Quick, convenient very clean and sanitized location compared to their old location. Prices seem to be inline with Petsmart bird food. So I would recommend shopping here. Just make sure your brakes are in good working order, as you are going down a steep hill, when all of a sudden, the driveway is there, boom!!

Great selection of lawn and garden supplies. They carry regular and organic insecticides and herbicides. All sorts of tools, seeds, feeders, birdhouses, mulch, fertilizers, etc. Not a big store but if they don't have it you probably don't need it.Some items are a little pricey, most things are average price.The service is wonderful and I rarely have to wait in line at the register.

I went and stated my specific needs. I was clear that I needed a seed for a heat tolerant, full sun, fescue overseed that was somewhat drought tolerant. We discussed a few seed options and the salesman recommended a blend he thought would do well. Well shame on me for not reading the bag. I figured why would they steer me wrong. It wasn't until after my seed was thrown down and project completed that I discovered the blend I was sold was 60% rye! That was not what I asked for at all! Rye won't do well in Delaware summers without a ton of water. Let this be a lesson I guess, to me, to read every label and be weary of recommendations.

Best price for black oil sunflower seed, fast turnover means it’s always fresh. We’ve not ever gotten a buggy bag. Knowledge, helpful & polite staff. The shop cat is also friendly. Great selection of bird feeders. They give coupons after every transaction too!

We stoped in at the store to support small business guys because I’m a small business guy myself. When I get there I park upfront of the store to put couple bags of top soil and there was one person in the store two cashiers. One was ringing up a customer and one was stocking a shelf and made me feel like I was stealing but I was actually supporting there business. This Is poor customer service. It was more about attitude , I felt not appreciated. In these times when customers are hard to come by you would think somebody would have a better awareness and appreciation. Just a saying I know you get more with honey then you do with vinegar.

I travel from the South, near Delaware Park, because they have a good selection and I can purchase 50 lb bags of shelled sunflower seeds ...no waste and goes a long way. Also carry snow melt products and garden supplies. Great staff.

I've been coming here every year since I bought my (1st) house in 1994 (and at that time, put in a new yard - front and back) they have always been very helpful. I went there today and saw (and talked to) a new face - Aaron Myers (had to call afterwards to get his full name) about specifically putting down a weed killer. I was VERY impressed with Aaron's knowledge and wanting to help me. It's not too often (in fact - never) that you get this kind of help at those large 'chain' stores (sometimes I think they get that ID from (their help) being chained up in the backroom). . . it's simply hard to find help and when you do, the salesperson usually doesn't have the requisite knowledge. Not only was I impress with Aaron's help but to have that much knowledge (not only about weed killers but fertilizer, lime application, etc.) seemingly at such a young age was truly refreshing! Arron, keep up the great work! You simply can't go wrong with Score Seed.

Stopped in at score seed to buy rock salt a day before the storm and they had nothing in stock, the floor looked pretty empty. I drove down to 1st state seed in newark they had calcium and the rock salt I needed, the employees were friendly and the store was well stocked
