Went to find my favorite red lipstick. They had a nice selection to choose from. Found what I wanted, plus it's a great bronzer for this holiday season 🙌🏾. Update I have gotten so many compliments on my makeup since I switched to this holiday bronzer. I'm going to rock it all winter! And the red lipstick is awesome.

Store has nice inventory and is clean. However , the checkout process is horrendous. The lines snake through the store as most are self -checkout . The few with actual humans are so long , it’s enough to make one leave their cart full and shop elsewhere.Management is needed to train the employees to be friendly and helpful.Not a pleasant experience.

Pros: It's not Walmart. The parking lot is much less horrendous to deal with, too. The shelves are kept nicely stocked, and store is kept neat and clean, barring the typical ignorant customer that leaves their empty Starbucks cups sitting in random spots as if trash cans don't exist.Cons: This location seems to heavily depend on people using self-checkout, despite the fact that there's only four booths for that. There's hardly anyone on the actual registers in the various lanes, so that checkout line is prone to snaking very far back into the store (as in, extending past the zone of checking out). I tend to come in only wanting a couple of things, so it's very unappealing to have to wait for an eternity in line just to make one small purchase, just because there's no one on the registers minus a small handful of other employees in a high period.Neutral-ish: I'm uneasy about being in the parking lot during the evening/night. For whatever reason, there's a very high concentration of homeless people that tend to be staked out in this location's parking lot in this time frame, and almost every single time that I go here after work on a closing shift, I get suddenly approached out of nowhere by one. This is to no fault towards the homeless; everyone needs help, and I hope that they can find the help that they need in their predicament. I just genuinely do not like the experience of pulling into a parking space, turning my car off, opening my door, and then having someone wearing a hood immediately start pacing towards my car from the dark moments later, sometimes with their hands in their pockets. This is enough to make me avoid dropping by if it's "too dark" out.

I will never clothes shop in this target again. It's messy and disorganized. The clothes are often on the wrong hangers (says medium but is xsmall etc) and *forget* about looking for underwear in the panties drawers!! Not only that but almost no small-med options. Tons of xsmall, large x large and plus size but almost nothing that would fit me.Unfortunately this is the worst target I've been in except for some in large inner-city areas.

The store was clean. I went at noon, there was a long line for the self checkout, but I went to a register, Michael was the cashier. He was very friendly, pleasant & helpful. Good customer service representative. I watched how Michael was interactive with assisting three customers in line before me. And asked all of us to take a survey on our receipts.. I look forward to visiting again.

First and only time coming here, only came because my credit card is doing 5 percent cash back here. Wanted an oculus headset but it seemed as tho I was burdening the clerk by asking for someone to open the display case. Don’t worry, I will never be a burden again

I love this store! The aisles are wide. The store is very clean, and merchandised well. Love the amazing selection and shelves are always stocked. Plenty of store associates around the store if assistance is needed. And the prices over all have a nice range so you can have options of how much you want to spend.

Sadly, the Dover store has lacked professionalism and quality of employees. Morale is poor at best. It used to be bright and cheerful, a true shopping experience. I have zero desire to walk around and shop. Trips to Target are simply to get what I need and get out.

No Target brand no scent cat litter. Only the light weight was in store. It is of fine grain and stays in the cats paws, I don't like it! The manager helped me order, online, the litter I use. It came from the warehouse quickly.

I used to love Target, but for a huge corporation to not offer paper bags at checkout is ridiculous. I don't want to buy a bag every time I go to the store. If you offer groceries, offer paper bags.

I used to be a huge fan of this Target, but I've been disappointed with my recent experiences. The last three times I've been to this Target, I've noticed that the refrigerated food section has been stocked with items that are significantly past their sell-by date. So much so that I've told store associates about it on two of these visits. I've also noticed that the inventory is getting limited and many shelves are bare.I'm really concerned about the quality of the food that this Target is selling. Nobody should be buying food that is past its sell-by date. It's dangerous. Their yogurt, lettuce, Good and Gather shredded chicken, Good and Gather chicken breasts, G&G charcuterie bites and much, much more were all expired during our trip yesterday. I'm also concerned about the cleanliness of the store. I've found multiple half-consumed items throughout the store. That's just nasty.I used to be able to count on this Target for quality products and a wide selection of items, but now I'm just not so sure. I hope that they will address these issues soon. It's bothersome as a consumer.I'm hoping they will take this feedback seriously and address these issues. I would like to be able to shop at Target again without worrying about the quality of the food, the quantity of food available and the cleanliness of the store. Somebody is going to get hurt if they don't pay attention to what they are buying and that should never be the case. Please do better Dover Target. Thank you!

The store has an hour left that it's open but they only have one checkout open and the line goes halfway down the store. This is insane. If the employees want to get out, you would think they'd open another lane. What an awful trip.

Store looked great! Very clean and stocked shelves! Check out needs work….not one employee occupied cash register was open and then you have to buy you own bags @ 1.98 each. If you are not going to have manned registers or bags, put a sign out front so you have the option to shop elsewhere!! Ridiculous!

No vegan yogurts available here but you'll find vegan icecream, a few frozen and fresh vegan options also some vegan milks. No staff available throughout the store for help. Most of the staff can be found at the front. It takes time searching for your product. Big store. Nice volume of merchandise sold here. NO military discounts available here! PSA! The security guard nor staff's OBJECTIVE to a dog sitting in a shopping cart. Yes! The same shopping carts that carries one's vegetables towels etcetera. Smh

There is a Danisha working as a sales associate. She was not my cashier, but she assisted me because I purchased $249.13 worth of groceries for which neither bags nor anything to purchase was available. Danisha noticed that there were a few empty boxes, so I asked if I could have them. Her customer service was outstanding; she was so polite and helpful, and she even taped the bottom of the box for me. I will only return because of her. The absence of bags is extremely inconvenient, but due to her excellent customer service, I will definitely return. Please promote this young woman because she is an excellent representative of your store.

The staff at this store harassed me and my Autistic daughter when leaving the store because we used their Special Needs shopping cart! They never followed up about my complaint but had security following us on our subsequent visit! Deplorable!! Don’t shop here!
