Super helpful staff. My dog had an upset stomach and the vet recommended some food/diet supplements and modifications. I called concord pet and luckily the manager answered and helped me select some frozen chicken meal they have great success with along with a Probiotic powder to mix in. With a couple cans of organic pumpkin. They even offer a 10% military/law enforcement discount!Highly recommend

Got lotion for my dogs Hotspot which worked great! The only small problem I found is that alot of the items are a bit pricey but they have a great selection and lots of healthy alternative treats, foods and meds.

Best pet store!! Every one I have been in, has always been a great experience. The workers are always friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I was in the Graylyn Crest store and I apologize for not knowing her name but the young woman who helped me find formula and kitten food was amazing. She was obviously busy but took the time to find out about the kitten and spent about 10 minutes answering my many questions and recommended what I should get. I won't go to any other pet store!!

These people are so so so sweet and kind. My dog is big and he pulls, walking him was impossible and I was so frustrated and when I went into concord pets they fit him with his harness, let me try it out, and really took the time to make sure we found the right fit. Now our walks are so much more fun and stress free. I cannot say enough good things- support your local pet store!!!

Outstanding service. I went in, I have a fractured wrist, I have a brace on but needed a 35lb bag of dog food. Not only did the gentleman assist me but also put the bag in my truck. While the wonderful ladies signed me up on the advantage plan and I was Still paying for my order. They were friendly and helpful! Very professional!!

Great place for pet supplies. They carry a good selection of small sized portions of Hill's, Purina Pro & Royal Canon for our small dog. Friendly, helpful staff.

Edited ReviewI originally left a bad review, and improved it a couple times as I went back. They have earned four stars. They have been very attentive and very friendly in recent visits. I'm glad I went back.2 of the 3 employees were being occupied by a salesman, who should have known to let them take care of their customers. I waited a bit, they saw several of us backed up in line, but just kept smarming. If your customer isn't your priority, then I'm not necessary.Edited: I recently went back, and everything went well (no salesmen monopolizing employees!). I'll add a star and try them again another time.

Concord Pets is A well-stocked reasonably priced pet store with just about everything you will need for dogs cats or even fish. Everything I've purchased there has been Fair priced and of good quality. I would certainly recommend it to anybody in the Delaware Valley who owns a pet. They also have a cat litter program that gives you a free bag for every 10 or so which is convenient if you have multiple cats like I unfortunately do.

Will not shop at Concord Pet ever again. Need to switch my dog's food and looked online to check prices. Concord Pet was listed at the best price of $58 for a 30 lb. bag. Go to my local store and it's priced at $67. Showed the girl the price listed on their website and all I got was "well it's not that price here." So obviously they're doing a bait and switch type scam.

Everyone was so friendly! One of the employees took my heavy items right to my trunk (28 pound of kitty litter and a huge bag of dry cat food!!!!) Defidently recommend this place of establishment (and they wiped every basket and shopping cart after each use!)

This place is by far the worst concord pet store I have ever been in. I enjoy all of the concord pet stores and used to find this one very convenient (because my bank, cleaners and starbucks is right there) until the cashier called me b**** because she was having a bad day. Well that was the managers excuse for her. Sarah (the manager) didn't even make her apologize nor did she try to compensate me in any way. She just brushed off her behavior as if it was no biggie deal. When I told her I wasn't coming back there unless that girl was fired. Sarah's answer was, call ahead before you come, I will tell her to go to the back while you shop. Terrible manager, terrible store.
