This acne is okay but for some reason for the longest time whenever they do their daily they never have numbers for people to take and some people start jumping in line in front of people. It's the holidays and they still don't have this fixed yet. And to make it worse they are shorthanded I only have two people working. It's just a bad look and I hope they fix this soon.

They rip people off. Bought a beef chuck roast to make a beef stew. Net weight said 2.05lbs. When I placed on my digital scale it read 1lb 6oz. I feel totally ripped off

The store manager here is an awful person he abuses the staff. Everyone here is helpful and nice besides Joe and Donna the store directors are just an awful people to be around condensing and abusive to the staff. avoid this acme go to the others go to the kirkwood location. The only thing good is the Starbucks otherwise avoid this store. Sorry for the broken English just thus store has pissed me off

A little over a year ago Glenn (chatty fella) was gracious enough to purchase my groceries after my card had malfunctioned.Fast forward 1 year — Connor is overseeing the self-checkout area. I was short of funds for $2.97. He came to assist so I asked him if I could take something off. He said, "Don't worry. I got it."These are the type of men/people we need in this world.Thank you both. Good work.

The pricing is never correct. I've noticed this as a trend in Acme stores where they have something marked on sale and then you reach the counter and the price is different. This time when it happened, I noticed after I made the purchase and had to go to the counter. The customer service rep was not friendly or very attentive but they got it done. It's just frustrating to have to do that every time. At this point, I have stopped going. It's much better and cheaper to go to Aldi's or Lidl's.

This review is for the staff behind the delicatessen counter I stood there with two workers behind the counter for 10 mins. Neither one of them acknowledge me, and they continue to do things behind the counter without acknowledging me. If they were busy, the least they could’ve said hi and I will be with you in a minute but instead, no eye contact nothing very rude and unprofessional. And going forward I will buy my lunch meats elsewhere. they seem to be a little racist that’s just my opinion

I have been coming to this Acme since I was born. The staff is always so friendly and the products are averaged priced. I like that they switch out inventory for seasons and holidays. I was pleasantly surprised that they had pink pineapple today. I got one and it’s delicious!

This is definitely one of the more immense ACME locations in Delaware. The whole store is essentially FULL of food. Whatever you want, they’ve got it: milk, bread, eggs...they pretty much have everything here.

This store is somewhat dated and needs to be renovated. Long lines at check out and shopping carts scattered throughout the parking lot and into the streets. Selection is limited. My preference is to go to the Lantana Square Shopping Center. Customers service is much better there. Better selection and good quality overall. I wish they could revamp their store at the Pike Creek Shopping Center.

Acme bakery in Pike creek has out done themselves again.! They went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday cake. This was the Best Brookie ( Brownie/ cookie cake ) Ever. Thanks again!

The quality of fish is not good. I have bought it and also my neighbor and it was smelly bad. It seems to be hit or miss with quality of fresh products. It also takes me far too long to shop on line and prices are higher and you pay for delivery on top of that. Being handicapped it's better not to go to the store to shop, but the people who shop for you are not reliable and do not follow the instructions given. The delivery people don't either. I've paid the fee but don't use the service anymore because they are not reliable shoppers and the cost is not worth my time and effort.

Store recently went through an inside makeover and it has made a big difference inside. It's very open when you walk in now with plenty of room to move around and the rearranging of the bakery and deli gives so much more space to browse the products. Store is clean and well stocked and other than getting used to new locations for items I shop for it's a very pleasant experience.

Hurry that experience in the store. I needed assistance with locating an item in the produce department and I asked three individuals. One individual pointed at another group of people and said that they were the ones that can help me and when I asked them, they advise that they could not help me. They wanted me to go to a set of double doors in the deli and see if I could find someone there and this is where I was just at trying to get help. I asked if they could go and locate someone and they advise that they could not. The individuals I was dealing with did not have name tags on. I asked for names and they identified as Cole and Austinf. I have an expectation for someone to help me when they are available. I realize that this may not have been their department but I do feel that they should have provided customer service and attempted to help me especially after I told them that I was sent to them to ask for help locating something within the produce department. Because of this interaction, I refused to continue to shop and visited another store. I'm not going to allow this one interaction to keep me from shopping at acme. However, it definitely will influence my decisions when shopping for groceries.

I had an amazing experience this morning at acme on limestone road. I am visiting family from out of town and I’m not very familiar with the set up of the store but that didn’t matter at all because the staff went above and beyond helping me. Bob from the meat department helped me find the Thomas’s bagels and even cut fresh pork loin for me to make carnitas. He made this experience very positive and memorable. The store itself was well stocked and clean. I will definitely be coming back here every-time I come to visit!

Stopped late in the afternoon for seafood. Got some shrimp and two tuna steaks. Really good stuff, kids loved the shrimp. Put the tuna steaks under the broiler in toaster over 12 minutes, about medium rare.

This acme used to be the best. Boy how things have changed. The people who work there are rude and downright lazy. Every time I go there, EVERY register is closed and you are forced to ring up your own cart full of groceries while the staff stand around talking and ignoring the customers. The deli is closed way to early and most of the time so is the customer service desk. I went on a Saturday mid day and the deli was closed with a hand written sign saying "on break". 30 minutes later, still closed. I understand some products are hard to get due to covid but the shelves of this acme are always empty and when you go to another acme they have everything that you need. And God forbid you ask for assistance with anything. The staff treat you as an inconvenience. I'm not sure who is running this place, but corporate needs to take a good hard look at what this acme has turned into. Until then, we will take our business elsewhere.

Update: Nothing really here to talk about just put the sticker on the side of the bag with the deli in it and not over the zip lock opening, problem solved.I need to know why the deli counter folds the bag over and the puts the sticker on the bag over the zip lock slide. It just doesn't work this way, either you rip the bag getting it open or it sticks on the slide part of the bag. I know I am not the only one that thinks this and if there is a reason for it I am all ears, but it doesn't work. Someone that works there has had to bring home deli meat or cheese or whatever and had this problem before, they had to. Please lets bring peace to the world and put the sticker anywhere else but the zipper to the bag, please...

If I could give it a zero or a negative review I would. Don't even know how to start let's see....no hand carts no more and they said they won't be getting them back. No brown paper bags and they don't know if/when they'll get any of those, went to the seafood counter ( before they closed) no one there people waiting. Finally a customer went into the back room and some half high looking person came out to tell us he was on break and to hurry up. Oh tried tp get other workers that walked by us to help they would just look down or the other way and keep walking. Please just shut that dump down already!!

Another acme which use to be the one of only supermarkets around. Shop rite has better prices and now Wegmans better selection, especially for produce. Has a Starbucks inside which sometimes comes helpful. Just convenient however not the best, still a good standby for quick shopping and cheap chicken mondays.
