This is a good stop and shop. they have enough parking, plenty of choices, and helpful employees. they also have good produce, bakery, meat/seafood and deli counter. good organic and natural options with two whole isles and organic produce too. good selection of cheese, canned goods, frozen goods, ethnic foods, snacks, drinks, condiments, pet products, things such as tissues, paper plates, etc. They have pretty much everything you could want and expect in a grocery store.they also run great sales for many products and with a Stop & Shop card, you can save a lot on deli and sale items.good store

Some worker verbally and physically abused me. I was at baseball practice and fractured my ankle and needed a mobility scooter to get snacks for my hangout. I want justice for what happened and want to be compensated for this employees action. The video was recorded from my pocket but you can hear what happened.

My wife and I just moved to Wilton and needed to go grocery shopping. Thankfully, there is this stop and shop in the town center. It's not the biggest stop and shop that I have been too but they do have everything that one would expect on the large one's. I would recommend this stop and shop to anyone and giving it five out of five stars.

False advertising online. Went in for a shingles vaccine (says online no appointment needed), only for the pharmacist to tell me she can’t do it, she doesn’t have time. I get there’s scripts to be filled, but I was the only customer there. It would’ve taken not even five minutes. Didn’t even offer for me to come back at a different time. Had to travel another stop and shop and got it done.

It’s not really a bad supermarket. I’m giving 2 stars for the incorrect pricing in the produce section, and the fact that you don’t supply your shoppers with Wi-Fi.I was unable to use my app in the store which is frustrating and defeats the purpose of the app while shopping! I couldn’t get cell service nor did I see an option for guest Wi-Fi.You must now by now that has been an issue for sometime. The store really needs to do something about it.

EDIT: the link below does not work to further discuss my experience.Went in to grab a few things this morning and produce was so bare. There were no regular cucumbers, rotisserie chickens were not out by 9am. About 12 registers were closed and blocked, 3 of them being self checkout. The lady helping with self checkout was super nice but the lady standing when you walk in was rude, no eye contact and looked miserable when I asked her a question.

Wow what an amazing team of people who work there. I especially had a wonderful interaction with the department clerks, check-out person and the woman at Customer Service.And now during this pandemic there are no less than two (2) employes who continuously cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. Also the checkout employee was cleaning and disinfecting the checkout area between each customer.Prices are absolutely competitive and selection is abundant.

Stop & Shop is located on a large plaza on Wilton. It's organized and well lit. Staff are friendly and professional. Prices are fair and competitive. Produce are fresh and clean. They have a good selection of stuff. Ample of parking. Overall, its a good grocery. I highly recommend this store.

The Wilton Stop and Shop seems to offer a better selection of items that do neighboring locations. The sales are pretty diverse and if you sign up for the digital coupons, you can get some really great deals here. The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful and all in all, this is a good store to do business with. Also, check out the back clearance table for some 75% off deals.

Great visit here at Stop n Shop after work! A little smaller than some of the other Stop n Shops, but still has everything! Was able to get in and out in a great time span. One recommendation would be to open more checkout lanes tho, as there was quite a long line at the Self Checkout lanes as they were the only ones open .

Nice store with a good selection to choose from. The Natural foods section is very appealing and has many choices. The organic fruits and vegetables are well priced. I suggest avoiding the fish as I have not had much luck with any fish. Nice to have People's Bank inside the store.

selection is good, especially apples. But pricing and payment is so convoluted even the store cannot get it right. I bought strawberries and chocolate bars that were on sale. At the scanner, the "regular" price showed, not the sale price. That is bad enough. I asked the clerk, and he told me to pay and that the receipt would reflect the sale price. That worked for the strawberries, but not the chocolate bars. I went to a second clerk who said "you already paid, it's too late". A trip to customer service refunded the difference for 2 of 3 bars, so I am only down $1.19 from what I expected. Trader Joe's for the next trip !

The quality of produce and proteins purchased at this store has been absolutely horrible for the last few months. Spoiled meat and dairy, fruits and veggies sold within an inch of edibility is now the norm. I've wasted way too much time out of my life returning spoiled food -- no more.Last weekend I returned a pork roast that was rancid. Meat manager couldn't even muster an apology.

The cashier Alexander don’t know how to use the coupon. He just received the coupon and pretend he used it. The staff of customer service just hang up the phone when I said I need complain and talk to the store manager. So be rude to customer is the common style of stop&shop Wilton. Sometimes Wilton store didn’t put the discount in the system when some items are on sale. I think I will avoid Wilton store since Norwalk store has much better service.

Its a pretty typical Stop & Shop. Its starting to feel a bit dated. But you can find some savings when you look in the right places. The staff is usually very nice though so that's a plus.
