This has got to be the worst store I have ever been in, in my life!!!!! The people who work there are more occupied listening to music blasting in the store with foul language. When you ask for help they start speaking in Spanish and won’t help you ever tho there are three people sitting behind the counter eating food or talking on there phones!! They are extremely rude to the customers even tho I haven’t had an altercation with them I have experienced many times altercations with customers and the staff there. Almost every time I have witnessed the customer being in the right and the store employee (women) cussing out the customer!!! This place should be shut down!! It is a bad bad place and Family Dollar should be ashamed.. I hope corporate reads this review and does something about this Disgraceful place!!! This review is also coming from a buisness owner!!! The owner of this store should have his head checked to hire people like this!! Avoid this place at all costs you will be glad you did!!!!!!!!

The customer service was one of the best ive received in a while. Dayna was so helpful and especially with it being the holidays and what not. Service like this is very rare now in day and I thank her!

This store is a piece of💩and might as well close down I'm tired of arriving at the store well before close and seeing a boarded up door with a paper sign that looks like a small childwrote store closed on it. I actually give this store zero stars you should honor the hours you have posted they had another sign underneath about being closed on two other days last week trash 🗑️

They lock the stores at random hours during the day and hide behind the counters. There isn’t any store hours posted on the locations door but online it states their hours of operations. It’s never opened on time either. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Half the store is still in boxes with no products on the shelves.

Now this store needs a lil “shaping”..I’ve been visiting this store for over 10 years n they just can’t get rite n there..There has never been proper management..There is no diversity at all..The Hispanics took over the whole establishment..U feel uncomfortable being followed around the store with them talking their language if ur a person of color..They have no customer service skills at all..I don’t know when the last time I was greeted,,upon entering and exiting the store..The most conversation u may get is when they let u know they’re out of bags..Each employee takes turns on an around the clock cigarette break..I’m guaranteed to see a chain smoker outside when I pull up,,then hurries back n the store when they see a person of color coming,,leaving that toxic nicotine n the air for u to smell upon entering..We definitely need to go back to seeing different smiling faces of people who enjoy working with the public..They need Stephanie back!!

Note: The location is wrong in the Google information, it is NOT in the Elizabethan Shopping Mall, it's a few doors down from it in the Canby Park Shopping Center. It's next to Welfare (about 2 to 3 doors down from the shopping mall). The other reviews are right too, they do close earlier than they are supposed to but a lot of stores over in that area do in part due to high crime. They should change their hours due to it but corporate won't allow it I think. Management will curse you out over stupid things. Bad customer service usually. Last I checked, they do not accept checks due to a busted machine which has been busted for years. The remodel was nice, but apparently, there was a fire over there last night in the store from what I've heard. I wonder if they took short cuts in the remodel.

Young lady at the register was rude and on her phone the entire time. Bagged my items and left them on her side of the counter so I had to reach behind the register and struggle to get all of my bags as she watched and texted. Also the freezers were blowing hot air onto the food in the coolers and spoiling the food.

This has got to be the rudest, unprofessional, and dirtiest dollar store I have ever been to. The employees act like they don't understand English and they don't do anything except listen to music on their phones and ignore customer's that need help and when they finally do help you they give you the wrong information. They really need to clear out this whole location and hire a full new staff
