This location has been my go to for supplies for my chickens, fencing, and tractor parts. They have had everything I need. The only thing disappointing is their hardware selections. Nuts, bolts etc are disorganized and don’t get refilled often. I went in for a 10mm bolt but the drawer had 1 bolt. 2 weeks later I checked and the drawer still had 1 bolt. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a great store and has a great group of people who work there. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and can always answer my questions. Tyler is an extreme asset to this group. If you ask a question he can peel out an answer immediately. Kudos to Middletown store.

Another bag of wet pine shavings!For some reason corporate instructs the stores to store the pine shavings outside and uncovered. They get soak and wet and in some cases the plastic bag they come in does not keep the moisture out. What good are wet pine shavings! Another trip back to Tractor Supply and more blank stares from the workers who do not care!

I have been shopping at this store for a long time until now. Every time I go in there is never anything I need out on the shelves. I always get told either on next truck or it will take a while to get in. I use to go into this store once a week. Then having my own customers at my retail establishment tell me that the staff here call me the rabbit lady. This is very disrespectful.

RACIST!!!Walked in and not one person out of the 3 at the front counter greeted me, but they sure did greet the person before me and the person way after me. All I got were weird stares and no help, so I just walked out!!! We need to do better than this!!!

I'm not a big fan of the "big box" stores, but this location seems to be pretty decent. Staff was friendly, store well kept, and wasn't too difficult to find what I was looking for. I was purchasing something with a rebate, and TSC is still relying on a "mail in rebate" system (most places go with online submission) and the employee couldn't find the paper form. Instead of saying "oh well", she called to the manager to refund me the rebate on the spot! Can't ask for better customer service!

We had a terrible experience placing an online order because the website has many issues. After many attempts we made an order for pick up in store at the Middletown, DE store. The next morning at 7am I received a confirmation email that my order was ready to be picked up. At 5pm, I called to make sure we could pick it up because my husband was on the way and would be there at 5:40. I spoke with Steve and he assured me it would be fine. My husband followed instructions for curbside pick up at 5:45 and was informed they didn't have any of the order pulled. They scrambled for a bit trying to find a key to get to one of the items we needed. My husband asked "what's the point of placing an order online?" the answer the associate gave was "I don't know". It took an hour to get our order. If it takes 2 days to put together an online order, that's fine. I understand. BUT PLEASE DON'T SEND NOTIFICATIONS WITH FALSE INFORMATION TO TRY AND SEEM LIKE YOU HAVE YOUR STUFF TOGETHER! I would rather wait 2 days and actually be able to pick up my order as promised. Please fix your systems so that your employees can do their jobs and manage customer's expectations.

Really big store, a lot of feeds for many different animals. Many garden displays and trees available for sale. The employees are very nice and the store is always very clean.There are a lot of tools in this store. I was very surprised when I walked in and actually saw how big the store was. They carry almost any took you can think of for gardening or farming.

Staff always nice and helpful. I am grateful for curbside pick up. I buy very large dog food bags. If I have to go in store I always need help getting them and putting them in car or truck. With curbside it spares my legs. Also Steve has helped me find an item that was not available at the time I needed it. He even called the other 🚜 supply to confirm it was in stock. So all around happy with the Middletown Tractor Supply!!!

Due to an accident down the road, the power was out and only emergency lights were on. I was offered by an employee to be taken to what I needed. Checkout took a little longer than usual because of this but with people ahead of me using credit cards and checks while the power was out, it was understandable. All in all it was a quick trip.Their pricing is much better than most places around and is often worth the extra gas to get down to Middletown.

We have baby chicks and ducks!we're new to this and the staff is very helpful answering all our questions and giving us suggestions on what to do and not to do, supplies we would need they're greatwe ordered our Coop from them online cuz it was cheaper and on sale online almost half price of what it was in the store!We can get all our feed right there from the store as they get older so we will definitely be back many many times.Update 3yrs later...Still awesome this place is my go to once a week to keep all my animals feed, we've since added a dozen chickens and a few goats they have all our needs from vacinnes and feed to toys and treats all our animals are taken care off in one place.the cats and dogs to the chinchilla and bunny plus the livestock! Staff is always very helpful, we built a fence me and my son and found the best posts and fencing was here after much searching and price shopping.

Always a good experience. Love this place for country decorating, good quality cloths for men and women and the little ones too. I love it's pet friendly policy. I met a Labrador a year ago that we still keep in touch with!

Poor customer service. I ordered a product. Got confirmation number. Was supposed to pick up this ordered product at the store. My order got canceled without any reason what so ever. Did not no my order got canceled until a few days later after I Checked my email. 😃

The screws I was trying to find were in stock, but I had to dig through the jumble to find them in their correct drawer. An employee dumped a couple of different types and sizes in, as far as I found, with the ones I needed. What a job I had going through the drawer to find the ones I needed. Just awful!I told the girl who rang up my order about it. She was sweet and kind, but didn't respond as though it would be a priority to fix.

Look high a low in Middletown Del. For a multi pack of square key stock Sunday Nov 2 2018, and exhausted my efforts since not even the parts stores had what i needed, not even the new Harbor freight! My last call was to Tractor supply, and sure enough, they had exactly what i needed. The male employee who answered my phone call, and i talked to when i got there was a absolute customer driven person. Which isnt seen that much anymore.The 4 star rating would be a 5, but i seldom give that because, no store is perfect, and when i come across one, then ill do 5 stars.Keep up with the customer service, its noted and greatly appreciated.

Tractor Supply's Staff is phenomenally awesome ❗❗❗ I had just left Petco where they would not administrator the first shot for my pups who where turning 8 weeks old because of a miscommunication , so I called Tractor Supply and they were awesome professional and gave me a couple options 😁 the clerk "Grace" was great and so were the other staff as well , Grace even assisted me in administering the pups shots more stores need staff like this they all need a raise

Love this store. Was visiting from Ohio and stopped in. I wish we had TSC stores this size and clean in Ohio. Personnel was very helpful. Young lady that checked us out was super friendly knowledgeable an helpful.

Standard Tractor supply store. The people that work there are really nice and helpful. Nice mix of things to buy. My son likes to see the baby ducks and chickens when they are on sale.

Cashier was helpful and friendly... however she didn't know the difference between dog food with chicken as opposed to dog food with chicken meal ...our dog can't have chicken meal which is the entire chicken ... feathers and all ground up...made the dog sick...they were kind when we went to take it back...no problem

Went in to grab a bag of chick feed on my break - one cashier working, I counted 4 employees in the store not on the register. Line of 5 people including me, and a cashier who appeared to be new and was working a little slower. Woman in front of me had a cart bursting with items, me and the other people in line just had one or two things. We're all looking for other employees, making eye contact with them, they look away and keep walking around as the cashier attempts to ring up a cart full of items on his own. Seriously? Management? Hello??

Baby chicks, garden tools, salted peanuts ,western boots, pet supplies & go carts! They have quite a selection. Very helpful staff. Need something particular? They’ll order it & call you on arrival . For pets, they have a monthly veterinary clinic for shots. They’re so accommodating that if you have a large pet or scared pet, they will actually come out to your vehicle to administer shots. Just ask them. I have a 4 Shepherds, so this is super helpful! Gotta check them out!

All in all I would say this was a pretty standard Tractor Supply experience. I haven't been to a ton of these stores but I will say the staff at this particular store seemed more helpful than usual at least compared to my previous experiences.
