As a truck driver you should attempt to avoid this place at all costs. Unless you want to sit at a dock for between 3-5 hrs. Have been here twice now and both times it took roughly 5 hrs to unload my trailer.

The two young immature girls in the receiving office are absolutely nasty 👺, any respectful company should fire them immediately.I'm not the only Driver that complained about them ,It's my first experience with that kind of female workers absolutely nasty very nasty ,Avoid this place at all costs .I just wish those girls a happy and joyful life , 🙏🙏🙏.

Night parking, not too bad restroom. And the lady with red hair not that scary as many had written. Half an hour for unloading full trailer. Not too shabby.

Simple check In with guard. Park very limited. Start at 6am. Put paperwork on mail box. Once done they call you to pkup paperwork in mail box. Appointment at 6am out by 7:45 am.

This place is trash. Do not come here to deliver. They don’t honor the appointment time. I been here in time for a 10 am appointment and it’s 1:45 pm and they haven’t touch one pallet in my trailer, yet I asked a driver since what time he has been here and he told me since 10:40 am and he left before me. I spoke to the manager about the situation and he supposedly to me there is only one machine that is able to remove the pallets of water I have and that they will start on me now, but I been watching for a good 6 minutes and no one has touch my door. Ridiculous!!!! They just keep saying whatever you want to hear but don’t get the job done.

My delivery with this receiver wasn't bad. I was unloaded less than 2 hour on a freight of mixed dog food. Just make sure you come back to window and let them know that you unhooked.

A terrible place in my entire carrier as a truck driver.Check in at 5h30 am get a a dock at 8h30 and at 12pm the freight was still in my trailer.They refused to unload me after asking to talk to the manager after 3 hours of my appointment time and was accused for not being polite which was a big lieVery very disappointed for not being able to go home and see my kids.After delivering this load , i will never come to this facility again because they dont have any respect for truck driver.Check in at 5h30 am and by 12pm they refused to unload me and broker told to wait and i was there up to 5 pm and no one care about me and i have to cancel 2 loads that supposed to take me home.If i dont get unloaded tomorrow, am going home back to illinois.The girl with red hair is very disrespectful

they don't deserve even one star but it's not allowing me without it. My driver checked in 07:00 am today 6/18/2019 and now it's 12:20 pm. People there are rude as my driver told me but the Fat Blonde Girl with Tattoo is the worst. Remember if you have an other Pickup, you have very little chance of making that PU. Be patient and never ever come back there again. We have already red-flagged them.

Could someone tell me how early will security let us into the staging area to sleep before the appointment? Some C&S let us in up to 12 hours before. Can I park around 9pm? For a 6am appointment? Thanks

This is Stop and Shop warehouse !!!Sometimes they are nice but make sure you have with you breakfast and lunch.Or if you need to spend your 10h break time!Avoid being sitting hours for free !!!

This place is very slow at unloading and the administration backs it up by saying go to your truck and wait for us to call you, I backed in to a door at 10am it’s now 3pm to unload 6 pallets. My grandma could have unloaded them faster with those electric jacks they have

Terrible Place 😡I have had an appointment on May 22,2019 (8 am-11 am). I was on time. They changed my appointment without any reason on May 23rd, 11 am. There receiving process is terrible. They will call you three times in the receiving office.I missed my next pick up. Worst place I have ever been to. Very unprofessional staff.Overnight parking only if you get lucky.

The two young ladies In the receiving office are by far the nicest receiving clerks out of all the C&S facilities. I never have a complaint/issue with them. I enjoy my visit everytime, they always get me to laugh and brighten my day. See you soon ladies

I had a noon appointment time. When I walked in, I was roughly a half hour early. I stood at the window for 25 minutes waiting for someone to take my paperwork. While I was waiting, another driver came in to talk and BS with me. He said he was there since 7am waiting to get unloaded. Another driver who overheard us talking asked me if I would like to unload my own truck and he will help me as long as I help him. I said sure, because they said it would be a good while before the lumper could get to me. So we started with his trailer since he got there first. The facility provided us a pallet jack to use as part of unloading our own trailers. Needless to say, their only 2 pallet jacks were inoperable. Both had broken parts that rendered them useless. So one of the forklift operators agreed to unload the pallets off the truck, but we had to still break them down.So, we had a system going paperwork-wise that was working for us. Mind you, we both have never unloaded our own trailers so this was already a learning experience. The guy who initially helped us was very nice and helpful in explaining how to read the paperwork (which is the only reason I'm giving more than 1 star). He said to use the sticker labels to sort and restack the product. Half way through breaking down our freight, another forklift operator comes by and takes the labels from us and drives off. A few minutes later we flag him down, and he said he took them because we were doing it wrong. We asked how, and he didn't explain at all. He simply said we weren't supposed to look at the labels, instead we are supposed to look at the other paper they gave us. Mind you, the first guy who helped us showed us how to break everything down by reading the labels, and we were half way between stacking a new pallet. Well, the information on the paper was very confusing to read and it took a good 15-20 minutes to figure out how to read it, and then to figure out where we left off. Also, when they unloaded the pallets off the trailer for us (since the pallet jacks were down), they completely mixed up the product. So, we had to carry boxes in between other pallets across the dock to restack them. Usually, it wouldn't have been a big issue, but there were tons of boxes on each pallet, filled with salad dressing, so they got pretty heavy pretty quick. What took us 3 hours very well could have been done in an hour if they didn't take the labels from us and mix up the product, while refusing to move pallets out of the way as we finished them.Then while unloading my trailer, I didn't notice I accidently mixed up a pallet with 2 different products, so I had to remove 2 layers onto a different pallet. It was literally only a 2-3 minute fix to my mistake, but the guy freaked out. I understand everyone has a job to do, and they don't want to be there any longer than they need to, so I try to respect that, although swearing and cussing up a storm at drivers because they made a mistake doesn't solve anything. Once again, this was the 1st time the other driver and I didn't use a lumper service, so we were both learning as we went. Although, I'm sure the dock worker who flipped out wasn't a pro on his 1st day, and I'm sure he has made mistakes. Either way, if I'm not hiring a lumper, who's time am I wasting besides my own? I get it, they were coming close to ending their shift and wanted the product put up before they left, but if they expect proficiency, don't take away our labels we were referencing to break down the pallets, and then get mad we took too long. You gotta start somewhere, but apparently this place is not a good place to learn.Overall, a bad experience.

I think the bad reviews will keep on going because no one cares from management to do anything about it. There should be something done about these wait times, I cant believe appt times mean nothing. 9AM appt and they have no idea when the truck will be empty. If Carriers boycott this place it will be forced to make a change for the better or it will be shut down. Yet people still take the loads up there and then want to complain they dont get empty. I will never do another load for any of the trucks in our fleet again to C&S. Unless I see that there is a huge change in the way they do things.

Can you belief I have been in this dungeon with unbelievable people for 8 hrs now its 1 PM from 5 Am.I have gone in the check office more times than I can remember always told not yet or on lunch.I am told they are Unloading me for 8 hrs ? Do we have people here or they are animals, No word for C& S .Keep up good job of destroying lives

No staging lights!! receptionist at receiving isn't very communicative about loading and unloading....no restrooms for drivers..one parking spot for overnight.they don't call you when trlr is loaded or unloaded.....they want you too call to check in when trailer is loaded or unloaded.....very backwards and very lazy!!!!guard was friendly though..out 8years of driving this is one the slowes places I've seen..... management needs too improve.

For a 11 am appointment the recieving office didn't evan acknowledge I was there until 1 pm and then she is very disrespectful . But i believe this is one of the worst run warehouses there is an ccd that's not the recieving office fault . Maybe the guy who is in charge of this place needs removed

Note for girl behind the desk. Pull out those nasty wires from your face, and start smiling. Your appearance will change 180 degrees. Deep in your soul you are nice, and kind person. Why you try be a nasty witch every time I’m here? Think about it. Other than that, what you (driver) can expect? It’s C&S. All those places are f..up.

So the two ladies at the receiving clerk desk really brighten up my day today. They are amazing people very hardworking females and very funny, felt really welcome there in a work place that I never delivered to and they work really well each other. I know you told me to come back but sorry to say this is my last day I would come back every single time if I had a choose but I can say one day I will return it's very easy to find me. Show up an hour early and they take 7 hours to unload. Don't schedule deliveries if you can't get them offloaded in a timely manner.

One of the worst places to deliver. It takes forever to unload 6 pallets. Girl at front desk is rude. It’s very sad that companies like this hire such persons. Now I am late for my next pick up. I don’t know what is going to happen. Stay away !!!

It took me 4 hours today(October 12, 2018) to unload. I'm glad I had appt at 6am so I still had time to pickup reload back home.
