal there take photos of the things you leave with your dog right before you leave them there for proof. Because if you do not they will blame you.

Thanks to Just Like Home Pet Hotel for not taking care of my dog while we were gone! When I dropped him off there on the 24th, he was fine! No marks or anything. We were gone for a whole two & a half days. When I picked him up on the 26th, his face was all messed up! Keep in mind he has stayed at the hotel before & we had no problems. They had no answers for me when we asked what happened to our dogs face! The most they could say was "he may have been sticking his nose through the fence." Okay so why didn't you fix the problem? Why didn't you call me when you noticed his face was messed up? But besides the point, I left my dog with them to be cared for & safe. When I picked him up he should have looked the same as when I left him. When they noticed these marks popping up on his face, the least they could have done was given me a phone call to notify me of this situation! I received nothing so excuse me for being completely shocked when I picked him up & he looked like this. I took him there, trusting these people to make sure he was taken care of! I signed papers stating that i would pay bills up to $2,000 if he needed medical attention that they could take him to a vet, with the okay for the vet to do what he needed to. He should have been taken to a vet when they noticed it getting worse. But instead they left him like this. So when I picked him up & noticed it was getting worse, I took him to the vet. They had to shave one of the spots on the top of his head. He's now being treated for hot spots. He needed to go to the vet while they had him. if they would've taken him when they noticed this, it wouldn't be as bad as it is. The problem could probably be solved by now! I'm furious on why they didn't care for my dog like they should have. & some people may think i'm overreacting but my dog is like my kid. If you took your kid to daycare & he was fine but picked him up looking like this, chances are you wouldn't take him back there & you'd be furious too. So the next time my dog needs to be at a doggy daycare, he will be at an actual vets office. I would strongly suggest this for anyone else that has to put their pets in daycares that way you know they'll be in great hands to be cared for. Thanks for nothing Just Like Home Pet Hotel! This wouldn't have happened if he would've been somewhere like home.🙃

My dog was left in the room almost the entire time of her stay. She wasn’t taken out properly, which caused her to leave with a UTI and urinary crystals.

Any vet will tell you it is not good to over vaccinate your pet. They require some vacations to be done every 6 moinths even for lap dogs that are not often outside. Tbey are creating policies that are dangerous for your pet. We take our dogs to a vet annually for rabies vaccine and fecal checks to get prescription fot heartworm and flea prrvinatives. However we get our 10 ad 1 and the nasel boarditela at Tactor supply. We take photos of the shots and receipts and give these vaccines at home. This record is fine for our kennel in Indiana but not here. They are either calling you a liar or saying Tractor supply vaccines are inferior. Neither are true.

Great place to have your pet visit if you are on vacation. Wonderful staff, clean accommodations. They have a rescue cat named Hero who greets everyone who visits.

Called today at 2:47 pm and they said a spot was available. They said they were going to send the paperwork to my email, but never did. So, I drove there to complete the paperwork at which time they told me they didn’t have any openings. I know they said first come first served, but a curtesy call / email telling they they sold out would have been professional.

Your pet will not want to leave after their stay. There is a pool and a play room. They have groomers on site. You can book a room for your pet that has a t.v. Book early for holidays. Will diffently be staying again.
