Took my very shedding Dalmatian mix. We got him back shedding more and still very wet. His only 50lbs and I paid WAY too much for him to come back that bad!!! Would no recommend and would never go back!

Just because I asked for a wash and blow dry, that’s exactly what they did, not caring about the fact that her hair was all in her eyes when I picked her up, never suggested to do anything different just got the money and went onto the next dog

The young lady that took care of my fur baby was so nice. I took my Yellow Lab in for nail trimming. She did an excellent job taking care of him. She also told me when I should come back for his next trim and other services they offer. My pup was very calm with the staff, I will definitely be taking him back in the future.

The groomer did such a fantastic job and treated my scardy baby lab with such care. Tragically, when I called back to schedule another appointment I was told that the groomer had passed away unexpectedly. I am still so sorry to hear that such a wonderful, compassionate person has gone from the lives of so many. I hope that their family and friends know how genuine and gracious they were; they had so much kindness for everyone.

The staff is very courteous. They always greet you upon entering. I love the that they check over my pet to see if she has any signs on her coat that are of concern before I leave. My dog has anxiety when she leaves our home, and she suffers from car motion sickness. As a result, she must take motion sickness medicine prior to riding in a car. While she is eager to leave when I come to get her, she never seems stressed. I also like the way her coat feels after her grooming. . I would definitely recommend Petco to my family and friends!

I have been coming to this same Petco for about 5 years and I have loved all the girls that worked there and they always did a spectacular job and they were always done in a couple hours but there is a new lady working in there and she is very unprofessional very miserable looking and she does not smile. When I brought my dog in she told me it would take around 3 hours but 3 and a half hours later she STILL was NOT done and that is ridiculous because my dog is a tiny Yorkie the poor little guy should not have to be in there for that long, It took her a little longer than 4 hours. I am just not happy with this new lady at all!! I just may go somewhere else next time.

The groomer estimated my dogs full groom to be only three hours. After four hours, my dog was still not groomed and had sat in a cage That entire time. I received no updates or calls Even after four hours. My dog is absolutely traumatized and is still shaking. I was still expected to pay for a bath (which I could’ve done at home). We will NEVER go back here

My dog came away in a lot of pain. Is now on pain meds twice a day. Also developed a skin infection. While I will shop for dog food and supplies I will not be going back for grooming.

I bring my two small dogs for nail trimming. One is very good and one is very bad. The groomers always handle the bad one with patience and if need be, they ask for assistance. They are very caring towards the bad dog. And you would think the bad one would know already that every other month we get her nails trimmed!

Worse cut my dog has ever had. The groomer said she was the only person there and was extremely busy. She would not even make a minor adjustment for which I asked. My dog never looked so bad after a grooming.

Never had a bad experience until yesterday. I took my dog for a regular grooming (bath and haircut) & when I picked her up I asked the groomer “how’d she do?” The groomer said “good.” It never took 3 and a half hours to groom my dog before so I was a little confused on how the groomer went good if it took so long. As soon as I pulled up to take my dog into my house I noticed a huge cut on her stomach. (I would post the pictures if I could) I took her straight to the emergency vet where she had to get 3 staples in her stomach and is now on antibiotics and pain medication. I was never told by the groomer there had been an accident. Why does petco make me sign a paper every time my dogs get groomed stating that if there is an accident they will take my dog to the vet when in fact they DONT. They try to hide the accident and send you on your way with your dog. It is obvious the groomer did not care about my dogs health or safety because if I had not noticed that cut in my dogs stomach it could easily became infected. I will never go back to petco grooming and will have a hard time trust any groomer from now on.

Sam and Maura are amazing and they treat Finn with love and are very caring. Finn goes to Petco for grooming every 2 weeks and I have only to be thankful for the way they treat my fur baby
