The manager and staff at the Redmill store are AMAZING!!!! We found a product at another store that our rabbit loves. After bringing the package into the manager, he ordered for us the 2 flavors our rabbit loves the most! And reasonably priced!

I frequent Concord Pet located at The Shopped Of Red Mill often and the guys that work at night during the week and on the weekends are rude, lazy and have zero customer service skills. I was able to visit the store on 4/8/23 during the day and the guys working that day displayed a great attitude and were so friendly! The one star review is not a reflection of the staff working during the day or of the store itself, but of the help or lack there of for the night/weekend staff. I don't know why I didn't learn my lesson sooner and avoid going at night, but going forward I will certainly be visiting the store during the day on weekends to ensure I'll be greeted with a smile and receive good customer service.

Staff is super helpful. I brought my cats in as I could not figure out harness that animal emotional support sent me. They sent me small dog instead of small cat. The staff fit proper harnesses & leashes to both my cats. My cats have never been upstairs. I need to find out how to train them to walk on the leashes. But the harnesses are on so I am halfway there.

Red mill Concord pet is where I go while awaiting my Chewy order if I run low. As always it is clean and they are helpful if needed. I love visiting the adoptable cats also. Good when you need animal supplies compared to all other competition.

This was my first trip to this Concord Pets. It's a bit out of my way but the closer spot was all out of meal worms for my sons gecko(Bailey). I was greeted as I walked in and helped right away, in and out within 5 minutes. Very clean establishment and the 2 young men working there were very polite. I will frequent this store more often.

I started going here because it's so close, but really love this store. We go about twice a month to pick up pet items. They have a great variety and are helpful with finding things. We belong to the frequent buyer program and get every 10th bag of dog food for free. Store staff are courteous and always offer to carry items to my car. They also have some great sales around the holidays.

Bought a Soresto flea collar from Concord Pet Foods & Supplies on August 11 2022. The Soresto collar had ZERO effect on my dog. After the prescribed waiting period my dog still had significant fleas. I went to the store where I purchased it and asked questions regarding exchanging the collar as it could be defective and left my phone # for the manager to follow up on it. A week goes by, NO call. I stop in again on 9 22 2022 and employees are staring at their phones not bothering to greet a customer. The manager said to call the manufacturer for help. A retail store must stand behind the goods they sell.Maybe Concord corporate can help.UPDATE : I was contacted by Concord corporate recently, will update results.

This store opened i believe a few days before covid lock down. I love Concord Pet and have been a loyal and regular customer for more than 20 years. This store obviously is struggling and I have had too many issues too post. They are the closest store to my home, I raise and train working German Shepherds and the company is losing probably their biggest customers in the area by not having products available. They are always out of what seem to be their biggest selling items and stocked up on things that have been there since they opened.

Revising my initial review as I visit this location weekly these days. Staff are diligent and always offer assistance…even though I rarely try to bother them. During the peak of Covid, the team never lost focus and always greeted me as though it was my first visit. They can get busy and things may not be in stock but it’s not their fault as they serve a ton of folks or should I say our pawkids.I like supporting local and like that the team at this location always go above and beyond.Thanks!

I have two boxers that I walk every day. If you have boxers you know they do what they want to do including wandering all over the place instead of walking nicely. I went to Concord Pet to find a double leash attachment and the staff took me right to it. I attached the double lead to my leash and they walked shoulder to shoulder for our two mile walk. No struggling with untangling them and me anymore; just a pleasant walk.

I have been to this location twice now, once for cat food and then decided to give it a shot on cat litter. The staff have always been super helpful and nice. HOWEVER both times I did not buy anything because their pricing is double if not more then their competitors. I’m leaving here now and literally driving 10 more minutes out of my way because they charge 15.99 per bag of the same brand cat litter their competitors sell for 6.99. I will never be back till your pricing changes.

I normally don’t go to this Concord pet I normally go to the one on Marsh Road. But my dog was out of dog food and I was on my way to Camp Bow to pick her up so I said let me stop here. I will never go to the store ever again I was treated so badly by this Blonde Hair Wonsan behind the counter so rude, unprofessional I just couldn’t believe it. They didn’t even offer to carry a huge bag of dog food to my car rather than you know their conversation was more important. I will never go to the store again because I am not giving my hard earned money to rude people.

Love this place!! Carries my service dogs exact type of food which is very expensive and sometimes hard to find. But they always have it in stock and at a great price!! They are always super friendly with me bring my pups in and my service dog! Great people there. Plus they offer military discount!!

Every time I have gone I was always met with pleasant and helpful staff. They have a wide variety of selections. They also host shelter cats to adopt and work with / collect food, toys and all kinds of others items for many no kill shelters. I strongly recommend this store , which is family operated.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I come here often twice to three times a month to buy all of the supplies for my dogs. Today I walked in, was not greeted or acknowledged. I was there in search of a leash. I browsed their leash selection, and could not find one that would be strong enough to hold my dog. I did, however, take a pink one that I thought was cute to show my boyfriend, who was looking at the toys. I left the leash in the toy department and did not put it back in it’s original place. We went up to the register with 2 bones and 2 Kong balls, and the guy (apparently manager) John was there. He was very skittish and acting very irate and strange. After ringing up our items, he then proceeded to accuse me of stealing the leash, and asked where it was if I didn’t have it on me in a smart tone. I don’t know if it was because my boyfriend is black or because I am young, but I can assure you I will never be back to a concord pets again. They just lost a very loyal customer. I’m so disgusted.

Love concord pet, but at this location if the employee with long dark hair and glasses sees you grabbing dog food in a way she doesnt like she will begin yelling at you and wont stop until she gets everything out and it happens her way. Theres a better way to assist customers with a happier tone.
