They have 2 store cats that Wonder around named Lovey and Dillon. most of the time they also have kittens for adoption that also wonder around.They are also dog friendly, so you can bring your dog inside.They also donate to animal charity's.Last December they held a photo opertnedy where you could take a picture with your dog and the grinch.

I was greeted at the door and had a nice conversation about my bare feet. Then I was helped in deciding what bones would be best for a 4 month old puppy. I usually go to the store on Marsh Rd but forgot to stop on my way out of town. I was happy to discover this one on my way.

Nicest people ever and they have what you need for your pets. I always really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and the manager Judy helped us out when we had a problem with an item. The store is clean, well stocked and close to home. Will be back soon for all our pet needs.

So convenient. The people are lovely. They carry your bags out to the car. Every 10th bag of kibble free! And I love seeing Lovey the cat and other cats being fostered.

Very personal, intimate experience with wonderful staff and an entertaining cat. Has Stella’s freeze dried topping for our dogs and lots of great natural treats for training our dogs. Heading over today to find Halloween costumes!!

Concord is our new pet store for our very loved foat-coat. We just moved into the area and this store is conveniently located a mile or less from where were at now. The store is nice, clean and organized nicely. Also all of the workers are super nice and extremely helpful.

The staff is always so helpful with finding the right food. I can't alway remember exactly what we bought last time, and since they have a frequent buyers program, why not get the same thing. So the staff helps me make sure I get it right. Always friendly too!

I went to the moonlight madness sale for the first time. Boy will I be better prepared next year! I was able to get 60# of dog food. The young man helping me found exactly what I wanted and all I had to do was get in line and pay. They even loaded it my car. They have this sale down! So worth it!!

Close to $40 dollars for a little bottle of rescue remedy!! Amazon has it for $15.00 and Walmart for $9.99!! That's an insane mark up!!

I find it funny how the manager can’t answer me to tell me where the dog food is but can have her employees follow me around the store. When white people came in they were greeted and the left alone if they didn’t need help. Small selection on fish food and reptile food. All “live crickets” were dead and over priced. Missing variety of flavor when it came to dog food also.

They had my order wrong, I went to pick it up outside. On my car I called and I called and they never picked of the phone. Then, they disconnected it. They knew it was me, they can see me. I'm never buying from them again. I could see the lady manager walking around ignoring the call.
