Best furniture experience ever! We came and browsed there selection, and our salesman frank was super nice and attentive. Couch turned out to be in stock - Frank and the store manager even helped load it on top of our truck!!! Came back for the second half and they met us at the door with the 2nd piece and again got it right on top. Guys were awesome, authentic and above friendly! There was a third employee that helped as well but I can’t recall his name. Looking for easy friendly shopping experience go visit my guys at big lots Waterbury !!!!!

My shopping experiences at Big Lots is always very good. The employees don't follow you around the store asking "can I help you find anything? " (every five minutes. )They allow me to shop in peace. Prices are very reasonable also.

Never buy furniture or furniture protection from big lots. The quality of the sectional couches is horrible, and when I tried to redeem my warranty, my claim was denied because Big Lots referred me to Allstate warranty when it was Warrantech. I spoke with Warrentech, who said I did not process my claim within five days, so I could not put in a claim—just an overall horrible experience. Please stay away from Big Lots, I asked to speak to a general manager and the store would not provide information.

Went above and beyond the call to get me delivered a Love seat Id initially boaught that came with a defect Great Customer Service. Shout out to Dan Jessica and Frank for Helping Out and making sure I got a replacement in a very timely manner

Some great bargains and a decent selection. Frequent shopper because of that. Bath and Beauty section has some hidden gems. It doesn't seem to get overly crowded there very often, which is great. Nice staff too!

The associates are extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist you. Prices are decent and I was shocked to see Christmas lights on the shelf, we haven't even celebrated Labor day yet. Great associates and very helpful.

Stephanie was great!!!! And had amazing customer service and so much patience she was able to fix my issues with an online purchase as soon as I went into the store and signed me up for a loyalty card as well! Great experience

The big lots in Waterbury always has plenty of product in stock, the store is very well maintained, and the staff there treats you like family when you're shopping for furniture. Speaking of furniture, it's a great place for matresses, couches, etc. However, you have to be choosey when it comes to things like dressers and chests. Other than that, my go to spot for stuff I need.

Great place associate stopped what she was doing and went out of her way to help me find items not only did she direct me to items she literally walked me to each section found items for me. Not too familiar with store layout this associate helped me big time...Check out associate very friendly and informative...Great place...

This is a wonderful, clean store. We got a terrific sofa here and shop regularly for grocery and cleaning supplies. The staff here is friendly and helpful, especially the store manager, Tiara.

Store is pretty good. I haven't had any issues here. I'd say their food and drinks are a little pricy, but maybe because dollar tree in the plaza lol sells alot of the same stuff in cheaper.

This specific store.. Horrible. The staff is unfriendly/uncaring that they're even supposed to be working. They don't say hi, they don't ask if you need assistance with anything. I highly recommend the Big Lots in Torrington... Way better!!

I had a bad experience with this store. I went to buy a piece of furniture and the white women that works there ignore me and started taking care of another customer that just happens to walk by she totally ignore me. I ended up just leaving. I will spend my money else where good customer service. 👎👎👎

Of the discount big box places to go to this place has the biggest selection for the best prices. Plus with email coupons is saves you money. Only issue I have is general upkeep of the store, usually not very keptup
