The staff are great. I just bought a Catrike recumbent trike. They ordered the bike and had it ready in less than a week! They went over everything about the trike, answered all my questions and helped me with a few accessories. I rode it on my local trail as soon as I could and love it!

Amazing service. I ordered an ebike that was sent to the shop and was assembled before the due date. Walter reached out, communicated clearly and they did an excellent job assembling the bike. At pickup they were attentive, the process of confirming the order with a code was easy and quick, they were fair with pricing of extra service installing accessories, and very helpful in general. Walter, who was very professional, made sure I know how to use my new bike, walked me through it when I said I wasn't sure, answered any questions, explained what was done and then helped me load it onto the pickup truck. From start to end - a wonderful service. I ended up leaving them with my other two bikes that needed service and would recommend them warmly to everyone I know.

I got a flat on the Farmington River Trail where work was being done on the road. I usually fix it myself but I blew out my spare.Walked my bike over to The Bike Cellar and they fixed the tire while I waited. I appreciated the service.Thankfully I was back on the road quickly!

My experience with Walter, Serade (sp?), and the young lady that hugged me when I thought my bike was unrepairable (after falling off our faulty bike rack - purchased in RI) was nothing but exceptional. My e-bike was repaired better than new by none other than Wonderful Walt! I highly recommend these guys. Bike cellar was recommended to me two years ago by a satisfied customer and now I do the same. Support this great business - they really do care. 👍

Fast and friendly, can do what they say they will do. Good resource for information. They can rebuild e-bike batteries (with more capacity then factory in the same case if you ask). And are located right on a bike path to help you out if you need it!Truly an asset to the community of bike lovers in this corner of the state, and to casual riders as well.

Great bike shop....we had our bikes converted to E bikes. Walter couldn't have been more helpful!! We had a ton of questions, we went to the store twice and had multiple emails to answer all the questions. Not once during all of this did Walter ever make us feel like we were being a pain. He was patient and knowledgeable. He gave us honest pro and cons about what we were thinking. It was a positive experience throughout. I wouldn't purchase a bike or parts anywhere else!!

This is a full service shop that supports their customers with sales, service and consulting when needed. Cycling as with any sport can have risks. The BC is where you want to go to help minimize those risks and focus on enjoying the riding of your bicycle. This is the experience I had. It's a busy shop, demand for their services is strong!

They offer two free tune ups during the first year you own your new bike! The owner, Walt, is honest and sincere, and will assure that you are pleased with your choice of a bike. The lead mechanic, John, is extremely helpful in making sure that your bike is comfortable and in great shape. The entire staff is friendly and cheerful to all customers. I highly recommend this business.
