Since I adopted my Lil Man back in 2020, He gets 1 of these No hide Rawhies from Earth Animal, monthly. Have purchsed the: Chicken, Peanut Butter, Pork, Salmon, The Feast, and Venison varieties. I have bought medium and large sizes. I recommend 'em to Friends. And here He is enjoying 1 of The Feast large- sized ones, in the foto attached.Always fast delivery of orders (photo attached) and occasionally- sales, as well.

As a military spouse who lives in Japan wanting quality all natural products for my Labrador has had me ordering a lot online to get it shipped here. I recently had a relative ship my Earth Animal No Hide chews and he loved it! So I decided to order directly from the company! I came here to leave a 5 star review for the excellent order completion and my order arrived in a week! Thank you Earth Animal Family & Co!! I plan on ordering more upon moving back to the States in the future. Would love to check out this flagship store at some point as well.

Above 5 for products. 1 or 2 stars max for service. I got very lucky my first visit and had a very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable young man help me choose products. I got hooked on their natural dog chews (alternative to rawhide) and also their flea and tick internal powders and other products. But every other time I have visited or called the store and asked questions the staff are brusque, short, sound like they don’t want to talk to you, and can be condescending. It’s a family owned store. The products have a really cool story and history. I just wish they made it more enjoyable to visit the store. It almost makes me want to stop using their products to be honest

I went to Earth Animal yesterday for the first time and was very impressed!! I have a rescue who is a picky eater and it's extremely hard to find food for her. Nick, from the store, gave wonderful nutritional advice and even provided me with a sample of dog food & a great recycled bag because I left mine at home. I also picked up "no-hide" chews that Earth Animal personally makes. The were a BIG hit with my dog! I highly recommend this amazing pet supply store and will definitely be back in the near future : )

My dog absolutely loves the No HydeChews. She has tried each of the flavors and loves them all. It really gives you peace of mind knowing that your dog can enjoy a chew and it be completely digestible. Thanks for making such a great product!

What more can i say other than we love this place! From the first time we walked in looking for some food advice to 3 years later they always treat us like family! They carry foods that no other store does and their customer service is beyond 5 stars.

Such a supportive, informative and helpful staff - Jamie and Lindsay in particular! Truly caring people and will take time to listen to your pet issues and needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! Almost forgot to mention their homemade all natural food and medication by Dr. Bob! He also provides nutrition wellness plans and much more

Their products are amazing but their service is definitely not! I've been lucky and had a very nice younger gentleman help me when I've been there but today I went and the guy that helped me was rude and it felt like he was being condescending when I asked him a question about a product in the store. The customer service was seriously lacking

Great local pet shop (dog focus with some cat and other supplies). They make beautiful decorated dog treats right there in-house.

Walked in and took them 20 minutes to even say hi or ask if we needed help. First time going in and probably the last. No one else was even in the store. Pretty disappointed. Just sat behind the counter and talked to each other.
