Not like it used to be. Receipt checkers are outrageous. Watch you walk from a regular register with an associate then pull through your cart like you put something in it from the register to the door, meanwhile, self checkout walks out the door. Prefer to do online pickup for this location.

I recently visited the Walmart located at George Town Delaware, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This store not only had everything I needed but also went above and beyond to cater to the diverse needs of its customers, including those from Latin backgrounds like mine.What stood out to me the most was the extensive selection of Latin foods and products available. From authentic ingredients to ready-to-eat meals, the variety was exceptional. It's rare to find a mainstream store that offers such a comprehensive range of Latin items, and I truly appreciated the effort Walmart put into meeting the needs of its diverse customer base.In addition to the Latin offerings, the store excelled in providing fresh produce, meats, and other essentials. Everything was well-stocked, organized, and of high quality, making my shopping experience enjoyable and convenient.

We shop there about once every 3 weeks as their groceries are more affordable than other supermarkets. But sometimes price is not everything. This package of pretzel rolls was bought on 8/8/23 and opened to use on 8/10/23. Notice the mold and the use by date in the photo 🤬

Katie from the grocery pick-up department deserves a raise. Katie went above and beyond her job responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve an issue that was not her fault and could have very well dismissed. Instead she took a great amount of time, energy and effort to ensure the problem was resolved. SHE is the reason I will continue to use Walmart.

I came into the store on 3/7 and There is a lady named denise, that works customer service and self check out...she is not friendly and has an attitude everytime i have had to ask for help in self checkout..if you hate your job that bad, then leave. Ridiculous...we all have bad days, but not all the time ..

The people shopping for online orders are so rude. The products are very poor quality. Almost no choice but to self checkout then problems, and they seem to hate customers not even willing to give a bag. Avoid at all costs.

Very organized. Listen, coming from my neck of the woods, this location was like a slice of heaven. Everything was where it needed to be. Staff was friendly. Items were relatively easy to find, throughout.

The staff in the deli department need to learn customer service. I stood for 5 mins and they ignored me and chatted with each other and there were no other customers in line or waiting.

Store is clean and neat but associates are either lazy or need to get to know the store. I asked 3 associates for help neither knew where to find what needed. I asked 1 associate if they had a maternity dept and they didn't know . So I left and got my items at another store. 🙃

Spend 300 to 500 in here weekly ... their produce almost all lettuce outdated wilted grapes eaten half of bag almost gone... bought peanuts over 6 and got home can was open and half eaten. The problem is the employees look the other way ...that is stealing. Cashiers are great or unfriendly. Clean Walmart that's funny 🤣 no clean Walmart 🤣

I only went in to use the restroom, but the store was clean and appeared to be well staffed and well stocked. The restroom at the front only has one stall. Overall, no issues with this visit or store. It was fairly early in the morning, as well.

0 stars. This place is a JOKE!! They are a disappointment every time I go in. Workers there have no idea what they are doing and can’t even get on the same page! Customer service is a nightmare and their workers are distasteful. One more than one occasion they have messed up.

Anyone who shop here is crazy ...pay over $2 for bags to put your food in ...people open your eyes Walmart taken jobs from people self check out ....when u check out yourself that means you work for them ...and 1 person less they pay ...hate this place support food lion way better

Long lines, and always out of certain products..Edit: Why is it everytime I find a product that I absolutely love I'll get to buy a few times, and then usually it's hardly ever in stock again.... ok, so just another reason I give such a low rating. Let me start by saying that I never spend less then $40 every time I go to Wal-Mart...... I went to Wal-Mart a few weeks ago, and as I enter the store a woman greeter called me back and preceeded to tell me that I had to leave my purse (a small backpack type, that I only keep wallet, phone, and my shopping bags in) up at the front desk as I could not walk thru the store with it... I told her that I have been using this bag for over a year with no problems what so ever, and was not leaving it at the front desk as it had valuables inside and I walked off to start my shopping.. I later noticed that she had contacted another worker that was following me around the whole store... I know some people are like ok, what's the big deal: Before I walked in the store there were other women ahead of me with bags way bigger then mine that she didn't say a word to, but because this day I was feeling under the weather and was dressed down in sweats looking alittle ragged..lol. it just so happens that's the one day I was confronted about my bag... I never would have had an issue with this situation except for how she singled me out and judged me because of the way I was dressed that day and then had me followed as if I was a theif..... A theif really, I'm pretty sure I spent over 100$ that day.. Morale of this story is if there is a policy that's fine, but you should never single anyone out for something other people are doing as well, all because you judge others by their appearance.....

I LOVE this Walmart! The store is updated and upscale! Plenty of parking. Self check out is everywhere. If you need it??? THEY HAVE IT. Staff is kind and helpful. A great shopping experience:-)

What can you say about Walmart other than it's Walmart. It has most of what I need when I need it. The only interactions I have with the employees are with the greeters.

I arrived a few minutes before opening, the store was supposed to be open at 6 AM, the door was not unlocked until 6:02 AM. Is very well laid out parking lot, very easy to navigate in the store. The store was Clean and staff was friendly.
