Honestly I was totally like in shock at how this store looked and I worked at the family dollar in Hartley 5 years ago and I went to this family dollar with my mother in law and my 9 month old daughter and I couldn’t believe that there was black heart spiced rum shot bottle in the kids toy section sitting right on the edge and it was empty I also got myself leggings that I can’t wear because they didn’t take the magnetic safety pin off and I got my daughter a bubble wand that we can’t use because we can’t even get the damn thing open I’ve tried my fiancé tried it’s crazy no wonder the district manager was there because that store needs some help

This Store was clean and neat, but the cashier was the best! Very professional and courteous; clearly going out hey way to help all customers, and she let us know she loves her job! During these days, it's hard to find good employees that's makes this special!

Well sometimes they are ok ..I got off the drugs with the help of methadone but now I'm just addicted to the methadone witch is better because it's prescribed but still it controls my life to a great degree.,

This particular Family Dollar store has a great staff and so do the others! But I do believe that the store needs to expand it's square foot space! Make it a lot of business and deal with a lot of inventory! There's hardly room to walk when the staff members have to stock. It makes it difficult to shop!

Poor customer service by employee named Betty. She is the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a retail store. It's pretty bad when you're told to find products on your own and when you still can't, she tells you to look harder. Poor poor customer service!!!

Went for hair color and secret deodorant Store was well stocked.clean and staff very pleasant.prices lower than drug stores. Paid $11 for both.

The staff on this visit were dull . . . The store was over crowded with boxes, and display carts. The store as far as customers wasn't busy, but it didn't look like it was a delivery day, just crowded and difficult to get around. I'll wait to go to a different location from now on.

Comments from the employees that work there, not nice comments. Very rude comments.They need to update that store, employees look you funny if you want to walk down the aisle, that's when they are in your way, No customer service there. Lol.
