Scams don't hire them to move your stuffs, the charged my girlfriend and I $639.27 from 8am to 12pm, they were done by 11:25am they give us the total amount of 809 and they never took my baby crib that was included but they instead that we should pay the $809 after paying $99 dollars deposit. Never again I will hire they're a big scam.I wish to give them 0.0 ratings.

Placed a quote. Woman who just called me hung up on me once I said what my budget was because it was the minimum. Instead of like .... Giving me the prices.Because if needed be I could pay the difference... And I guess I will - to a different company. This is my first time using a moving company and the lack of customer service/patience from the woman I used made it clear that she didn't want my business. She sounded irritated because I didn't know what to answer? I'm sorry you have to do your job. I won't be recommending them to anyone.

I was really disappointed with this company. Everything leading up to the actual move was great and professional. The team presented as very professional initially but as the day progressed they seemed to have forgotten their professionalism. My dresser mirror was dropped from the truck and they didn’t seem to care. There were 6 movers but at multiple times there were only 2 of them actually working. The others were goofing off in the truck. Essentially I paid for them to milk the clock towards the end. They also forgot to take my grill which was pointed out to them several times. So, now I have to pay to have that moved. I don’t want to speak poorly of all of them because a few of the guys were professional the entire time and worked super hard and did what I asked but the communication and the leadership with the team as a whole was lacking and made the job take way longer than necessary and I was carrying and moving boxes too!

Everything about the service was good. They called me the day before to make sure everything was still the same. On day of service, the movers were on time and very professional. Ta’von, Nerzahin, Jamal & Wayne were wonderful! I would definitely recommend this company. Only reason why it wasn’t 5 stars was because when the movers arrived they were informed I had packed everything myself which i didn’t but nonetheless. It was great from start to finish!

The men who helped me move my disabled mom yesterday were so exceptional that I will be adding great reviews everywhere I can. I cannot stress how professional, courteous, and reliable they were. Their prices were very reasonable and I paid much less because their timing was efficient and quality spent. I will continue to recommend them at every chance I get. They get 10 stars from me!

We used Two Men before at the New Castle office and this time we used the Dover office. Our collective experience was outstanding - from the quote we got to the crew that showed up. The lead man, Josh, was very professional and had excellent organization skills with his crew. They had us loaded as scheduled and unloaded just as efficient. If you give an accurate inventory, they will schedule the right number of trucks and guys. In fact, my total invoice came in LESS than the quoted range. I highly recommend using Two Men if you have to move in the Delaware tri- state area! Well worth the money spent!

Recently moved from Dover to Alexandria, Virginia. The crew we got was great! They arrived on time, got all of our stuff wrapped and loaded quickly and unloaded in a timely manner at the new place. They were friendly and very professional. It was my first time using a moving company and they were the first company I contacted. Two Men and a Truck are amazing. The gentlemen that helped us with my mother in laws house, getting everything out were excellent. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They did everything possible to make sure we kept our costs down. I recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent moving team... if I could give them 100 stars on here I would!!!!!

My initial interaction was fine, I went online I got a reasonable quote. Then I received a follow-up phone call confirming the details and the quote- which went up by 250 to $300. I was told it was just an estimate and to not be concerned because I could "control" how quickly the movers would work!... this I found to be very untrue and was charged for 5 hours and they did not begin at the 8:30 mark which they said they did in fact when I began to walk through the home to point out what needed to be moved they indicated that I should slow down and that they would dictate the clock and I had nothing to worry about. When in fact there was much I could not control like the sidebar conversation they had with my neighbors and the fact that they also shrink wrapped four pieces of furniture that I had asked to be discarded so that they could keep it for themselves. This in and of itself I have no issue with, it is the fact that they decided to do this with the time that I paid for!! There should be something in their business process that allows for them to stop the clock or perhaps take it to the dumpster and then do what they must when I mentioned this to them they gave me some BS excuse about well we took time to go to the dumpster which was less than two blocks away in the same development then they indicated it took them time to put together two twin beds which by the way they had done backwards and had to go and redo one of them. Either way they came off as very nice and cordial people but at the end of the day I'm not pleased with the price that I was charged for the antics which occurred.Update!! I was contacted within days of my experience and not only did they recognize my concerns, they made me whole in terms of a partial refund! This is truly a positive customer service experience at best.Thank you Two Men and a Truck for striving to be the best moving company around. This allows me to highly recommend them in the future to friends and family.

This was a nonstandard long distance move of specialized equipment that required many logistics involving two different organizations along with Two Men and a Truck. Everything was flawless. Compounding the complexity of the move was that the destination location was in a dense urban area.From the very beginning the contact with the company was excellent and a representative met me at the source location to go over the space and the items to be moved. A credit to Ciarra and the gentlemen (sorry forgot his name) who met me in the space to go over the move items. Then I express mailed keys so that the movers would have access to the source location. A credit to Tish for coordinating this.Lastly, but certainly not least, the two gentlemen who drove the truck and did the move-in were fantastic. The were very professional, very efficient, maintained excellent communication, and were just good guys. Through no fault of theirs, a nearby middle school had a fire bell which caused the street along the way to be unexpectedly blocked. They immediately called to inform me of the situation and it's impact on arrival. I can't remember the names of the two gentlemen that did the move, but I thank them for such an excellent job!I would gladly do business with them again.

I needed to move some furniture from the interior of my home to a back porch and a garage. This was so I could get my hardwood floors finished. I called two men andtand a because some items in my house are extremely heavy. The person I spoke to at the office knew exactly how they could help. I told them I needed them quickly because the floor people were going to be here on a Wednesday and this was already Saturday morning. She scheduled it for Tuesday morning and I was so happy that they had an opening. I couldn't believe the care and quality of the work of the two gentleman who came to my house. I anticipated just two people carrying items to the garage and back porch but they stacked it like a crossword's puzzle so that it fit exactly and took up much less room than I thought it would. I didn't even have to use any space on the back porch. T left me a path all the way through the garage that was wide enough to accommodate two people shoulder to shoulder. They wrapped everything in plastic to keep anything from getting into it or any abrasion happening. I have to say that everything about my transaction with two men and a truck was perfect and much better than I anticipated. I cannot recommend them enough.2 years ago I moved into an apartment and I just recently moved out of it and used them again. They are fantastic and so helpful! I again recommend them highly and give them five stars!

Tisha at Dover, DE location has helped us arrange and complete a difficult moving situation. Our new apartment had numerous construction delays starting with our move from Frederick, MD to Dover, DE. I was very stressed and Tisha figured a way to have a crew of 4 drive from DE to MD the end of May. All moves out of our mid rise apartment in Frederick had very specific times and elevator and loading dock reservations. We had several changes of date leaving MD but Two Men and Truck found a way to accommodate our needs. Moved us out of MD elevator building with total professional, timely and courteous care. Josh and crew brought more boxes for us and listed everything in detail, loaded and transferred to DE. Our belongings were then stored at their facility until our place was ready today after having to change dates due to delayed apartment construction. Saturday is always a busy moving date, especially at end of month. Our crew who brought our belongings from storage and moved us in with such wonderful care and help. Crew assisted with arranging, assembling and unpacking as well as took some of large boxes to help us. Marcus, I believe was crew leader (crew of 3). We highly recommend this company and their service; starting with office staff and very accurate quotes with no hidden fees. I have seen businesses start out strong and fizzle out, but this business is still awesome! They call to confirm, they take care not to tear up your home and furniture with drop cloths and padding, they are reasonably priced and a joy to work with (moving is not really fun , so it helped to have a cool hardworking crew with a sense of humor). We had Marcus, Nick and Dominic...super awesome team. They communicate so effectively and they were on time! The owners are awesome and it shows!

Marcus and his partner arrived earlier than expected, were very courteous and professional, and always took great care of my belongings. For an out-of-state move, they worked very fast. It only took them under five hours to show up at my place 85 miles away, load everything from a 4th story apartment, drive back to Dover, unload and place everything in my house and then be on their way again. This is my third time using Two Men and a Truck. Their service has always been excellent and seamless. However, with my past move in Dec, there was a problem with me possibly going over my estimate. The mistake was on the company's end and I am very pleased and impressed with how they rectified the situation. The Move Manager, Eric Hudson, sent another crew to help the movers expedite the move. And, he also helped with the move. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again and I would refer them to my friends and family as excellent movers.

I don’t know where to begin with this review. This has been the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Moving and packing up your life is stressful enough, especially with children.First the movers showed up, we did our walkthrough and everything and it took about 20 minutes. We started moving things at 11am. One of the movers was constantly on his phone, which was addressed by the person overseeing everything. The pace was SLOW. After 4 hours we hadn’t even began our journey to the next house. The company lacks empathy for their employees too. At one point they called to ask for help since there was lackadaisical effort from one of the movers. No one came to help. You have frustrated employees, which obviously affects their performance. There is no reason why this move took all day. We were bringing stuff out for them to put on the truck just to speed up the process and start unloading at the next destination.After everything I wanted to just move on from it and then I did my first load of laundry only to my front loader dumping water all over my new house. It looked like the great flood. So not only did they milk the time, but they also busted the drum in my front loader. I do not recommend using this company.
