The manager at this location is top notch when it comes to customer service. I appreciate him special ordering a food that my cats will only eat so I don't run out. He said he would order me a bunch of bags of it and hold it for me in the back and he did. Great customer service. Thank you!

The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. They are always ready and willing to assist me in finding items in the store. There is such a wide variety of products organized efficiently and of high quality. My dog is very eager to visit the store and is greeted with enthusiasm by the staff.

They rarely have the 90 OZ red bag of Timothy hay. I end up having to go to pet kare down the street every time. Just wish they’d ship and supply it more.

Very helpful staff, l have been going for a few months because it is in a convenient location.Doesn't have the biggest inventory or always the best price vs some of the other chains, but the people are consistently helpful and knowledgeable. So, for the better experience for me and treats for my dog when he joins, this is my favorite pet store.

The staff at Fox Run are the best. Very customer oriented and knowledgeable. Thank you for your assistance. Unfortunately, my latest visit was unsatisfactory. I wanted to return food that my cat didnt like and since a sale was going on no returns. I did not want to get a better price my cat would not eat the food. Also, the sale I bought the original food was a better price than this sale. Was told I need to make an extra trip tomorrow. Did spend 52 dollars today, returniwould have been less than 20.

I signed up for the frequent buyer deal. Buy 10 bags of very expensive cat food and get one free. Turns out you have to buy the same flavor! I had eight bags of one flavor and three bags of another. What a rip off. Their prices are ridiculous and I recommend staying away from there totally. Chewy has much better prices and if you buy $50 worth, shipping is free.

I don’t have an issue w the employees. The employees are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. What I DO have an issue with is HOW RIDICULOUSLY HOT IT IS IN THE STORE. you can’t even shop comfortably. I was only in there for 15 minutes and it was suffocating and you’re allowing your underpaid employees to work in there all day long??? Those are unsafe working conditions and the owners should be reported.

I've never liked Concord Pets. They are always over priced and dingy. Their "sales" are the regular prices at other stores. This store in particular was very clean, and a lot less dingy feeling. Everything was over priced as always, but I needed a leash and harness quick and it was the closest option available. I ended up buying a few toys as well. The manager there is what made this rating so high. He was super funny and nice. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door like most stores require, but his hello was actually cheerful and not a forced requirement. He actually seemed like he really liked his job and animals in general. Which in all the other Concord Pets I have been into didn't really seem that way. He also answered all my questions with ease and humor. He gets 5 stars, but I'm still not a fan in general.

This is a decent place with a really good selection. If you keep your eyes open, the prices seem to be as good as you can find at any other stores as well, which is a big plus.From my experience, the employees can be kind of hit or miss as far as how helpful or knowledgeable they are, but I guess that's true anywhere.At the end of the day, I'm happy to support a decent local business, and they seem worth it to me.

Great experience and helpful manager, as we decided to change our three dog's food. One is an active doberman who will eat anything ( so slightly too heavy) and the other two, 7 year old cozy-on-the-couch pups. Always had great experiences at Concord Pets. Prices seem a little high, though.

We've been getting our dog food from here since we got our pup so about 8 months and they have been very helpful with chew toys and food in general. They take pride in helping us find the food our dog needs because she has bad allergies. Most helpful staff in a pet store in my opinion.

Arrived literally moments before closing. The manager (forget his name) was pleasant and took time to educate me on recent issues with Zignature Venison (product availability). He provided a good alternative suggested by Zignature. Typically, some staffers have been non responsive when I’ve visited this location. However, the manager first introduced me to the store at an even at the local park and I am grateful he was there on this particular night to assist in my late night purchase.Good place!

They carry all supplies needed for 🐕 dogs, cats 🐈 and other animals, they carry accessories from food, collars, leashes, chew toys and shampoos, flea medicine etc. You better bring your wallet,the prices aren't cheap

The store had all the items I was looking for, at comparable and mostly better prices than the National chain which is much further away. Quick, convenient and good service. I will definitely be back.

Poor return/exchange policy will keep me out of all Concord Pet Food & Supplies. My week-old Alcott leash had broken and the manager at the Bear, DE store said that since it's not a guaranteed product, there was nothing she could do. She went on to say that this was why they suggest that their customers purchase only guaranteed products. I am a business owner and would never treat my customers this way if I wanted their repeat business and good reviews. I like to support local, family-owned businesses, but this left me frustrated and dissapointed.

Half an hour before closing and they had to asked to stop the really loud vacuum when a customer comes in and then didn't even wait until I left to restart. Convenient but the customer service always seems hit or miss. The guy who helped me was great.

Service is good. I have 3 dogs and I am there frequently for dog food and treats. They don't keep the food that my dogs eat in stock and the same with the treats.
