Today, I did the Reserve Pickup Curbside at this particular store. You must have a minimum order of $35. Then select your the date/time of your convenience for pickup.You do have the option to have your groceries delivered for a fee of $9.95 to your address and convenience. This is a good option for those who do not transportation. However, if you plan on using this service for long term, you probably would want to invest in a subscription for a better value.I recommend this service...Update:I really try to avoid going into any Walmart, however, there are times when I absolutely have to. For the past year and a half, I have been ordering my groceries online for pickup or delivery. This particular option has been working for my household, therefore I avoid the hustle and parking chaos. The items I needed today, I actually had to see them in person, thus requiring me to take a field trip to Wally World. Going there, you always buy things you don't need or want. You always see things you like but don't need. You see things you would like to have and buy. You see things you don't have money for and buy. You ride around with things in your cart that you either: don't need, can't afford, getting for someone else, it looks cute, on sale, and or you think you might need it. At the end of the day, we still shop there no matter what.

Was disappointed with my stop to this Wal Mart location. Needed a cheap disposable poncho. Went to the camping section and all they had were bigger more expensive ones. I just needed a cheap $1 or $2 one. Looked around the registers for one. No luck. The one nice thing is they have trees in the parking lot to help provide shade on your vehicle.

Went to get a battery and battery jumpstarter for my truck and I stood in the battery area for about 20 minutes and had hit the help button like 3 times in that time span and no one came to help me. I will stick to shopping at the Camden location until this problem gets fixed. I was in there at 6:30 so I don’t see any problems on why I shouldn’t have been helped.

When I 1st move here 6 months ago I enjoy going here now it's a 360 turn around. It don't matter if it's the 1st the middle or the end of the month from product to dairy products self seems to be empty all the time. It's crazy

Great place to shop, very organized and while one of the smaller Walmarts, it's convenient for a quick pick up.Bathrooms are clean and fully supplied. Occasionally the store is out of regular items would be the only setback.

Poor customer service. The csr was on his cell phone in the back and you could partially see what he was doing. In the mean time another customer and I was waiting so the first customer had to ask him if he was working or what? I went into the store with a receipt and just wanted to do an even exchange. I did not know the policy changed where as they do a return on a gift card then ring the same item smaller size and hand you the gc to pay. I informed him I just wanted to exchange for a smaller size and if it didn’t fit I would want my return in the form of the original payment method. The csr replied too late the policy change 4 months ago. The csr should have explained the newpolicy since it wasn’t posted. I asked for a manager. He called a team lead met up with her to inform her of the situation and I informed her because I don’t work for the store and the new policy isn’t posted yet he should have explained the new process before proceeding and if he had paid attention to his job like he was his cell phone his customer service skills would be exceptional.

DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS, YOU WANT TO STAND IN LINE AFTER YOU ALREADY PAID FOR YOUR ITEMS, FOR 25 MINS OF YOUR LIFE WATSES SO THEY CAN CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BY THE SLOWEST PEOPLE EVER. Never fails its always someone close to 100 years old checking receipts, that probably can't see or read, trying to tick off every item in your cart. Stood in line for 25 mins one day, this woman had no idea what to do when everyone got over it and started storming the door, looked like she was going to cry.Sorry but I'll shop anywhere else just to not be treated like a fricken criminal. No point in self checkout If you're just gonna hold everyone up anyway. Walmart is overpriced anyway at this point, it's cheaper at other stores

I hate coming to this Walmart. Honestly been waiting since 5:15 for groceries at the pick up spot. It’s about to be an hour waiting. I could have gone inside and been done with my shopping. I can understand holiday time and being busy but figured you’d have a system in place for faster pick up service so you DONT have unhappy customers. Will never be using the pick up service again at this location

probably the best walmart in the state. the one in cheswold/dover is the one i usually go every weekend and it’s the worst walmart EVER! Always out of food & produce it’s just pathetic. Walmart needs to treat their employees better such as; better wages, benefits, time off on holidays not just Christmas.

One of the best Super Walmart I've been. Very efficient self tellers, well stocked shelves; I was looking for ice trays to celebrate moving into my new house, and the attendant walked with me throughout the store until we found them. She was courteous and professional. 5/26/22 - had to get bathing suits for my little girl from my favorite Walmart!!!

Price on the shelves rarely matches the actual price. Still... like for years and nobody has fixed this problem. Management is incredibly rude to both customers and employees and are not shy about it. This place should exist for our benefit. And when it doesn't, we all fail. You will not save anything from shopping here. It is one serious smelly headache. The only reason there are positive reviews is because they offer stuff in return. Don't fall for it. This store needs help.

There is something for everyone. Very friendly staff. You could have all you need in there from groceries to household items and also services like laundry, money transfer, Pharmacy, pedicure, and lots more.

Although I love Walmart's prices, that is meaningless if they are continually sold out of the products I need. You would think we just had a hurricane warning or some other impending natural disaster, but this is typical of this location in their grocery section: empty shelves.

The rooms are clean, but are in dire need of updating. The carpet was stained. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom. The room furnishings are shabby. To be fair, signs indicate that updates are under way.The staff was helpful and friendly. The facility however, has seen better days.The location was convenient to shopping and dining, and close to the event we were attending. Is only stay here again after the update has been completed.

This Walmart doesn't welcome RVs and Travel trailers. We've got there 11:30p and they started leaf blowing and running the sweeper. The funny part is that they were running them only around our trailer for hours, not around the whole parking lot. They should put up a sign that RVs and trailer people are not welcome. Or maybe a sign that said "They reserve the right to refused service", then I would not go there. I was tired and sleepy counting on that spot to take a não and continue my trip.Now I have to re-plan my trip not around Walmart, but around Cracker Barrel.Trailer people stay away from this Walmart.

It's a typical Wal-Mart. Prices are always cheap and lines are always long. They have literally everything in here. This store is cleaner than most. The only thing I'm not crazy about is their parking lot. It feels cramped and awkward. They have done a good job keeping the carts and everything sanitized.

I use to really like Walmart. When I first moved to Kent County from Newark. I remember going in Walmart in the morning and the employees were literally doing a Walmart cheer. "W", "A" and so on. We use to do a lot of night riding on motorcycles and Walmart was always there in case it got cold and you didn't pack for it, you could always count on Walmart having warm clothes for low prices. Even when it wasn't cold we would stop in at 2 or 3am and get some retail therapy in there. We always purchased clothes for my Girl and I. Fast forward to 2023 and gone are the days of the gung ho employees laying down a Walmart cheer. Instead, you go in and after you find what your looking for you have to deal with the nightmare self service check out with enough employees standing around watching you plus more on camera gawking at you to make sure you ring everything up that they for real could open every register and things would go a lot smoother. I don't understand it. This change in customer service at a time when Amazon humbles them. I miss 24 hour Walmart as well. Anyway, this is my honest most recent as of 10/22/2023 review of Walmart.

Clean and mostly easy to find things…..up until you have that person who can’t read the labels. Especially when it’s telling you how many faces that item has. If it’s telling you two WHY ARE YOU PUTTING THREE AND FOUR FACINGS?!!! Now you messing EVERYTHING UP!!! I used to run retail/stocking for 16yrs so I know what I’m talkin about! Ok I’m done. Any way overall I’ll definitely be back. I like them better than Camden Walmart. And I’m MUCH closer to Camden than Dover

Reverse Racism from store associates and management towards me when I tried to do two simple returns with receipts purchased within last week. First I waited at customer service for 15 mins before I was told they could not help me because electronics had to handle the return.From associate in electronics, after he opened the item, I was told they could not return item. When I asked why I the item could not be returned, I was treated disrespectfully and the four other workers (2 of which I think were from a 3rd party doing in store sales) just laughed repeatedly under their breath within earshot of me.While we were waiting for a "manager" I asked the associate to return the second other item since it was on a different receipt. He started to examine the item, which was sealed in the box. He opened box, opened plastic of item in the box and then proceeded later to tell me the item was not sealed (that he himself opened).A "Coach" who later told me he was a manager, came to the electronics desk, adn while speaking was waving his hands at me as he spoke in a way that made me feel threatened and uncomfortable. I asked him to stop waving his hands towards me and he responded with "You need to leave my store" and then proceeded to continue on and on about leaving and how he was not returning any of my items and how he was calling the police.I will be the one contacting the police and an civil rights attorney and the one filing a complaint with not only corporate but with the police and I will demand that the footage be recalled so the truth can come out.Reverse racism at it's finest here. Treated disrespectfully, the customer who should always have the benefit of the doubt, and physically threatened by waving hands near my face. WOW! This is an interesting time in history.
