I went to the Windham store today. I couldn't find what I was looking for. I came across an associate in the out door area and asked her if they had the first item. She didn't seem too engaged, concerned or helpful. She replied: "I don't know , check out website. When I asked her about the second item I received the same reply. That is definitely not the same level of customer service I have received at other TSCs. I did buy two items for my dog and the cashier asked me if I found everything I was looking for. I thanked her and said yes. Seems like some refresher trading is needed for the floor associates.

People that saw my other post . This is Part 2We went to the Windham Tractor Supply .We were greeted upon entering the store by Alissa ,She came over and helped us find the jacket I wanted .We had to order and she was the best !Best customer service!Great personality!Took the time needed !Cared about us !Thank you !I feel like I want to work there .It's all about everyone together making this world a better place .She's a great example of that

I started liking this store, but the rudeness at the counter has changed my mind. I had found some things I wanted and needed a cart. Stopped by the counter to ask where they were. Before I got there the cashier (don’t know the name..heavy-set man) said he wasn’t open. I tried asking, but was cut off twice. The guy barked “ I’m taking care of a customer.” He never heard what I was asking. It was very short and rude. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Every person over 30 in that place was rude to me the guy Derrick said he would return any item for a customer right before me because "he doesnt care" and they call my generation lazy and apathetic. Him and some older women were just rude and didn't even look us in the eye but was more than cordual with the local folks. It just sucks to be clearly treated poorly because you obviously dont fit in with the local status quo.

Josh is a great guy. He has helped me a couple of times. This morning, he helped me load a safe in my truck. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back to the N Windham store for sure.

Great store I moved to Connecticut about 3yrs ago! Have a horse farm so always in need of supplies and the North Windham store is where I shop! I deal with Alissa usually and she's great! Always looking to help you if needed should be more people like her.

I’ve been going to tracker supply for two years for items for my house and dog food. As I walked in I was greeted with a snarky attitude by two young female staff. I was then questioned on why I was at the store and what I was looking for ? A young lady staff member was a few feet behind me looking over my shoulder and looked away when I turned around and didn’t asked if I needed help. I am an older female and entered in with my older partner and was not displaying horse play in the store. I’ve never experienced this type of treatment in this store before and felt like a child in which I could be old enough to be these employees mother and I was not dressed raggedy. When I usually come to this location the staff are friendly and helpful but this one event made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope this was just a lack of character judgement on these two employees. Maybe costumer service training will be beneficial to these two young ladies.

Wes discriminated against for being a minority, im not gonna say what happened, but the manager Teresa, should be fired . Made my self and my son feel very bad. Im a army infantry veteran and i did not serve my country to come back home and get this kind of treatment , that manager needs to be fired asap.

Tried to buy a 30 lb tank off the floor, when brought to register, a very inexperienced employee informed us propane tanks were not allowed in the store. Tried to explain it was a brand new. Empty tank off the display on the floor..still met with same response. Manager was called on us after the underling told me she didn't appreciate my attitude. Manager than informed us of the SAME THING? ! How do you purchase a propane tank out of that store?? We left it sitting there telling them we will never be back and the employees screaming at us GOOD as we left?? Really corporate? This is how things are run now a days? All set. I'll take my $140 elsewhere!!

Love Tractor Supply in North Windham the employees are very helpful and polite. Also if they don't have what you're looking for they give you information of where you might be able to find the item or items you're looking for. Love this store for almost all my needs they have items you wouldn't think they carry.

Don't waste your time counting on this location anymore. Now that Sophia has left the store, you just have "children" working there that think it's a fashion show. They should be paying attention to their inventory and ordering the proper animal feed and keeping them in-stock as management used to do instead of using the store as a dating service. This used to be the BEST Tractor Supply, they sent Sophia away and now it's the WORST.

They have unbeatable prices especially if you take advantage of the Competitive pricing that they will match! Plus I love that the sales associates at Windham take their time to remember you as one of their customers. Tractor Supply is one of my favorite stores especially North Windham Tractor Supply is hands-down the best one in Northeast Connecticut! All of the sales Associates are extremely helpful!

The first time I've ever been inside a tractor supply store. Really interesting range of stuff from farm supply to meds for horses and a huge supply of dog food. Really any kind of quality dog food you could ask for the had in stock. I was picking up an order which came in that day. Very helpful staff. Overall impressed with the store

I love this place ! Everything here is HIGH quality in my eyes, which in my case is in terms of the equipment and the clothing , I still have this heavy coat I bought from this place more than 7 years ago and it's just as strong just a bit worn. Prices here aren't that bad but can build up fast ! Other than that to me this is a cool place to check out

While we absolutely love Tractor Supply (great selection, decent prices and good sales), every single time we have gone (always a Saturday or Sunday...times vary) there has only one cashier on duty with an extremely long line! Add to that if a consumer has a problem with an item, pricing issue, etc., it adds to the length of time in line and the line continues to grow. There are generally several people on the floor but I'm not sure if they can also run the registers because nobody is ever paged to assist. We have made it a point to mentally prepare ourselves that we'll be in line a while when we go there.

Great place and always well stocked. They allow pets which is great too especially in the hot weather. From dogs to cats to horses and chickens they have you covered with the essentials. Anything they are missing you can get online amd delivered to the store.

I recently bought a zero turn mower from the Tractor Supply in Windham. Josh the store manager was very helpful and answered every question I had about a mower that I was interested in. Brandon a store employee made it possible for me to test drive the mower by putting some gas into it and allowing me to test drive it right there at the store. Brandon was very helpful and I appreciated the great customer service. I had no way to get the new mower to my home. Josh went above and beyond when he delivered the mower to my house and walked me through every part of my mower and how to run it. Choosing a good quality mower is a big investment and I appreciate the great customer service from Brandon and Josh. I love my new "toy!"

The staff is so friendly at this location! Their store was a bit messy, it was kind of hard to walk around in some isles! But other than that it was a great experience and we found everything we were looking for!

Horrendous service. Tried to get my propane tanks refilled, they said they would send someone right out. After waiting 35 minutes I went back in and was told they were busy helping customers. Apparently I was not a customer. Do not shop here.

Many great choices of lawn Care items., Some feed , clothing, hardware items. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience when I've gone to this store.

Annoyed today. Drove out to pick up some basics - 50 lbs of scratch grain. They were "out". This is not acceptable. They sold me 1 broken bag @ a discount. But it still means another trip. Tomato plany on 2 for 1 special. But no price posted & check out didn't know how much that were. . . 😛

They never order enough horse feed or dog feed that ppl really need. I have had a rain check for strategy horse feed for 2 weeks! 3 trucks have delivered to the store with no strategy on any of the trucks!! Windham’s store is miss managed!This store is 10 min from my house but I will be going to Colchester or Putnam witch is 1/2 hr from my house to give them my business!The windham store is unorganized ,dirty and only have a few staff members who actually have any knowledge.
