You don’t know how lucky you are to have Just Cats within driving distance. Dr. Gibbons is a rock star, there is not another human on this planet who can recommend better treatment or product to our cat. She absolutely cares and knows cats. I honestly do not trust any other vet except her for my fur baby.The place is always clean and quiet, everyone is very professional and caring. The boarding is also great. While our then kitten was boarded at Just Cats he refused to eat, the staff communicated to us with what they’ve tried and suggestion from vet to give appetite enhancer. That worked and both parties (kitten and us) were happy.There is no better place for a cat than Just Cats!

Amazing team of doctors. We drive from New Jersey to get care for our cats. The groomers are amazing as well. Doctor Gibbons is amazing and everyone else we have met there have been stellar.

We just made our first visit with our 2 cats for a well checkup. Dr. Bemis and her assistant were incredible with the cats (one of which turned into a possessed devil and they had to use the heavy duty gloves). They were prepared for the exams as soon as we walked in, had great affect with the cats, appeared to perform a thorough exam and explained everything well to us. I'm glad we found this place!

We have been blessed to have Dr. Bolotin and his team as our vets for our family’s five cats spanning the last twenty years. And we would not have it any other way. I, my wife and our daughter are absolutely passionate about our love for this establishment, because they are equally passionate about their love for our furry little friends. Just Cats is amazing. I only brought my cat here a handful of times until he was put to sleep. During covid and after they are very cautious and welcoming. I delt with Dr.Gibbons & Dr. Bemis whom were amazing with me and Mickey, as well as countless vet techs who were amazing. Unfortunately we lost my boy almost a week ago but they made the process better than other places I've been too for that reason. Any cat I get I will always bring here!

I’ve found that pet care is disproportionately focused on dogs, and it feels so refreshing to have a practice full of people devoted to cat care like at Just Cats. My cats became patients a few months ago when we moved to the area, and we’ve needed to come in quite a few times since then. Appointments are easy to get and we never have to wait too long to come in. We’ve worked with Dr Bemis and Dr Gibbons, and both were exceedingly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The Just Cats store is also great, and stocks all of the specialty items that are sometimes hard to find. When you register as a patient they ask about what you feed your cat, so they can be sure to carry it in the store. I highly recommend them!

I also highly recommend their boarding as well! I know when he has to go, that my cat is in safe hands! I cannot recommend this place enough!

My cat Sinatra had been crying every night so I took him to other Vets at least 4-5 times when I lived in CA and first moved here and spent a lot of money to be told he was just old which didn’t seem right. Then I took him here and it was his thyroid and now that he’s been on his daily medicine, he has stopped crying at night and he is himself again so I’m really grateful. Sinatra would have just continued to suffer. Kendall at the front desk is very helpful. My other kitty Ava was in pain and I didn’t know what was wrong but it involved her being in the litter box so she got me in with Dr. Bemis that same day and she had crystals in her urine and Dr. Bemis got her treated, sent her home with meds, ordered the liquid version for her because she won’t take pills and got her on a prescription diet. She addressed it immediately and you can tell the Vets there really love and care for cats. I feel that both of my sweet fur babies are in great hands here. I highly recommend the Veterinary Hospital! I’ve seen Dr. Mary, Dr. Bemis and Dr. Redondo and can recommend them all! It’s a little pricey but what Vet isn’t.

Was very disappointed in receiving my bill for a minor kitten surgery (he's a 3 pound cat that needed about an inch of the end of his tail cut off). In my appointment, I was quoted a price for the surgery that was not honored (this was partially my fault as I did not get it in writing).At pick up, the price was exorbitantly high, including a $130 dollar shot of the antibiotic Convenia that retails for $5.29 based on the pricing calculator the drug company posted on its website. The vet did not ask me if I wanted this shot nor did she offer me a cheaper and generally regarded to be safer oral antibiotic. Get full quotes in writing on any procedure or check up, and insist that the vet does not administer anything to your pet (other than anesthetic) without full consent.

The Doctors and staff are very caring and concerned with the health of my cat. They listen to my concerns and offer great advice. Our first visit was rough because my cat was scared to death, this was our second visit, and things went much better. Even though they needed to pull out the gloves, cat and staff remained fairly calm. We're glad we come to Just Cats for our annual visits!

Friendly customer service, knowledgeable, treat as the name says, "Just Cats" making it easier on some felines. Got my girl spayed here meanwhile she boarded for a few nights (which wasnt my intention but took advantage of time), In total over $400. She's healing properly and havent seen discomfort now 3 weeks post op. Only other things I'd say is I would've liked more communication in the time she was there, MAX they reached out to me was once a day on a slow weekend. I dont like that at all. My cat lost significant weight but they didn't mention that prior to me picking her up, just said she hadn't eaten a few times. Was promised a picture uodate and got nothing. As well as receptionists and other caretakers need to watch their 'private' conversations they have with no care in the world, most people wouldn't appreciate hearing 'I am not going to cut that cats nails! I refuse to, get someone else'. Makes me think otherwise.

I have been taking my cats to just cars since they opened in the 90's.! I called them with an emergency my 11 year old cat was very sick. They would NOT let me take her in saying they were booked and I would have to wait 1 week! IThese places have all become business only. Care for the health of humanity and animals seems to be if the past unfortunately

I trust Just Cats with the lives of both of my cats and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a new vet. I've seen a few different vets and technicians on staff and each one is trustworthy, caring, and informative. I've never once worried about the care that we are receiving there. I want to give a special shoutout to Dr. Gibbons though (and her technician!). I've recently started seeing Dr. Gibbons for a stray cat I took inside and she has been nothing short of an awesome and trustworthy doctor. She is extremely kind, intelligent, informative, and truly cares about the health and happiness of the cats. She spends time explaining all possible scenarios, being thorough in her exams, and overall has stood out to me as one of the best veterinarians that I've seen (and I've seen a lot over the years!).

Dr. Gibbons is such a gem. These people really care about your animals and are so easy to work with. My elderly cat has diabetes and they enrolled him in a study that he probably shouldn’t have qualified for just so I could get some free medication and equipment. I drive 30 min for appointments bc this place is worth it.

Everyone who works here obviously loves cats and the space was immaculate. What I loved most was just how quiet it was which was a major change from anywhere else I had ever been to. In the past when we boarded Frida she was always traumatized staying anywhere with dogs because of all the barking and noise so this was a welcome change.We came prepared with our own food, blankets and toys and the staff allowed us to set everything up. Having multiple levels in the suite (while a little narrow) was great and I know Frida spent a lot of time looking out the window which is her favorite place to sit at home.Checking out was just a very simple process and again everyone that we spoke to was supper nice and very friendly. When we picked her up she smelled fresh and had her nails trimmed and was in very good spirits (all things considered) and everything we had brought for her was neatly packed into a bag for us.We know anytime we have to leave in the future we're going to make sure to book a suite here and because we feel so confident with the staff we may even consider bringing her here for future vet visits although we really love our local vet a lot.

Vets and techs were extremely nice, prices were reasonable, and appointments were booked a few days out (instead of a few weeks out, as with some other local vets). They treated my cats well.Parking experience was good, too: they have covered parking spaces directly next to the entrance.
