I would like to know what the difference is between house liquidand premium. I buy the house blends but there all starting to tastethe same with not to much flavor or smell. I was told the premiumare around $20-$25. As far as going to vapors edge the service isexcellent and everyone is very friendly, although i will be shoppingaround for better tasting and smelling liquids.

I was disappointed that the Pod system I purchased on Tuesday, would not charge, I guess I did not have the correct type of charging cord.. When I brought it to the store less than 24 hours after I purchased it because I could not charge it and I thought that maybe I purchased a defective unit. I was told the unit was damaged and that I must have forced something into the charging area, and there was no solution but to throw that one out and buy a new Pod system. (not cheap, I might add)To make matters worse, when I purchased the initial one, I asked if it came with a charger, the answer was NO, BUT the store could have sold me one for less than $3.00

Love, love, LOVE this place and all the staff. I had to get a new piece of glass for my tank today and Mike spent an insanely long time helping me. The tank I have is no longer being made so the size of the glass I needed was no longer available. I had to leave for an appointment I had to get to. I went back to my house after my appointment first to see if I could find my replacement glass anywhere....I did not. So, I headed back to Vapor Edge and Mike was still there. He had been trying like crazy while I was gone to see if they had any glass that would fit. But none of them did. Then, after all of that, I ended up with a new tank that he even took the time to set up for me. Top notch service! This is why I never go anywhere else for my vaping needs. 👍👍

Best vape shop in CT. Employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great juice testing setup and are upgrading it with mesh tanks that you can put on your own mod. Prices are also quite good. Worth the drive!

I visited this shop today for the first time and was very impressed! I'm located 40 minutes from this location but decided to take the leap after finding out they had an ejuice none of the local shops had. Not only did they save the day by having this ejuice in stock, they also made our visit a pleasant one! I highly recommend Vapor Edge. The customer service is awesome, they know what they are doing, and they help you throughout your experience. I brought my mod back after it stopped working and they were able to fix it, and then they helped me pick out a flavor that I'd like due to what I usually vape and it was one of the best flavors I've ever had. They have so many new flavors to try, with a new "bar" setup that makes it easier to find a juice.

Sold me a fake double battery charger. After the first use it started smoking and ruined both of my batteries. After the second use it completely stopped working. I brought it to my usual shop, Silver City in Southington. They told me it was fake based on the markings and the fact that it was a USB charger (needed a box cube adapter to plug it into a wall outlet) they told me that dual battery chargers do not use USB cables, especially not the one that this place sold me. It was supposed to be a super fast charger which I paid $35 for. Silver city sold me a real charger, for $27. BEWARE.

I visited this gem on my way home from work on a whim and was impressed with the quality of customer service from their employee Rick. He knows everything there is to know about vaping, whats new on the market, how to properly keep you gear in tact and knows practically everything you could imagine about vaping. It is wonderful to find a place that isn't just in it for the money and actually cares about their customers. This is a highly recommended stop that I think every vapor should make. Check out their house juices too! They are just as good, or even better, than the high end liquid.

This is my local vape shop. I was actually the very first customer they had at this location. They were technically not even open yet and still setting the shop up when I showed up saying "hello I've been waiting for this place to open up ever since I was told you were opening a new location by the naugatuck store". Even though they weren't open yet they still let me hang around. So I got to know everyone. Their all totally knowledgeable, have tons of great vape gear, e liquid, are always fair polite and friendly. What more can I say. My home town vape shop. And there my homies over there. I am visiting my mother from out of town and ran out of my ejuice and needed more coils. I researched the vapor stores in the area and read reviews and decided to try this place. The staff member there was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. There is a good selection of eliquids to choose from as well as mods and coils, etc. Next time I visit here and have vape needs I will be stopping by for sure!

Very very upset with this place but mainly just the prospect location. I have been going there and to the Nagutuck one ever sjjce they open up. At least 50 to 60 times . over 100 times to Nagutuck . Anyways the guy in prospect refused to let me purchase one single ceramic coil because I left my I.d at the house... First off I am almost 30 and obviously over 18 now if I was like 21 and young with it I would understand .. 2 its not even e juice with nicotine in it. Still to thisDay even legally speaking its not even a tobacco product yet... Maybe if it was e juice I would not have been so passed I didnt have enough time to go to another shop or did I have any more coils.. All shops were getting ready to close on a Saturday too. That Monday I was busy. Because of that guy I couldn't vape for almost 4 days I smoked a nasty cig I was so mad. . I am boycotting that location and so is my family and few friends that had similar problems... Duck that one coil?1?1? Cone on guy
