I took my newly rescued cat to get bathed and groomed. I Spoke to someone at the Salon several times prior to the appointment about the bath and groom and asked if it would be a problem and I was assured it would not. The bath was my primary purpose of the appointment. His ears were cleaned, nails cut and he was brushed. The service I received was appropriately priced but they would not bathe him and just said it was not the right time. I now have to take him somewhere else to receive the service I really needed and waited 2 weeks for.

These ladies are absolutely wonderful! They take their time with each dog parent to get a feel for what their dog is like. My dog actually smells like sunshine! Thanks 😊

Beth is so awesome!! We were able to get an appointment super quick! Their prices are very reasonable and my two dogs were very happy after their long due spa day. It is a small shop. We used to go all the way to Petco at Christiana mall. Not anymore!! We have found our new groomer!! Thank you so much Fluff Pet Salon!!!

Our stubborn old girl cat is very prone to matting and doesn't let us brush her, so she occasionally needs a trim. This is our first experience with Fluff and we couldn't be happier! They had flexible availability, were incredibly sweet throughout the entire process, and were able to get our cat in and out quickly.Not many groomers are keen on handling cats, especially ones that aren't always thrilled about the experience. They clearly treated our girl with care and compassion.While I always hope we can manage our cat's fur ourselves, it's such a comfort to know Fluff is right down the road.

Will not return here the lady started off nice but then begin to be nasty, wouldn't cut my puppy right or trim her nails right like she did the first time. I told her that she did it right the first time what happened. Ever since then nasty. The last time I took my puppy there she was so scared when I picked her up I said something is not right. I took her home and my wife noticed she had razor cuts on her head, back and chest, won't be going back there not sure who is this guy that works there now but no good. Horrible!!!! The only reason I gave a 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to post but it should be 0 stars!!!

I took my three medium and long-haired cats to Fluff just to be thoroughly brushed because they refuse to let me do it. I don’t know what magic dust Beth used, but she had no problems with the cats at all! On another occasion, one of the cats had a large, nasty mat on her back. I was pretty sure it would have to be cut out, but Beth managed to get it out without cutting. Again, magic dust! I found the pricing to be very reasonable and the customer service to be fantastic! Beth is super sweet and has a calm, tranquil aura; that is probably an ingredient in her magic dust!

I will never return to this business.I called and was told that I could come up to have my dogs nails done .I arrive,The owner pops her head out of the door, to yell, very RUDELYI'm too busy. I'm not taking him.I replied. Why was I told to come?Her reply wasI'm not doing it !! Again with much anger?? Then turned and locked her door.Her display of temperament along with no manners is very unprofessional to say the least ....and very undeserving of her treatment. If she treats people this way, I'd be very concerned for my animalsI give 0 stars.....UnprofessionalNo mannersMay benefit from Psych help...

My dog is a lab hound mix 5 years old and hes still a big clown, so he is all over the place when nails are being trimmed .This place is great they put him in a harness lift And trim his nails quickly and efficiently with no chaos.

Fluff is the BEST pet salon around. My wife takes our two dogs to Fluff each month. Our one dog is a 14 year old Maltese who PetSmart said they did not want to groom any longer as she displays signs of dementia. Our baby is loved and cared for at Fluff and gets the grooming that she needs each month with no issues. Of course our Frenchie is also loved at Fluff, but we are so happy with how the owner handles elderly pets. I would not trust anyone else but the ladies here at Fluff to take care of my pets and leave them looking and smelling great after their visit.

Fluff pet salon is a great place to take your pets. The staff does a wonderful job, treats the animals with compassion and respect & are very friendly to their client's. I feel very safe taking my doggie to Fluff!

I have a very finicky cat does not like to be brush (long hair.). He’s the kind of cat if he comes to you it’s OK .And during the winner of last year. He was stuck in the snow storm. Beth took them under her wing and made him look so handsome.. The shop is clean , personnel is great. And now I take all my animals.

I run LnF Dog Rescue which is a foster based dog rescue & I've been taking ALL my dogs to Beth when they arrive from KY. Most of these dogs have lived outside chained up their entire lives so they are often filthy & usually need a least two baths the first time & they go back in a few weeks. When I come back to pick them up they are all pretty, smell great & NOT stressed out.Beth is always super friendly to me & all the dogs. She's very kind & gentle with the dogs --who again have seldom even had a bath in their lives.You can always tell if you have a good groomer if when you bring the dogs back they just walk in with no fear.Highly recommend Beth the owner of Fluff Pet Salon, Claymont DE

My doodle suffered extensive razor burns with open wounds in several spots after being groomed at Fluff. Cannot believe the groomer was unaware of this Injury when it occurred. Still dealing with his injuries 5 days post-grooming. Would not recommend this groomer.Spoke to Beth regarding this issue. She was responsive and concerned, but it doesn’t change the situation. I really wish I was comfortable having him groomed at Fluff again because Beth is a nice person and everything else about Fluff is positive, but due to the extent of his skin injuries, I will not use Fluff again.

Buster smelled so good when I picked him up, his coat looked great! His ears were nice and clean and I love that they used a grinder on his nails. Will definitely be back. 🐕

Always a great groom! They always take special care of my older dogs as it is very stressful for my older dogs to be out of the house as often as thr younger dogs.

Popped in moth my puppy to get her pedicure and I was so surprised that my dog was not nervous. She just sat there and let her grind her black nails. Almost made an appointment for a complete grooming. I give the 4 🐕‍ 🐕‍ 🐕‍ 🐕‍

They did not provide a good trim for my poodle. The hair but was very uneven. They also cut her nail too close and cut into her quick. I would not recommend any one to use their grooming service.

I have been taking my dog here since March 2019. It used to be a great place. Overtime I noticed my dog came back with cuts and nips.Im.not sure if the management has changed but these guys are unprofessional and rude.

We made a appointment. And when we got there she told us that it was next month. And that we was the one lien and wrong. I know you said the 29 of April it was right on my Google calendar so will not be using some one who calls me a lier
