I rated it 5 stars because as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted the people that work there are extremely friendly and helpful, although they are a bit pricey. But it's my go-to for my two dogs that love Stella and Chewy's freeze dried, Raw oh, cake formed. Again, they are extremely pricey for these but oh, my little guys love them

Great place to buy your pets needs and wants. There's usually some kind of promotion where you purchase so many bags of food and you get a free once you've met the number specified. It's gotta be the same brand to get the discount though. Other than that you can't go wrong shopping here for your pets.

I shop here alot and I wanted to do a quick pick up online order and get it at the store. But sadly they only do pick up orders for cats and dogs but no small animals like guinea pigs. Please make your ordering for all products please

great local chain. folks are always friendly and helpful. getting around inside the store with the stacks of food can sometimes be a challenge but its worth it. sign up for the frequent buyer club and earn a free back of food. great selection of toys and treats too.

The staff is always so friendly at Concord. They are helpful and will carry heavy bags out to the car for you too which is helpful when my chronic pain is bad and I don't have the strength. I highly recommend Concord on Rte. 40.

Staff is always friendly and offers to carry my dog food to the car for me. My lab mix has a lot of food allergy’s so our options for food we can give her is very limited. This store is one of few that carry our food. I love their buy 10 bags get one free program.

In sorry but I used to live taking my dogs with me to buy their treats and get my lizards, turtles and hamster food however they never have fresh crickets or meal worms. The meal worms sometimes have turned into beetles. There never is anyone working the floor. I just see one cashier and nobody else. They never get new products In its just the same old stuff. I don't go anymore because I always had to go somewhere else to get the rest of my pet supplies

There is nothing you can't find here, plus great customer service. They offer buy ten bags of dog food get one free. When your buying $75 dog food this is nice. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because they very rarely have sales. You can find the same items cheaper online or elsewhere.

The last time I went there I had a young man all me if I wanted him to carry my about 40 lbs dog food for me. I thought that was a nice gesture. After he rang up the purchase he offered to carry it to my car. He was a very friendly young man.

My favorite pet place to stop while I lived in the area. Still love to stop in here when I'm traveling through or when I'm staying in the area for a few days. They have a great selection of toys, foods, treats and everything else you can think of for your pets.

I honestly buy most of my dog food online, but when I need to go to a store I go to the Concord Pet on RT 40 near the Maryland line. They have a plethora of food options, a ton of toys and supplies like food bowls, chewing toys, dog beds, and cleaning supplies to get rid of urine when accidents happen inside. They have supplies for every type of pet -- fuzzy, scaley or water based. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's nice to not have to carry 40 pound bags of food to the car! And I love that they partner with local shelters and pet adoption organizations. They also have a good food rewards program, buy so many bags get a free bag.

I go to several of these locations and every location has a friendly and very helpful staff! Their prices are better then major pet store companies. And yes you may bring your pets in, make sure they're on a leash, but that should be common knowledge :)

The staff is very knowledgeable and will give suggestions to any question. They are also very friendly. I love the fact that they sell crickets for our dragon and kittens/cats from shelters. They even support local pet charities!!!

You got pets? Need the goods? They've got it and friendly service too. There are some things that are better bought in person like dog beds and toys. Knowledge staff, they really do care about pets.

This particular Concord Pet is my favorite. I go past 2 other Concord Pets to get to it. They have the BEST selection of species specific diets and natural treats and diet supplements. Better than anywhere else and they are very responsive to requests.

Awesome Spot! It’s so much bigger than most of the other Concord Pets in Delaware and they carry so much variety! It’s as big as any Petco or PetSmart but sooooo much better! They carry top quality and healthy stuff and tons of cool toys that you won’t be able to find at a large pet store chain! The staff are all super friendly and helpful and so excited and nice to my dog, they give him treats and pets and snuggles. The store is always super clean and the aisles are nice and wide if you’re planning on bringing your pets shopping with you this is a huge plus. They have adoptable kitties on site from Faithful Friends Animal Society too so you can stop in and say hello, buy them some food or bring home a new friend even! I wish I knew about this store a long time ago!
