I would not recommend this place. She cut my dogs nails and offered to dremel my dogs nails. I have never heard of dremel nails before so I thought we would try it. While she was explaining it to me she said she loves using the dremel because it’s impossible to go too far and it allows a close cut. Well my dog Daisy has been licking her paws frequently and they are all red and irritated so I brought her to the vet and my vet was appalled. He had informed me that she went WAY to far and dremel all the way to the quick. The vet suggested waiting at least a month before cutting again to let them grow out and it has already been 3 weeks since they were first cut/dremel. It is very painful to touch for my dog and the cut is very uneven

1. Called to schedule appt. Time of 2: 30 offered by owner to which I agreed. I showed at 2:29.....door locked.... called owner....she was at Dollar general and on her way back....arrived back at 2:35. She never apologized for being late.2. Had asked for puppy cut over the phone. Upon arrival she asked again what type of cut we wanted.I again stated a puppy cut...she then handed me her mobile device to look thru stock photos..(not her own personal work examples)3. After choosing the puppy cut and attempting to show her, she took a "walk in" asking questions... this took precedent over completing our check in and details of services for our scheduled appt.Finally after 10 more minutes, I had to bring it to her attention that we had not finished our check in..4. I was told to give her 3 hours to complete the puppy cut.5. I called at 5:05 pm to check my dog's status. I was told that he would not be ready for another 20 minutes and that she still had the cut to do. She told a confusing story about spilling a bucket of water and needing to clean it up.6. I arrived at her business at 5:45. The door was locked. I could see my dog on the table with his hair all around him... We waited. She opened the door at approx 6:05. Her makeup was freshly done!!! On my dog grooming time! Lol!!I went to pay with my debit card. I was then informed that she had just changed banks and couldn't take a debit. Not once in any of our previous conversations was this mentioned. I asked where the closest atm was.....she told me to go to dollar general and make 2 purchases and get cash back.....with 1:50 surcharge each transaction. It was now 4 hours total time.The entire day and experience was inconvenient. There was a total lack of professionalism from the owner. My dogs coat looks choppy and uneven. I was told its because of his curl. He is my fourth golden and I work for a retired veterinarian and golden breeder. We have 14 goldens. I have never seen such a choppy job with stray hairs all over.We will never go back!!

Amazing job! My Pomeranian looked so handsome after his haircut and he was in and out in an hour and a half. I was able to get in the same week I called. Will 100% be going back!

I brought my chocolate lab to Christina, he is pretty high anxiety and gets stressed in strange situations but he was happy as can be when I picked him, smells amazing, and is so clean!!!
