Pharmacy department. Gentleman and older ladies that work there are pretty nice and have never had any issues in the past. But Rite Aid should really get some customer service classes to their new younger pharmacy employees. Doesn’t seem like they want to work, you ask a question and they answer like they are being bothered or roll their eyes or just even the way they answer they are too bothered. Definitely disappointed with the newer people and shouldn’t be working customer service if they don’t like to deal or be bothered by people.

You all do a fantastic job at keeping your customers happy. You need to spread that to the Georgetown Store….. only reason for me going to Georgetown is for my husbands emergency prescriptions being he’s with the VA. Keep doing what you do for your customers Selbyville you all go above and beyond to ensure the customers are taken care of and please.

The pharmacist, I think Gus, is very professional, informative , and helpful. He and the staff really go the x-tra for you. Extremely happy using them. I hope Rite Aid appreciates how good these people are.

I was treated very rudely by an employee named Rachel at this location. I came in to purchase a few items as I was driving through to see family. When I tried to use the restroom the doors were locked. The sign said go to the front and get a key from the cashier who in fact did not have the key the pharmacy did. They told me "go over there it's in a basket". As I was waiting the cashier that said she had no keys came up behind me key in hand to use the bathroom herself and after told me not to steal her keys. Very disappointed in this location and will never return

I got my covid test done here Tuesday, an had my results on Thursday. You just drive right up & the staff is pleasant. The process is quick👍🏼

I went in to pick up my prescription and needed some info on a specific item, and the entire staff that I spoke with were not only helpful but also very nice folks. Looking forward to returning.
