This Dollar Tree location is kind of hard to find since it is tucked back from the main road. It is located near Kohl's off of Rte 13 (Dupont Hwy). The store was pretty big and well stocked with certain items while having empty shelves for others. The place was fairly clean, but it could use some touching up in some areas. It had a frozen foods section with a refrigerated area that was well stocked.

Opens at 8 it is 8:14 now running late for my job because your people have not showed up for their job other than the one employee that’s locked out as well ! Need stuff for work and now have to drive around town and find a place that’s open on time! Thinking need new management

This store is a hot mess literally!! No working AC, the aisles and shelves are a mess. To top it off there is only one person on the schedule. This is dangerous for a person to work in this store all by themselves. Close the store for a few days and get this store back in order!

There is always a bad vibe going in. The staff is upset because they were robbed. They should shut the store down so people won't come in hearing all conversations. Early on and retail We were told that if you have a problem but your workplace people you work for you keep your mouth shut it's not for the customers to hear and they are not there for that!

This is the worst experience ever me and my wife was browsing through the store and looking at stuff next thing I knew a shelf collapsed on me and could have hurt one of us walked out and never coming here again. Keep in mind none of the employees came over to see if I was ok! Or my wife they starred at us acting like nothing happened

If I can give 0 starts I would. I came in to order 16 balloons. Cashier Loretta told me she couldn't get them right now I told her no problem I can wait. Older man with white hair and a "Feliz" Xmas sweater (looks like the manager) comes out and tells her "next time don't take an order like this we're busy. I told him if you can't do it just give me a refund I'll go else where. And he didnt even look at me with his annoyed face and said "she's doing it" There were 2 other employees on there phone by the balloons. Why was this a problem? Oh and it took her 4 minutes to blow up 16 balloons FOUR. The older guy with white hair was rude. I'll make sure to never come to this store again, learn how to "customer service".

Had everything I went for but only had one register open. Line was 8 people deep while I was waiting. 2 people that were employees came up to registers which made me think they were going to open but they didn't. Then an employee that just started her shift ran in and opened her register and handled several customers. She was awesome.

I went into the store today (Mother’s Day) and bought items that totaled $17.50. The cashier took my husbands $20 bill and told him that she didn’t have change and would not be able to give him the $.50 back in his change as she did not have any change. THEY’RE OPEN FOR BUSINESS AND THEY HAVE NO CHANGE AND WANT TO RIP ME OFF OF MY MONEY. I told her to just give me a dollar since they were short of change and she said “Oh, I can’t do that” and my husband dug in his pocket and got the correct change so we wouldn’t be jipped of our own legally owed money. If you don’t have enough change then you shouldn’t be open for business. What a shady way to rip people off more than they are now. It’s all about the money and they will go to that level to make as much as they possibly can. Do you think her till was over from all the “change” they kept from people today? I thought not.

Typical Dollar Tree with lots of cool items. Nice selection of cute seasonal things. Some things are kind of cheesy but some things are surprisingly nice quality.This store seems to have a little less inventory on seadonal items than the other store in town and is a bit on the messy side but i still like it.The employees are always friendly and helpful.

The store manager is disrespectful, she has a nasty mouth. She likes to argue with the customers in front of everyone. The store is always messy. They never have what you want. Shelves are always empty or very disorganized. I wouldn’t recommend this dollar store to anyone. I rather go to route 8 or Cheswold next to Renders. Don’t go to Dover dollar store this store is so ghetto and the manager needs a attitude adjustment.

I was in Dollar Tree yesterday waiting in the check out line. The young man that was on the clock at 5:01 was complaining about having to work at that time. He was so disrespectful to the young woman. As I was getting ready to leave he tried involving me and I just looked at him and laughed. It's amazing how many young men complain about working. But no one wants to hire someone whose willing to work, but wasn't able to work on the weekends to do her kids. Why I didn't get the job.

This Dollar Tree is high volume, but also high staff turnover too. Sometimes lines are very long with not much additional help. Not as neat as other Dollar Tree stores, but items move quickly here.

Very upset with my visit here yesterday, and will NEVER return to this location again! As I walk in a cashier very loudly yells at me that I need to leave my backpack in the front of the store, rudely, in front of all the customers in the store.. well my “backpack” is my diaper bag that has my wallet which has my debit/credit cards, my drivers license, money, and other valuables so this policy is terrible! Then after I brought my DIAPER BAG outside to my husband waiting in the car for me to just run in real quick, all employees treated me very rudely, would not say hi or have a nice day, cashier did not even tell me the total. And I mean when I walked up I said hi and nothing, didn’t even hand me my bags just set them down and started to help the next customer. Terrible. And trust me, I will NEVER leave my purse (my diaper bag) with a stranger! Might want to re think this policy.

I am mildly concerned about handouts and lack of moral integrety w employees.As well as security of my credit cards. Ha.I would appreciate a call from regional.Seriously? Ive never felt so unwelcome in a "dollar store". Lazy cashiers act like its "their own" store. As if theyre doing me a favor by "working" there. Help and open lanes for whom they chose. Let Folks walk out w merchandise. Fact.Upon return trip. Yes, I was correct and watched another cuztomer shake their head leaving. Unless ur in the in.And "oh good" they read multi media and recognize me. Perfect.What a nice community.

The store was clean. The only has one cashier open during lunch time. If you are in a hurry do not go into the dollar store. The line was long. The stock was stock. The cashier was friendly.

well out of any other store, i'd rather shop at dollar tree. I'm really glad these stores were made because it not only helps me but it helps other people get a lot for a little. I can decorate, get party supplies, school stuff (year round mind you) home decor, snacks, frozen foods, BREAD, baking items like pans, tin foil, and seasonings, kitchen utensils..... you get the point. and theres new stuff every week! aaannnddd its only A DOLLAR!if i could live here i would....

It's never really stocked and neat and they don't let you take the shopping carts to your car sucks if your hAve kid's bUT they will oferr to help yout take your stuff ton the car... and the people are nice

Horrible. Line of 11 people, Mgr did nothing to help her 1 cashier, And she actually told a customer who was upset that she wasn't a priority. Like what! She's your customer. Mgr was so RUDE to this customer & everyone in line was more upset ... 3 walked out, shameful manager, should be FIRED

This store is the most organized dollar tree I have ever been in and has basically everything you could need or want for Christmas!!
