Had lunch here with my wife and my son and overall it was an enjoyable experience. My son got a massive crab cake sandwich that was as big as his head. My wife ordered the mozzarella sticks and a chicken ceaser wrap which she really liked. I ordered the crazy greek fries which were very good. The only reason this place received 4 stars from me was the grilled ruben deluxe sandwich I ordered was very bland I didn't enjoy it at all but other than that it was a very nice establishment to sit down for lunch. I'll definitely go back but only to try some other options on the menu.

My office frequently orders door dash from here, as we are right down the street. Today i decided to order with them. I ordered creamed chipped beef and potatoes. In the instruction box, I requested my potatoes to be fried hard and placed in a separate container. I have issues with my food touching. I’m not okay. So my order comes. The toast is stacked with a thin layer of creamed chipped beef. Along side it is my potatoes with a thin layer on top as well. So my potatoes are now in the trash because i cannot eat them. And there is not enough gravy to cover the toast. So I paid almost $11 for two pieces of toast with light gravy as that’s all i could eat. Not a very satisfied customer. This location use to be awesome. I frequented this location as a child and into my adulthood. Not sure where the ball was dropped, but customer requests should be taken seriously. I will not chance ordering from here again.

A very nice family style Diner. The food was good and served hot. They menu gave lots of choices. Ate both breakfast and dinner there. Service was a little slow, but that could have been because of the timing. I will definitely recommend this Diner.Parking: If you like, scapple, and have never tried deep-fried scapple, you need to try theirs deep- fried scrapple.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcomed

My partner and I love diners! We always try to stop at at least 3 or 4 whenever we are traveling to different states. This might be my favorite diner of all time! The food was great, the atmosphere was charming and the service exceptional. Our server Kelly was amazing. She is such a gem! We went in a Sunday afternoon for lunch, and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars around!

Usually I love this place but today I am very frustrated with them. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches one with bacon and one with sausage both with well done eggs I pick up the food drive all the way to work only to find egg yoke oozing all over the bag. I call them ask them to remake my order drive all the way back to pick it up. I take the bag drive back to work only to find out they screwed my order up yet again. I just called them and they hung up on me. This time we have two sausage and egg sandwiches with NO cheese. So very disappointed I hate sausage now im stuck with egg on bread that I paid 8$ for. If I ever order again I will check my food before I leave the building.

Stopped by for dinner one night after searching around for good local family diners in and around Newark and Wilmington Delaware. Glad to have found this place. Have returned here 4 times since. The place offers a friendly, homely and cosy dining experience and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Enjoyed the chicken croquettes, chicken steak, wings, salad and plenty of other things. I am pretty sure you won’t be disappointed. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

Very disorganized staff. Stood at front for about 5 minutes before anyone was acknowledged (myself and probably 5 others). Two employees had to decide who was going to be our host(ess). When they figured it out, the host took me to my table and said "I've got the breakfast menu here for you. Is that okay?" Umm… it's like 1pm, dude. No, it's not okay. An older guy likes to just come out of the kitchen and stand, staring at customers like a stalker (not like a typical manager would do). One woman asked another if she wanted help and the second woman said "I'M BUSY!", but refused help. Salad was swimming in dressing. Lunch entree (pastichio) wasn't bad. A little different than what I'm used to, but that's why I ordered it. The set of silverware across the table from me had not been washed properly. Still had something on them. The flap on the sugar jar thing for coffee doesn't close, so at night, their bugs (I'd be willing to bet they have bugs) probably have a blast in there. Biggest problem was the bread that the server brought me. Underneath the bread, inside the coffee filter with the bread, was someone else's balled up straw wrappers! Like I started to butter my bread and saw it and thought to myself "I don't remember putting my straw wrapper in there." Nope, mine was still on the table. If it wasn't for someone else's dirty dish being used for my food, I'd probably give this place 3 stars.

I had breakfast. The eggs over easy were perfect. The gravy was flavorful, but the biscuits underneath the gravy were too stodgy. More baking powder needed! Service is always great.Parking: I have never found it difficult to find a parking spot.

Let me tell you something the waitress was incredibly nice but the food was not it. My friends ordered pasta and a wrap with salad while I got a lasagna and somehow their food (yes even the salad) was swimming in grease. My lasagna was bad that I couldn’t even eat it after 3 bites. If you’re gonna eat there don’t for the love of god get the lasagna!!!

the waitress (Heather) was super sweet, knew exactly how to make sure I had what I needed without hovering. the food came quickly and was delicious.it's a very cute diner - very good family vibes.what put it over the top was when a doordash driver came in to pick up and the gentleman (Tom?) offered him a water because he had to go back out in the heat. so sweet! I've never heard of any restaurant doing that.
