Everyone here is super friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. When my pets are in need they always get them in within a day or two. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. Most of the people that work there have pets of their own and they treat my dogs like they were their own. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!

Love this place, care is taken with my numerous pets. Real concern for their health and wellbeing as well as my wallet. They get me In quickly with sick pets too. They take such wonderful care of my dog Taffy. I had to bring her in for an ultrasound on her heart in April. Their estimate for the day of her test was not only reasonable, it was a bit less than what other local vets charge for the same thing. When I came back to pick her up and pay, it ended up being a lot less than the estimate! I highly recommend these wonderful people to take care of your precious fur~babies!🐾💕🐾💕**Update**5/24It's been several years since I brought my Taffy to ACE for the very last time. And their care & compassion was nothing less than exceptional on the day I said goodbye to my sweet little girl I now bring my non stop, crazy beagle, Happy to the amazing ladies @ ACE. Also, they truly understand that I want the best for my crazy beagle, despite my having a lack of finances. And I really appreciate that! Animal Care Experts ROCK!! 🐾 🐾

Animal Care Experts is an awesome vet. We have three dogs all with their own fun issues (lol) and the staff here is always kind, helpful, and understanding. They are great with all our pups. We keep going even though we have moved a distance. It just goes to show the trust and rapport we have with everyone here! Absolutely recommend.

Used to be the best around. Not sure what happened, but I won't be going back after the attitude I got from whoever answered the phone and pretty much told me that my dog wasn't important. Took my business down the road to webster veterinary.

I appreciate the way they get to know the dog by actually get down on the floor and interacting while doing the exam. While they do this, they are talking to us to answer our questions. Very friendly staff too!

Ellen our beautiful cat had an ingrown claw,( it was growing into her paw pad) we had a difficult time trying to help her at home. I called our vet at Animal Care Experts. They were able to see her the same day. I brought her in and they took care of her. She is feeling so much better. Thank you everyone here

I brought my friends fur baby for her visit when her parents went away for the weekend. I haven't been there in years. I love the kitty corner. They are so nice. They were super sweet to Sally girl. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone looking for caring loving people.

Comment on the clinic owner's replay:Justifying the reprehensible attitude of yours employees with my alleged aggression and inappropriate language is a huge abuse and burying a head in the sand against responsibility for the lack of their professionalism and empathy and blatant manipulation of facts.Yes, I was angry, but anger is not aggression. The difference between anger and aggression is like the difference between a children's camp and a prison. Everyone experiences anger because it is an emotion. My anger was caused by the fact that the health of my family member, my dog, was a priority for me, and for you it was only business. Regards, Sylwia Helwig****I discourage everyone from contacting their beloved pet with this place, especially with Dr. Weissbach, who lacks professionalism and empathy, sent my dog back with an ear infection, claiming that it was a superficial change, probably caused by my dog's allergy. When the ear pain worsened after a few days, I went to this clinic again. I didn't give up when they wanted to make an appointment for me only in 3 days. My dog needed help immediately. And only because the obvious infection was previously ignored. Effect? Yeast in both ears.Before this happened, I made an appointment for neutering. During a visit preparing for the procedure, and after checking my dog's teeth, Weissbach suggested removing the dental calculus in the neutering procedure, which I gladly agreed to, as it would spare the dog from having to go to anesthesia twice. However, after I dared to point out the doctor's lack of professionalism, it turned out that the earlier proposal to remove the calculus no longer valid. It was explained to me by a rude manager that it was impossible, that the doctor offered such a thing to me, that I must have understood it wrong, and that it was Dr. Weissbach word that counted, not mine. The whole conversation revolved around the opinion, unspoken loudly by the manager, but conveyed suggestively between the words, that I didn't understand because... English is not my native language.Due to such behavior, I did not allow the castration to be carried out, I took the dog and I will never go back there again. I should have done it several years earlier, when I went to them with my dog, which was suffering from severe stomach pain and refused to eat or drink. Since the dog is allergic, after examination the doctor said that it was definitely a consequence of allergies and prescribed him medications. The dog was still suffering, so we went to the emergency room at Tufts Hospital at night. And it turned out that the cause was not an allergy, but a bottle cap that my dog had swallowed. I cannot add that an intestinal sensitivity and gluten allergy, even though AEC took care of my dog, were diagnosed only by Tufts Hospital.Lack of professionalism, dishonesty, manipulation of facts, prejudice based on nationality, that's what happened to me.I think this place should be subjected to some control by a higher authority.Respecting the potential recipient of my opinion,Sylwia Helwig

I've been taking my 2 senior dogs there for 12-13 yrs. Always professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.Went above and beyond today when I showed up a day early for both of them to get some vaccines. I asked if they could fit them in although I could see they where busy. They checked and said if we didn't mind waiting, they'd fit them in. Well, within minutes they came out to get my babies. They both came back with wagging tales. So nice to not have to return tomorrow!Thanks so much!

Been bringing my animals there for years with no issues. Have always enjoyed the Vet and her staff up until recently. There’s this girl up at the front desk that must be somewhat new because fortunately I’ve never had to deal with her in the years prior to this past year.The last three times I’ve called she’s been rude. She even hung up on me one time when I went there to pick up medicine for my dog. She told me to just call when I get there and I told her I was there that’s why I was calling and she said well just come in then and hung up the phone.So unfortunately it looks like I’m going to be looking for a new vet.
