Had to find another groomer since my regular went on maternity leave. The replacement wasn't confident enough and refused to cut him, which I totally understood, he didnt even want her to touch him...so I had to find a place that would muzzle him if needed this place not only gave me a last min appointment, but they took my little Yeti with no issues he gets very anxious, but they dealt with him not being really happy about the situation and gave him an amazing, truly overdue cut... I booked my next appointment, especially after seeing the cutest bow on him at pick up. Thank you so much!

Ok, so now the jig is up… best groomer ever!!! Thank you Jenna for an amazing experience for a first time groom for Sadie. She is a 3 year old Shetland Sheepdog who had beautiful feather cut, bath and clip. I’ll never go anywhere else!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!I recently took my Bernadoodle to Wet Paws for grooming, and I must express my profound disappointment. While I respect every business's right to operate as they see fit, I believe in the importance of honoring customer preferences and being transparent about charges.On this visit, and a previous one, I found that Wet Paws did not adhere to my grooming requests. Instead of getting the style I asked for, my Bernadoodle was returned with an extremely short cut, resembling a totally different breed altogether. To add insult to injury, I was upcharged for de-matting when in fact it was a complete shaving.It's disheartening when you trust a service provider with your beloved pet, only to feel that your wishes—and those of your pet's best interest—are overlooked. While I appreciate the need for businesses to make judgment calls based on a pet's condition or behavior, open and honest communication is essential!Unfortunately, after these experiences, I cannot recommend Wet Paws for grooming. For those considering their services, I advise clear communication about pricing and desired outcomes. Good luck!

The girls over here are wonderful! Pleasant and do a great job with grooming! Extremely reasonably priced and quick, you can potentially get an appointment the same day otherwise the next day.

We recently moved and have not found a place to groom our Bernese mountain dog! Wet Paws is the place. They treated my girl like the princess she is to us, everyone from the front desk staff to our groomer was so friendly and knowledgeable the needs of our breed. I felt very welcome and confident leaving my dog in their care. CeeCee looked so beautiful and clean when I picked her up. I will be returning here often!

Just started to go here. This is my 2nd time taking my dog to get groomed here. My winnie(dog) has really bad anxiety, but somehow, they manage to groom her and have her all dolled up. The pricing is fair.

Riley always has a great time at Wet Paws. They are patient with him as he doesn’t enjoy the blow dryer or having his nails trimmed but they patiently work through it. Highly recommend.

This was my first time coming to Wet Paws Dog Grooming and I am pleased to say we have found a new place for our girl's beauty treatments!!! Upon walking in we were greeted with so much kindness and professionalism. Everyone there was so helpful and listened to my concerns with how I wanted my dog to look. I adore her previous groomer, but Wet Paws blew my mind when I came to pick my baby up. Not only did she look great, but she also smelled even better! I am so pleased and so happy I have found them! Wonderful grooming salon. They are efficient, friendly and my new puppy Zoe loves the people here. I was unsure I could get her groomed before Christmas because she was just spayed, but even without an appointment they were able to take her as soon as her vet cleared her. Her coat was in great shape, and her nails have never been smoother. Thumbs up!

Our 10 month old Australian Shepherd came today for his first grooming. He goes to Camp Bow Wow, so used to other pups, plus we have two cats and a parrot. Unfortunately he freaked out during his bath. The owner, and his staff were insanely nice, so understanding. Honestly for once, I am at a loss of words for how amazing this business/company is. Please go with complete confidence.

After some thought I decided to give this place 2 stars. First time we brought our dog here we had no issues. He got a mini groom because it was his first time. Second time around they didn’t give us the cut we wanted. After emailing someone who eventually stopped replying I decided to cancel my appointment and not go back.
