This was our 1st experience boarding our 2 dogs since we moved here. The people that we dealt with at All Aboard were great. Our dogs came back happy with no signs of stress that we had after having them at other kennels. The male that we have is a slob and frankly stunk when we got him back. They took him back and bathed and groomed him and he looked and smelled fantastic, so much so that my wife wants to take him more regularly for a bath and grooming there. Thanks for the great service- highly recommend.

My big guy is skittish and very nervous but the staff treats him so well! Maura is his favorite and she's a doll. They definitely make sure he's comfortable and calm, not just when getting groomed but also when he's stayed for some overnights. I really appreciate the care, patience, and love they show my big baby!

We just picked up our two dogs after they were boarded for the last two days at All Aboard. They stunk so badly that we had to roll down all windows in the car (in 50 degree weather) and cover our faces for the ride home because of the overwhelming smell of urine. This was our second boarding experience at this kennel and we were disappointed in the smell and filth the first time, but opted to give the owners another chance to redeem themselves. What a mistake! Now we have to pay for our dogs to go to a groomer immediately because they cannot come into our home like this. We will never return.The booking would have been under my married name of Thompson. If you are unable to locate me in your system, then your clerical ability could be as poor as the cleanliness of your facility.

Quality service. My animals LIKE visiting this groomer! recently needed to have my pom specially groomed for an operation. Connie did a beautiful job and smokee is stylishly healing in her pretty little lion cut. I can't recommend this establishment enough. They love what they do and treat your animals with care and professionalism. They also board and take the time to give your animal a great experience. If you like doing your own wash up there's even a special shampoo booth available with a walk up tub.

Never again... quick two day visit, and my dogs were disgusting. Must not have had the runs cleaned the entire visit. Had to open windows on the car ride home.

Staff were friendly. However, upon picking up our dog he has been sick for a day or so (vomiting and diarrhea). The reviews seem mostly positive, but I would not recommend.

I found the kennel to be clean and everyone was nice. The only concern was that I left her food with instructions but when I picked her up hardly any food was used, so I guess they fed her their food which I really didn't want So male sure to make it clear to them if you want your pet to have your food. I didn't question it when I picked her up, I would assume they fed her their food They were nice and upgraded her which was thoughtful Will use again when we are in the area visiting friends. Thank you to all !

Had a last-minute family emergency and Miss Connie was able to accommodate us on a days notice. My pup was happy and healthy after a two night stay and I would not hesitate to take him again. This will be our go to business for help with our two XL dogs. Because it takes a village.

This kennel came highly recommended and we were looking for a new kennel for our two dogs. Took our dogs there for a day visit to see how they would make out. The staff member we dealt with was very friendly and our dogs seemed to love the place.

Gave out exact portions with instructions anybody could understand & gave an emergency contact. When I picked him up, not even half of the treats he was supposed to get were gone. The girl mentioned, “Oh by the way, he’s had diarrhea”. I asked her how long he had been sick & she said she didn’t know cause this was her first day back, meaning nobody made note of it previously AND nobody contacted me with the emergency contact information I left behind. She mentioned the boss was “on vacation and not taking calls”, so I was send home with a dog bed covered in diarrhea. Safe to say they lost my business.

We have have taken our girls there for years and they always receive such good care. The facility offers a variety of accommodations & I think we've tried them all! All Aboard is an exceptional resource and I highly recommend them.

I was in the need of a new groomer for my second love of my life, Kona a Siberian Husky. I called All Aboard Grooming and was immediately impressed with the girl who answered the phone. She was very polite, kind and willing to help me so I made an appointment. Upon arrival of Kona's appointment, I arrived before they were open but no problem whatsoever because the owner came outside to let me know to come on in and that was extremely nice and helpful because I needed to get to work. After getting Kona signed in the owner found that I had an issue with Kona, which I will not inform of here but needless to say the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating to Kona and I and for the owners response, I am very grateful!! I was left impressed with All Aboard customer service and kindness and their willingness to help me. After I was called to let me know Kona was finished and I could pick Kona up, I was so so happy to see how beautiful and clean and happy my Kona girl was. Because of this exemplary service for which I received I have found Kona's new pet care home. Give All Aboard a try I cannot think of any reason where you won't be impressed as I was. Thank you All Aboard!! Very grateful pet owner. Kona's dad.

The only place I would take my dog. Kind, friendly caring staff. Love the presidential suites, a separate room for each pet with, heat, air conditioning, TV, and a run to the outside. Very good for dogs who don't do well with others.

This is the best place for dog boarding we have been taking our dogs here for several years and love everyone that works there. I will not take my dogs anywhere but here. I know when we are on vacation that our dogs are taken care of and that is a huge piece of mind

Told the kennel that our dog gets fed twice a day, literally said “there’s ten ziplock bags of food pre-portioned in here because he eats twice, once in the morning, once around dinner time”. Picked him up with half of his food still left in the bag, meaning he was underfed for the five days he was there. Poor guy, it blows my mind that no one thought it was weird that there was all this extra food at any point in time.
