After extensive research that included reading a plethora of reviews, analyzing every detail in countless photos, speaking to owners/reps of multiple companies, we decided Leading Edge Fence & Gates was going to be our pick for a few reasons.Customer Relations - The team was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Our HOA wasn't an easy feat with updated plans, photos, etc. but Leading Edge was very patient and ensured we had all the changes necessary. Wes and Randy were extremely easy to work with as we did a walk around and discussed options. Sure, people have slip ups because they're human, but would I take the time to leave a 1 star review? No, it's been over a month and I am now having time to write this raving review so for others to take the time to leave a cruddy one, ya'll need to find a hobby.Work Ethics - These guys were out here for two days in the smoldering heat laboring away rarely taking breaks. Haley who works in the office was on top of it as well. She sent over the documents in a timely fashion and assisted with payment as I made it complicated for her via phone; yet, she continued to express her kind and patient manners.Quality - So far so good. I'm a bit OCD so if there is a slight misalignment, you're darn right I will point it out immediately. That is exactly what I did and it was addressed promptly so I truly appreciate the attention to detail. Overall, they must have done a fantastic job because I've seen quite a few people outside my yard taking photos and I sure as heck know there isn't anything else worth taking pictures of outside my house.Services: Vinyl fence installation, Fence installation

Really appreciated the work that Wes and Randy did installing our privacy vinyl fence. Schedule-wise there were a couple unexpected delays, but eventually we were able to get everything squared away (thanks to Hayley for helping coordinate). Once they were out, they did the job quickly and efficiently, completing everything over a few days.One of the cool things is they apparently are the only fence company out here that installs the privacy fences by driving in posts vs. digging holes and pouring concrete. So the installation was really clean and the final result is very solid and sturdy. Along the way, they were patient and happy to answer all the random questions I had, and were a real pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Wes and the team at Leading Edge Fence and Gates were extraordinary! Everyone was professional, kind, and helpful. The quote received was very reasonable/competitive and work was scheduled a few weeks after. The team was on time for the project and kept me updated throughout. They were efficient with the work, which was completed in a day and a half. The quality of the wood used for our split rail fence is top notch, and they did a great job cleaning up after completion of the project. 10/10 would recommend Wes and the team to anyone in the MOT area to have fencing/gates installed!

Talk about quality work, these guys are the best. I was able to use their fence budget tool on their website and got a estimate right away. They came out and got rid of our 20 year old wood split rail and put in a beautiful black aluminum. The crew was very professional and hard working. The whole project was done in 2 days. That consist of taking down the old fence and installing the new. Looks so great that my cousin is getting a new fence from them also.

So far, not impressed AT ALL. I've been waiting for almost a year to have a fence installed for which I put down $4,000. I have intentionally not posted about this situation, but this is just ridiculous. This company was recommended to me and my friend was shocked and disappointed that we have had this experience. I check in every other month (and have never proactively received a call from Wes or Hailey in all this time), I have been polite and patient. I've heard every excuse imaginable...and still no fence. I'm hoping that with this post, maybe I'll actually get my fence installed? Was supposed to happen this week, but guess what, it isn't. I called to confirm and was told that the rain caused a delay so it could be another two weeks. Wes--please complete the work you were paid to do.

Wes and his team at Leading Edge fence are amazing! I had them install a fence when I first bought my house a few years ago and they did a fantastic job. They were able to do it in a timely manner, which they knew was important to me because I have dogs and needed that space fenced in ASAP. They were courteous and professional and kept me up to date on their progress throughout the process. This past weekend, the lawn company that takes care of my property ran into the fence and damaged it so badly that it displaced a panel. I emailed Wes asking what I could do to get it fixed or replaced, and he literally emailed me back within an hour and had someone out later the same day to fix it. The service he and his company provide is top notch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable company who does stellar work and truly takes care of their clients! Great work guys! I truly appreciate all you do!

Great experience installing a wood split rail fence around a portion of my new property for a dog run. Wes helped us decide where to install the fence on the property, workable size, and answered all questions. He was even able to accommodate us moving up the proposed date to work better in line with our sooner then expected settlement date. I should point out that the only repair service has been the result of our damaging the gates and not a problem with the quality of the product or installation. I searched for over a year trying to find a company I could trust to install an approx 400ft liner fence in my back yard. Reading tons of reviews and several quotes and checking BBB I went with Leading Edge Gates & Controls. Right away I was happy with how easy it was to get a quote and a time line for my new fence. I was also very impressed with the flexibility of this company as I changed my mind several times through the process and they were very accommodating of my changes. My fence was installed late July 2021 and its now September and I am still EXTREMLY happy with my new fence. I am constantly getting compliments from my neighbors including people I never met before walking by my home. The crew who installed the fence were very professional. Randy, the crew lead, was great to work with. He made several suggestions on the designed that turned out to be better than my original plans for the fence. When speaking with the crew they were very polite and appeared to be happy even though it was 90+ degrees outside, to me that says a lot about how the owner treats their people. The fencing material Leading Edge Gates & Controls used was top of the line no cutting corners.If you want a beautiful fence that will give you enjoyment for years you should hire Leading Edge Gates & Controls. Wesley was supposed to come to my house on 05 DEC 19. Never showed. When I called to inquiry why the no show I was told there was a scheduling mix up and we would have to schedule another day. So I sat home all day waiting for no reason. I was never told of the mix up so if I hadn't called I would still be waiting. To add insult to injury when initial appointment was booked there was an issue with my address and I was called back so they had a second chance to notice this scheduling issue and didn't and this proved they had a valid phone number so this no call no show is completely unwarranted.
