This store needs better employees, because the staff isn't very customer friendly. The cashier can hardly speak up for the customer to understand them. I highly don't recommend this location

Would give 0 stars if I could. Biggest waste of time I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. If you want to keep your time and sanity, I suggest you find another pharmacy. Have been going here for years with no issue, but noticed staff has changed recently and service has gone absolutely down hill. Since staff has changed, I have literally been unable to get my monthly prescription. This past month, I have had to get several new prescriptions and prior authorizations at the pharmacists requests. Today I went back with the the prescription exactly the way they asked. Initially, they told me there was no issue. However, the person taking care of me left because their shift ended and I got handed off to the incompetent pharmacist. I waited an hour and a half for him to tell me there is an insurance issue, which is not true because I called my insurance company to check. The best part is, after all of this, I asked for my physical prescription back and they could not find it.Nothing about my medicine has changed, but now with new staff all of a sudden there are tons of issues and I can’t get my meds. I got specific prescriptions and prior authorizations at the pharmacists request, but every time I did what he asked I got another excuse for why I can’t get my prescription. The pharmacist is the most incompetent excuse for a pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. Wasted so much of my time there that I will never get back. He is playing with peoples lives and should honestly be nowhere near a pharmacy ever again. Walgreens should fire this man.

Yes this pharmacy is open unlike Market Street but the lines are ridiculous!!! They were hiring for pharmacy, I've applied so I guess they don't need people that bad but the line is barley moving.

This pharmacy is awful. Brandon is doing his best but there are so many patients they can’t keep up. They need more pharmacy techs and two pharmacists on duty, especially during busy times.

on hold now with pharmacy as a doctor waiting to call in a Rx for a patient - 9 minutes and waiting. in the middle someone picked up and said hold, and re-started the hold music. unacceptable!

This pharmacy has gone down hill. The pharmacists lack serious customer service. They socialize in the back while we wait hours, sometimes a whole day before prescriptions are filled. The store is filthy. Most of the pharmacists are rude. I already called the manager to complain, and nothing changed. I plan on changing my pharmacy to another Walgreens or just another pharmacy all together. It’s sad. I chose this one a couple of years ago because of the level of service. It used to be awesome. Now it’s garbage.. ghetto! A huge disappointment.

I waited over an hour for meds. They forgot about me but quickly got my meds filled after they figured out that I was waiting for nothing. The lady was very apologetic and kind.The real problem was when I went to the front to get cigarettes. Nobody was behind the check out counter. There was a young lady by the photo section talking to the security guard. A younger man that I hadn't seen there before.The young lady didn't just walk behind the counter but instead said "You need help "With just an incredibly indignant voice.Like I was a bother to her.Just really not a good visit. I changed pharmacies to there because the trolley square location is absolutely deplorable.Sad but those are the closest ones within walking distance.

The male pharmacist with the dirty hair is beyond rude. I go to the doctor once a month and get my prescriptions and I have never had a problem filling them until now with this guy. He was beyond nasty to me today. I went to the doctor as I always do and when it was time to get my prescription filled he told me he could not fill it because it was to early. I explained to him that I was given a partial fill and I picked the rest up on Monday. He told me it must have been the other pharmacist because he would never do that. I reassured him that it was him because he gave me trouble for paying cash with my prescription. He told me he would have to check his security cameras. I told him to check them and he would see me there. He then told me that he still would not fill my prescription. He made me feel like scum, dirt, and trash! I have never ever been made to feel that way! I asked for the manager of the pharmacy name because she is extremely nice, but he has no manners and does not care how he treats the customers! I will never ever use this pharmacy again! I advise anyone that thinks of choosing this pharmacy to rethink if you see this nasty haired pharmacist behind the counter. He will not treat you the way you should be treated. At the end I was given my prescription back and am now trying another pharmacy.

Horrible service and incompetent performance on a simple prescription fill. Store where scripts were sent closed suddenly for unknown and unexplained reasons. They were unable to transfer my scripts to another location. After complaining to their corporate offices, I was able to pick up one of the two scripts sent to another location, but they had no record of the other script. Both are critical to my health, this happened on a Thursday, it is now Friday my doctor is not available today, so I will be without a necessary medication until at least Monday. They are looking at a law suit should I have any health issue related to this unfilled script. This is the second time something like this happened there. Find any other pharmacy but Walgreens or you will regret it and suffer like I am.

Trolley Square's largest pharmacy, but this does not equate to quality of service. The store is large and can likely meet all of your standard care needs, but the customer service here is abysmal; it once took me over an hour to fill a basic prescription, and >90% of that time was spend waiting to be called back to the counter to collect my order

I did on-line order and curbside pick-up. Good system for ordering and paying. Was ready as promised. I pulled into space, notified on my cell phone & order was brought out in less than 5 minutes.

Went in to fill my orders for couldn’t find them told me to come back in an hour came back three hours later only two were filled could not find the other two orders had to call pharmacy that I usually go to and get the order numbers. Nonprofessional no customer service and got frustrated with me when I demand The orders to be filled

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Do not use this pharmacy or Walgreen's if you have a choice. It's unfortunate that some elderly people are forced to use this Walgreen's based on the location and closeness to Luther Towers. Its actually insane, I sit there in the line at the pharmacy frequently hearing people complaining, and the employee's say "you are right, this Walgreens is horrible and needs help very bad". Someone DO something about this place, and give this place a makeover, this is nuts.

I waited in line for almost an hour to fill 2 medications earlier today. I was told they would be ready by 4 and just finished waiting in line and at the counter for another 30 minutes to be informed that not only was my medication not ready, but they only had 1 being filled.

Just want to say that during these trying times of COVID with long lines and short staff that Brendon the Pharmacist went the extra mile to help me get my medication. He truly went above and beyond to help me out and it was greatly appreciated.

Bad experience. Tier 1 clerk was rude and unknowledgable. Refused to attempt to process a western union transaction from the register. Manager was polite but the culture and training is off. Another business where employee ego supercedes customer service. Other walgreens have processed my transactions without issue.

Racists and untrained. there was an incident where the police was call on a black woman and because of my friend being the only other black person in the store one of the employees there told the police they were together. my friend was there to pick up her sick son meds and she had never seen the woman before. later it was proven that they were not together. this is an experience that no one should go through because of the color of there skin.

I went into the store on my lunch break to pick up an item on 11/1/2012.....I walked up to the counter and there was a young lady in front of me being waited on and the cashier completed the sale and walked away from the register. Well I thought she is checking on something or getting something....after waiting for about 4 - 5 minutes and finally looking around the corner to see her with a group of ladies putting things on the shelf...and when she seen me look around the corner, another young told another young lady in another section of the store that she had a customer waiting....THAT WAS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The cashier asked me how many of the other cashiers walked past me before calling her to help me ... when she was helping another customer in the store.........REALLY????

It took 45 minute wait to pick up prescriptions. Staff at pharmacy getting into long conversations instead of processing customers. Unbelievably disorganized operation. Step up your game Union Street Walgreens because Trolley Square wins every time. I'll have to head there next time.

The pharmacy has severely gone down hill since new manager took over! Total disorganization, long waits & bad customer service! Raj is awesome & fortunately still there, but a lot of turnover from the staff they had. It’s disappointing.

my girlfriend tried to load a chime card for$200 it was never put on she even showed the receipt to the manager ! so this walgreens kept her money! She keeps getting the run around on getting her money back! I don't recommend going to this store Someone made out $200 in their pocket !
