Love Robin's so much! Just this past week, I called to make an appointment, and even though Robin was out of town, she still helped me get a hold of the girls at the salon. When I talked to them about making an appointment, they had me bring my dog in the same day. They are always so nice there, and the pricing is really great. We don't take our dogs anywhere else!Pics are from a couple of different visits! She always looks so cute!

Very choppy cut. Cost a good bit more than quoted, and he is tore up today with razor burn under his tail, his belly - one spot is basically a wound now, ( grooming was yesterday), his paw pads are super inflamed and so are the inside of his ears. Won't go back. Will have to go to the vet tomorrow to treat these areas. They acted like he was a burden because he was scared and had accidents while there. I give up on finding someone good around here.**update: Thanks for cutting off a nipple and his little empty sack area. He fn reeks today, 3 days after the cut. The owner did this cut, guys. Horrible! 95 dollars for this.

I cannot thank these lady’s enough !! Not only did they squeeze me in on such short notice (poor planning on my part) they did such an outstanding job on my fluffy girl. (fluffy is a understatement) They are very accommodating to your schedule and are absolutely the sweetest people ever. They answered any questions I had and gave me reassurance that my baby is in great hands !! We will be back and are loyal customers

Brought my 3.6 lb rescue chichuachua for a wash today. Robin did a beautiful job. My little girl smelled so good and they were so sweet to her. And I love the decor. So cozy!

Called in advance to ask for a price to do a full shave, bath, nails, ears, the whole kit and kaboodle for a 140lb St Bernard. I was told $120. After he was finished I picked him up and was told the price was $235. They told me it’s because he was bigger than they thought and said he caused problems when getting his feet trimmed. His ears were not cleaned. $120 is far from $235 and they knew how big and what kind of dog because I already told them!

Robin took our newly adopted Pekingese in who was in high need of some pampering. Robin and her mother were transparent with me and made sure to stay in touch during his visit. He is not an easy dog to deal with when it comes to grooming! Bootsie tends to squirm and wiggle his way out of everything and pretend to bite-every groomers nightmare-This was not a problem for robin! . At the time Robin was dealing with personal details herself but that did not stop her from making sure that our little doggo was treated with love attention to his needs. Highly recommend ROBIN 10/10!

They are great people they're great with your animal and I don't have to worry about them being misused I have a little shih Tzu and I'm one of these animal owners I think they're more like people than they are animals and they treat her really well I thank God I found them
