The staff is very obnoxious and rude! You try and ask questions and it's like they don't even want to be bothered. I was asking questions concerning my dogs and it's like they don't care. Then why work with pets ? I won't go there again!

This isn't specific to just on this Petco. I will never again set foot into one of these places for goods or services. Not due to bad customer service or shoddy products. It's the veterinarians they allow into their clinics. They price gouge, keep telling you that you need to return for boosters and charge you full boat. I figured it would be cost effective to let my pet have their first visits with this place as I prefer to shop in person for products and I figured it would be a nice one stop shop. NEVER AGAIN. They allow companies such as this into their doors and allow them to rip off patrons. The only thing I will ever be doing from now on is going in and scanning my Amazon app and purchasing online with my two day delivery and going to a vet clinic not associated with this company.

I was not to happy with one of the vetco staff members was very rude and got mad because my dog had urinated on her because she was squeezing her really tight

They are hit or miss on having or keeping all records of your pet on file. Make sure when you do your appointment, make sure when it's done you go over everything that was done and documented and make sure all that you were promised to have done was and if not do it while there. Than demand for any and all paperwork of what was done. Prices of the vaccines or shots are priced very well and beat the prices at the vets office.

Great deal of pet care, they treat you well. Get in a little early and they will sign you in on their app, then you can wait for a text when it's time for your visit.
