Went there tonight 4/29/24 for the second time and this experience was no better than the last. No employees throughout the store or even at the front register. We were waiting at the front for at least 10 minutes before actually having to call the store to get someone to come to the front to cash us out. Both managers working walked out of the break room, clearly just hanging out, and then started working ONLY AFTER we had to call and let them know they had a line of people. Not even an apology or word out of them. Such poor service. 0/10 recommend.

I had a bad experience at this petsmart due to an employee who was a male and had short hair & I believe blue eyes, he was highly rude and dismissing to the point that I had to walk away from him because he was trying to start an argument with me. The female at the fish section during the afternoon with brown hair was also highly disrespectful for no reason at all I’m hoping to see new, better, kind, and RESPECTFUL employees. I’m not sure why they think because it’s a “new” store and they’re new employees they need to be rude to the customers. Not going here again I’ll go to paws and claws in wolcott or Waterbury aquarium until the employees are replaced! Not the first review about this young disrespectful boy.

went there yesterday and will NEVER return!!! staff completely useless and not friendly or welcoming at all!!! The young guy not sure his name but very short hair was rude, and disrespectful to me asking a simple question I was dismissed and rushed he should be fired immediately. way less product than the bank st location.

The young man with a buzz cut working on Wednesday 4/24/24 was a horrible employee I had a bad experience was so rude when I was checking out didn’t let me put my phone number in and rushed me ! Overall this best store is a major downgrade from the bank st location all the staff went down hill and product availability has decreased less brands, less treats , less every!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

I love the new look and the space, the staff has shown be the best and most helpful experience when it comes to finding a new friend/pet. I will most definitely be recommending!!!
