This has always been the go-to for UD gear. I've been shopping here since I was a kid in the early 80s. Living in Texas now, I only get back once every few years and I load up every time. Love it. It's just the way I remember it from decades ago. Thanks for maintaining the history of the store. It just works.

OMG!! Richard and Cindi were so so helpful!!! They went above and beyond and then some!!!! They helped this girl from Dyer Indiana get a special ready to paint cooler from their store in Delaware to Clemson University in a matter of days!!!! I wish everyone was this helpful!!! The service at the 5 and 10 is wonderful. I have had many positive experiences both in person and with online orders. Everything was always received within a reasonable amount of time and I really enjoyed the personal well wishes that were sent with an order upon my daughter’s graduation in 2020. Recently something had been back ordered and as soon as it came in I was notified. It’s a great place with kind people!

One of the nicest campus stores I have been to. I've been to college campuses all over the country and this was one of the nicest campus merchandise stores I have seen. It is everything Delaware. You can get almost any kind of clothing or knick knacks. The selection is humongous. I was visiting from Oregon and stopped in to get some Delaware gear for the football game on Saturday. The staff was very friendly and the prices were very fair.

A nice throwback to the era when a "5 and 10" store was the department store for small towns. For everyone younger than 50, "5 and 10" was occasionally said as "5 and dime". That's a reference to how item prices in these stores during the early 20th century mostly were 5 or 10 cents each. A 5 and10 survived by stocking what customers needed. This store has what "the neighborhood" wants - basic items, plus the best selection of U of Delaware clothing outside the campus bookstore. "National 5 and 10" has lower prices than the stuff in the bookstore, and the quality is similar. This place was old when I was at UD in the 80's, and the fact they are still open on Main Street next to much higher rent store fronts should tell you they are doing things right.

Need a Delaware souvenir? This is the place to find it. Magnets, keychains, shot glasses, notebooks, pencils, posters, frames. Etc.They also carry a lot of inexpensive school supplies, hardware, kitchen/bath needs, novelties, and crafting materials.A local business that has been around for over half a century. And a helpful staff.

Very nice setting and delicious food. The monkey bread is also very good. Only downside is there isn't much seating. But it usually is never that crowded, which is good.

I absolutely love this store. There are so many different things here. You can get clothes for adults and young children, school supplies, party decorations, customs, kitchen supplies, stuff for your bathroom and bedroom, cards, and I'm sure there is a ton more I just can't think of. Lol.

It was really nice and they had a wide variety of styles and trinkets to buy, but all the stuff was very expensive. I wasn’t expecting too much from a university town though, so I give it a fair 4 stars

They've got all kinds of weird stuff here. This is the place to go for decorating your dorm room, getting some UD apparel, and figuring out your last minute, lazy Halloween costume.

I had recently called the store about employment so glad I did not know too much about the store he didn't know how much they got paid he said it depends on how much experience you have and then I had a couple of other questions and he just was not able to answer so I only gave the store one star because none of my questions were answered about employment.
