If I could give negative stars, I would. I stopped at this Walgreens to deposit $400 into my capital one bank account. The gentleman at the cash register scanned my barcode, took my money, had the manager “approve it” and gave me a receipt that did not look like any other receipt I have gotten when I have deposited money before AND I did not get an instant response (which I normally do). When I asked about why the manager was incredibly rude, almost laughing at me and then refused to give me her name/business card so I could document my experience. Truly an unreal customer service experience. It happened on Sunday 11/26 around 10am. I will never go back into that store…ever. Worst experience ever. I’m still appalled.

Miss. Deb at the pharmacy was awesome! Very patient with me as we figured out my insurance so I can get my covid booster and flu shot. She was very helpful with the customers. I appreciate her and everything she had done for me ❤️

I just want to say how great the pharmacy is. It has been my go to pharmacy for a few years since I have lived here. The staff is always nice, accommodating and helpful including the pharmacy staff. I always see them so patient and eager to do the extra to help disabled and elderly customers.

The pharmacy staff in Trolley is so kind and accommodating. Always on time and they treat me more like a personal friend than just another customer. They really are special. Thank you for taking such good care of my needs and the personalized attention you give unconditionally with every visit.

About the worst pharmacy in Wilmington I've been to. The staff is perfunctory, and they keep reducing the hours so that most working people have little time to actually pick up prescriptions. Don't ever plan on needing a prescription on the weekend or after 6pm - you'll be out of luck.

I jump through soo many hoops with my insurance company to make sure meticulous paperwork is kept, when theres a single, easily fixable error, on said paperwork, it delays me needed medication. This medication keeps me from having a stroke, fainting spells, panic/anxiety, para schizo disorder. And it seems whenever I myself try to rectify small paperpork mishaps. I draw the attention of head pharmacist who makes discretionary decisions based on my treatment without any kind of medical history pertaining to me. I have lost my temper on site one time, It will not happen again, but I feel I'm looked upon as some sort of manipulator when in fact I'm just an.al about my medication and prefer to pick everything up in 1 day, not 4 days spread accross a week.

I always hit this Walgreens. Everyone is polite and helpful. It's nice to have a second option for quick things (instead of going to the super gross Acme that is within eyesight of this spot.)
