It was our first visit at the salon today and we are happy with the service. Our Dog looked awesome , smelled great and was nicely groomed. His nails were trimmed also ( better than I would do myself lol ) . All staff was nice but Erin was exceptional. She did a wonderful job. Thank you 🙏 ❤️

They did a great job grooming my mini AussieDoodle especially for his first time with them. He’s quite barky but friendly otherwise. The groomer listened to our request for a puppy cut but not too short (I was worried about my dog’s coat ending up too short like other reviews.) Pricing is a bit high at $75 but we don’t like changing groomers on our dog (for familiarity reasons) so we’ll be back.

Had both my cats nails trimmed here. They were friendly and very fast. Both done in under 5 minutes. Very affordable. Highly recommend for cats. Can’t speak on dogs because I have none.

Got my shih tzu groomed today and I usually like a short body with long legs but I wanted to mix it up and got her groomed short all over and the groomer did exactly what I was looking for! She wasnt shaved bald and they trimmed her ears and tail short like I wanted! Perfect job and already booked my next appointment

I have been taking my two Cavalier king Charles spaniels Lady and Kenai to them for many years. They get excited to be there and they get a really happy warm greeting when we arrive. When they are finished I get a call to pick them up. The job that the people at creative clips do on my girls is wonderful. The girls are are neat, clean and happy when I pick them up which to me says a lot about how they are treated. The office there is recently remodeled and is comfortable and welcoming as are the people there. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Creative Clips has done a wonderful job with my Old English Sheepdogs for years. They always give the cut I ask for, whether it's a shave, a short puppy cut, or keeping their fur long and just giving a trim. They do an excellent job shaping around the face and paws, and have gotten some tough matts out of their fur from time to time. Always professional and prompt and reasonably priced. My puppy is very timid and they recently gave him a great experience for his first grooming.

Ridiculous high prices. $69 for a bath & nail trim for an 8 lb papillon! On top of that, the card machine wanted to know how much of a tip to leave! My pap was clean & nails done but I will never bring my paps back there, not will I ever recommend them unless it’s to a rich person.😩 additional: I just noticed his feet were trimmed but not his nails!

I used this groomer for the first two years of my Golden doodles life. Our first experience was good our original groomer was great! After our first two successful visits I did not see her anymore. Instead we got a pushy young girl that completely shaved my dog down until she looked like a naked rat especially her poor tail that is normally flowing with fur. This took over 6 hours. She proceeded to lecture me on my dogs matting, I felt like a bad dog owner and I made sure she was brushed more often between our visits. The next visit my dog was so traumatized I had to carry her into the groomer. I told them I was unhappy the last visit and I wanted her fur longer especially on her tail that was finally growing out again. When I can back they had kept her tail but they scalped my dog. Her chest was shaved to the skin. I was so upset I knew it would be our last visit. I have since found a new groomer who did a wonderful job, They left her fur long and got the matts out and were done in 2 hours. I did not brush her any differently then I was before so it came down to the groomer and how much effort they want to make. I am now working with our new groomer to try and correct my dogs fear of the groomer. I don’t know what happened in the 6 hours she was there but she is now deathly afraid for being groomed.

Creative clips is a great bang for the buck. We bring our dog here once a week to get her nails trimmed. In and out with great friendly service. They offer all kinds of pet services. All for what I think is a great value. it seems in Reading other reviews ...some people would disagree with that. This is not the first place that we have brought our dog to but it is certainly the least expensive. We do not take her here because of the pricing though, it is because of the service. I should point out that we have never taken our dog to a chain store for grooming. Check out the website for pricing. Note: if you can't find this place it's behind food bag.

They genuinely care! My dog broke a nail while I was giving her a bath, and she was bleeding quite a bit. I didn't know what to do so I brought her to Creative Clips (I had taken her there for her nails before), and they immediately put styptic powder on her paw and gave me some to bring home. No charge, and a happy dog! Not only do they do great work, but they truly care about the animals they see.

We take our dogs here exclusively and have never had anything negative happen. Never a bad cut/trim, never a bad bath, never a bad interaction with staff, and never a bad value on their services. Our Pomeranians and our American Eskimo have never looked better after a visit here!

My long haired cat, Mango, had been developing mats in her fur for a few months. I tried and tried to brush them out but she just wasn't having it! The shelter I adopted her from recommended Julie and Creative Clips. From the first interaction on the phone (a nice man) to the very end, we were treated with care. My cat was very scared coming in, and still a little nervous when we left but I can tell now that she feels SO MUCH BETTER having those knots removed.I thought she would need to shaved. Julie was able to work out the knots without shaving any of her beautiful fur!Thank you so much, Julie and staff for caring for my Mango. We will definitely be back!

Took my dog to get her nails clipped a few weeks back. Cost $5 - very good price. Immediately upon walking in there was a lot of fur on the ground and it smelt bad. I understand it's a grooming place but I would've hoped it would've been a little cleaner. I would give them another try in the future.

Very happy with grooming of my little dog & I will go there once a month for dog grooming. Very gentle with animals & doesn't rush the process. My dog was mych calmer the 2nd time because she knew what to expect & that is kindness & love.

Just brought my new puppy Annabelle to Creative Clips. They are WONDERFUL. They don't normally allow walk ins but she gladly took her in and had her finished within a couple of hours.My stinky Husky/Hound puppy smells so fresh and clean, and her coat is so shiny! Five Stars for sure! Wonderful Staff, and wonderful services!

I’ve been here before for a trim for my long-haired cat and it was good, but recently I brought her back for more of a cut and it came out very bad. It looked like I did it myself with some wonky scissors in my bathroom. I wish I looked in my cat’s carrier at the haircut before I left the groomers because I would not have paid 35 dollars for a terrible haircut. I could have done better at home for free.

We bring our dog down from NH just because they do amazing with him and we trust them with him. We used to bring our old dog there for 18 years and now I bring my dog here. Fair prices and they do an awesome job getting the cut right for my dog. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Highly recommend!

I don't know how this one star got posted originally either? My ex wife happens to work therethough. I got talked into taking my son's dog there to be groomed. The groomers did a great job. I was appalled however when the owner cornered me against the wall and stated being verbally hostile I a room full of people. My ex has to pay me child support. I hadn't received a check in a month. It is her employer's responsibility to send that into the state. I had contacted the state and they told me that they had not yet received payment from her employer's. I had asked my ex to find out what was going on. That's it. She was going on about that and the one star rating. Her boss trying definitely trying to to humiliate me. She even had the nerve to call me a liar a few times....I was just beside myself. I found it very unprofessional for a business owner to try and publicly make me feel I done something wrong which I hadn't. Like she even said, I'd never even been there. Plus if I was going to give them a bad review I would have written something in this space which i ended up doing anyways because of the unprofessional manner in which I was treated. If you want your pet to look great...bring it to them. They made our dog look amazing. I'd never go back myself though due to how I was treated and made to feel. In my whole life I've never been approached like this. It could have and should have been handled completely differently and in a professional manner. For every ten happy customers they maybe tell one person about there experience there. For every one unhappy person they usually will tell ten people negative things about the establishment. I was I'm customer service four years. You don't treat patrons in that manner.

Bad experience. I picked my dog up from bath etc... and my normally cheerful dog was shaking and obviously scared. I noticed sever bruise in a circle around his muzzle that was not there in the morning It looked to me like his mouth had been bound tightly. I was very upset. The owner called me later in the day to say no one could have done this, but acknowledged she was not in shop that day. She was very polite, but I just don't believe her in light of the severe circular bruise and fearful demeanor of my dog at pick up. I think they hurt my dog and I would never ever go back.

I absolutely love to spend my money in my home town & support local businesses. I go out of my way to do this as much as possible. Nothing makes us prouder & we definitely encourage small business & avoid chains.I've called this groomer in the past to get a quote & never seemed to book an appointment. Today when I called again to get a quote I remembered why. Outrageous prices.Here's the kicker though, I told the employee on the phone that our pet needed to be groomed because a family member is going through invasive chemo treatments & needs to be in a sterile environment. He loves to spend time with his pet so we thought it best to be precautious & have the pet bathed & groomed before he arrives back from treatments & have him regularly groomed in the future. I explained the situation in detail & even said that the medical bills were taking a toll. They recommend just basic nail trim & bath, nothing more. I explained pet is extremely dosile & well trained (around babies all the time); zero aggression. They give me a quote of $55 and laughed at me as they hung up. Laughed at a member of your community trying to give you business & going through chemo treatments. Disgust & complete lack of empathy/kindness came to mind. We will be telling all our town friends & neighbors this story & to avoid Creative Clips at all costs. We will also be recommending getting a quote from PetSmart first. Immediately after this woman laughed at us we called PetSmart for a quote (next closest groomer), & got a $31 quote. The gentleman was kind, understood, & booked us on the spot. He even told us everything was included in the $31. Not just nails & bath, like Creative Clips told us. Beyond happy with PetSmart & there williness to help families through hard times.We hope the owner/owners reads this & rethinks their prices, customer service, & competition. Good luck.
