Unfortunately, today Monday, January 22 at 6:10 I received very rude customer service from a elderly lady with short blonde hair. Now I know it’s dollar tree and I’m not expecting the best service but a simple hello or the courtesy of acknowledging a customer when checking out or mentioning the total is part of their job. i purchased a few things and everything was just stuffed into one bag overflowing..

This location was well stocked and promptly opened another register ince the checkout line free. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed because the Wyler's Lemonade and Pink Lemonade packets were out of stock. Instead there were a variety of other packets including other flavored Wyler's, Skittles, and Hawaiian Punch. There were cars with inventory to the back of the store partially blocking the end aisle area. I would recommend this location.

💖This DOLLAR TREE STORE is SOOOOO GOOD!! CLEAN!! TIDY! Wonderful & Helpful Employees!! Great Selection of Items to buy!🎉 Today I sure did! Quality Holiday items and Household needs!🤔 So now items are $1.25 each? Well, NO PROBLEM!! There's been No price increase in decades.I can't blame them. A person STILL gets EXCELLENT Bargains!! If I need cut back an item or two, well that's what I do to stay on my 📝Budget. Same items at other Stores would be higher priced easily. The Employees at this Store were very personable and helpful! I really appreciate that! You know it takes HARD-WORKING Employees to keep any DOLLAR Store NEAT/ TIDY/CLEAN/ORGANIZED. 🏆😀👍👍I will say it ALSO takes DECENT, CARING & RESPECTFUL😌 Customers to help KEEP it that way!! Disgusted 😱 at people leaving perishable foods, for Example: In the HARDWARE or Beauty section?! Seriously!!Give it to a Staff or put it BACK where it Belongs YOURSELF!! That MONEY WASTED 💸and HIGHER Prices for us all when this happens!!It takes TEAM WORK - Customers & Employees to work to keep a Dollar Store, NICE and the kind everyone WANTS to Shop at!!( Yes I'm a former Dollar Store Employee and Regular Shopper😀)

They have a great selection and I prefer to go to this location specifically even though there is one just two blocks away. And the staff is friendly and usually helpful.One downside is they are a long way off of being tidy which makes it a little difficult to find things.It kind of seems that they put more importance on putting out new merchandise but not cleaning up as they go along.

A recent Saturday morning tripto Bj's and stopped by the Dollar tree. I couldn't wait to get out of there. One female employee had some kind of screaming music playing on her speaker phone. The male cashier didn't speak a word. Not a hello, or thank you. I wouldn't expect a have a nice day... There do many dollar tree stores around I will shop at another.

I'm giving this store 3 stars.. it's not the best Dollar Tree but it's not the worst either. I've seen worse. It's kinda disorganized, messy, and could be cleaner. They do have a decent amount of party supplies, craft materials, they could use more seasonal stuff, outdoor lawn stuff, gift bags, containers, and always out of helium, or never have balloons that I want in stock. Other than that it's a quick pick me up on candy, storage bags, and good for the little ones.

Dollar Tree is great. They have so much and the fact that it's only one dollar is mind-blowing. I am able to get everyday things and snack for only $1.00. The lines at this particular Dollar Tree move fast and the employees are courteous.

Store is always very messy, can't tell if they have certain things in stock or not because nothing is EVER organized. Cashiers talk amongst each other about things that are not work appropriate in front of customers or they are on their cell phones.

Not the best Dollar Tree I've been in. Boxes all over the floor, hard to navigate the aisles, but no one stocking shelves. Shelves empty and disorganized. One cashier with 10 people in line. The place needs a better leader.

The helium is always out and the cashier wasn't at all apathetic which isn't the end of the world but isn't that part of their job as a CSR? The least she could've done was say a polite sorry instead of not saying a word for the rest of the transaction.

The store usually has the items available (not running out of everything). It is clean as well. No public rest room. The employees are usually friendly, but hard pressed to find an employee to help you out on the floor when you are shopping & have a question. Usually only one register is open & there's usually a few people in line to checkout.

This location is pretty small and has a lot of merchandise. So sometimes there's almost no space on the Iles. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good prices and dollar general (made in china) quality.

Of all of the dollars stores the one in Elsmere De has got to be the slopiest nasty store there is. I usually walk with a cane and there are always boxes and stuff ALL over the floor. Very hazzardest. Seems there is not enough people working to take care of restocking.

Great place for everything under a dollar! Picked up wrapping paper for Christmas, nice wall calendars (no need to pay $10-$15 each), buy all my pens there, love to just wander and look at the stuff.

This one isn't bad. The curb appeal isn't that good & the inside is eh, but the workers aren't trashy which is a big plus. The store is usually stocked pretty good also.

I have shopped at this store for over 10 years and today is the first time I ever saw the manager sweeping the floor the cashier was very nice her name was Rosa I can't remember the name of the managers she was little girl but it was a pleasure to be in that store today and it was very clean

I go to two different Dollar Trees. One on Newport Gap Pike and one on Kirkwood HY. Kirkwood is the better one -- more up to date. There's no reason to pay three prices for something that may be even the same brand name.

Huh, which one? I have been to three in two days: on Silverside Road in North Wilmington, on Kirkwood Highway by BJ's and in Newark by Natural Foods. Each store had something different that proved to be "just the thing!"

What a dump! Was there a few days ago and it looked like an earthquake hit. Worst dollar tree I’ve ever been in, plus the employees are as miserable as the store looks. I may go back and take pictures, that’s how unbelievable the mess is.
