The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is friendly. I love the flavored coffee. I have been coming here for over 2 years and I have never had a single bad experience. it is convenient to order on the app and go in to pick up. Overall, if you are looking for a new breakfast spot I strongly suggest checking them out. Edited to add. 2 times now I have order the tres leches cake on the app but it wasn’t on the receipt in the store. It was made right both times by the staff but it I am curious why this happened. By the way. The cake is AMAZING.Dietary restrictions: They have no bread options for their breakfast sandwiches. I get mine in a dish. Meets my dietary requirements of no carbs.

I wanted to hold off on the review until after I tried the bagel because I was hoping that there’d be a redeeming quality to this place. I walk in and the menu flashes on the screen every 10 seconds but it is so dense you can’t read it all. Next I go to order and the employees are having what seems like a staff meeting and talking badly about another coworker with a line of customers. I go to order and I ask about their coffee flavors, they just pointed to flavored creamers they have, which I could have just done at home. The bagel was good enough but not worth putting up with the service and experience.

Ordered a sesame bagel toasted with chicken salad. The chicken salad was a blob of mayo with some chicken mixed in. Bagel was ok. Don’t order the chicken salad, you won’t be happy. And it was $9.72 for just the one sandwich.

It was my first visit, but I need to give them a 2nd chance. This was a very nice place and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, my bagel was not that good. Very hard and chewy. Seemed stale. The flavored cream cheese was very good. I would like to go back and try another bagel to see if the experience is the same. Like I said, I gave them a second chance. I had the same everything bagel not toasted with flavored cream cheese. This time the bagel was excellent. Just what I expected. I'm glad to see that my first experience was a 1 off. I will go back to try their sandwiches and burgers. Changing my review to 5 stars.

Friendly staff. Acceptable wait time. We ordered 5 bagel sandwiches (some with sausage and some with bacon) and 1 muffin. Nothing had any real flavor at all. Couldn’t taste the meat. Even the everything bagel wasn’t tasty. Prefer fancy bagels and even Dunkin’ Donuts had more flavor. Chocolate muffin tasted like dry, bland cake.

Best bagels around here! Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Just like what I remember getting from Long Island!!! Their home fries are delicious! No skimping on their breakfast wraps either! Love the sausage patties that they use! Can't wait to go back!!!

First time here today. Everything bagel is ok, got my daughter a Rainbow bagel. The bagels are pretty good size, but they were rock solid once toasted. The employee was nice who took my order. Clean inside. The only downfall is no prices listed once inside? I didn't see any price list or items from the menu posted... I would have only thought that they had bagels and sandwiches if I didn't grab a menu.

I ordered a classic bacon egg and cheese. Bagel was a tad rubbery, also not toasted like I requested. For some reason oregano was sprinkled on top of the sandwich. I'd suggest offering that as a menu option not the norm.Staff was nice enough, punctual. The layout of the space was pleasing. I wish these folks the best

I don’t normally complain and have given Kettle Bagels 2 a few chances. But, Expect a long wait and poor customer service. I walked in yesterday to place an order only to be looked at rudely as if I was an inconvenience. I ordered three specialty bagels and two iced coffees. Spent 30 minutes waiting. Constant arguing between staff and chef in the back. The women at the counter gave me two full cups of shaved ice for the coffees. There was a ton of sediment at the bottom of the drinks and I’m sorry I didn’t try them in the store. Brought them home to family and the coffee was rancid! Smelled and tasted horrible! I called to let them know for the safety of others and they did not offer a refund or apology. The coffee was not cheap! Tons of flies flying around too! Also, When customers come in, greet them! C’mon. Customer service 101. Will not return.

Wow, what a gem! The French toast bagels were a treasure especially when coupled with the maple bacon schmear. The breakfast sandwiches were huge, and very delicious. The egg everything bagels were heavenly. The place has only been open since February, so their video menu screens were not working yet. I think my girlfriend is adding this place to her morning commute. You should try it today.

This is our first time ordering from your company and last. Not only was the food subpar and just uneventful! You messed up the order completely. Pro tip hire a staff that actually knows what their doing and know how to cookAlso if staff is taking orders for delivery they should double check. The order!Missing food or just ignoring what's on the sheet in general is not good practice.We won't be ordering from you guys again nor will we recommend people.

I called in this morning to place a take out order. I was placed on hold for 15 mins only to be hung up on. I heard the lady take two orders, and then she started gossiping with the other employees. I understand it’s just bagels, but it’s really irritating when you are in a rush. We are leaving for vacation today, and we were in a bit of a hurry.Also, the eggs tasted like plain rubber. They don’t scramble them well. I definitely prefer Fancy 100% over Kettle. Fancy has a WAY better staff too. They are kind, courteous, patient, and friendly. This location of Kettle Bagels is always understaffed & they never have the bagels you want! Sorry!

Highly recommend!!Edit (10/7/2022): So, I originally had these guys at 5 - Stars but Im bringing them down to a 1. Reason being is I placed an order with them around 1:15pm (they close at 2:00pm) and after the order was placed I was about 20 mins out. My ETA was around 1:35pm, but due to traffic I reached there roughly at 1:50pm. As I walked in I apologized (yeah me the customer apologizing) for reaching there just before closing, albeit still 10 mins to go. The taller guy of East Asian decent goes "Couldn't find anywhere around where you were coming from" haha there was plenty of options my friend. But I like your bagel's and it blows my mind at the fact that I did pass by so many places and went a little out of my way to do businesses with you and yet you still have snark remarks cause you probably want to get out early. That or you hate your job, come to think of it you always seem to have an attitude on you whenever I pick up my food. Fancy is much better anyways ( better bagels, much much friendlier staff, better ambiance, and better pricing) , I just like your topping varieties more. Won't be coming back and if you enjoy getting treated like dirt or getting vibes that your doing these guys a favor by coming here then by all means shop at this rude establishment... This goes without saying but I won't be back and I'm sure you wont miss me either.

I am allergic to onions and I asked that they avoid and onion seasoning or everything bagel seasoning due to that allergy. I ordered a French toast bagle sandwich and sure enough there was a bunch of onion seasoning on my bagel. I have only had this problem here. If you have an allergy avoid this place.

Bagels were just OK. Won't be back. $2.00 upcharge per rainbow bagel (not posted). Essentially plain bagel with food coloring. Paid $19 for a dozen. 10 reg bagels and 2 rainbow.

I ordered from door-dash seeing as I don’t have the time in the morning due to school. I ordered 5 items.1- hash brown (literally 1 hash brown patty)1- chicken egg and cheese grinder1- smoked salmon sandwich1- rainbow bagel with birthday cake cream cheese1- cheddar bagel with scallion cream cheeseThe food was good but what disappointed and frustrated me was how I never received my cheddar bagel with scallion cream cheese. I know the driver didn’t take it seeing as the bag was stapled shut. Also another thing I realized while opening these sandwiches is that they do not cut the bagels properly. The bagels are cut almost close to the top(one slice super thin and the next super thick). As we were eating the food biting in the first layer was thin bread and then cream cheese/salmon and then an oddly thick cut of bread bottom that was hard to chew. Also on the salmon sandwich they loaded it with salmon, didn’t put the capers, four stems of onion and one small tomato. I am also confused how a piece of scallion got into the wrapping of this sandwich meanwhile the other sandwich was never received. All I have to say being a first timer here was not worth my money. Especially for the sandwich I did not receive. If you want breakfast worth your while and that is not as pricey as these guys head to Wolcott Bagel in Wolcott or Fancy Bagels in Southington! Don’t waste your time and money.

It was ok. I had been to the original Kettle Bagel multiple times and everything was fantastic but this shop seemed to have some staffing issues. Multiple customers had had things missing from their orders, the staff had to ask the repeatedly what was missing then forgot when they went to do other things. They forgot the charge me for an item then double charged me until the manager told them they did it wrong and had to refund me. I saw them take orders not pull product then have to call customers back to tell them it wasnt available anymore. Not sure if I will be back to this location.

We have been here several times. I keep hoping things improve, but they don’t. Food is quite tasty, when done correctly, which unfortunately is often not the case.Today may have been the last straw. In my wife’s omelette, I subbed American cheese for sausage, but they still up charge for cheese even when wanting to sub for a more expensive meat. Is what it is. I get home and there is no cheese. I call them to ask to make me a new omelette, I don’t need new home fries just the omelette. I leave to go, and halfway there my phone rings with them wanting me to bring the omelette. She then asks me to go back and get it, which I refuse since I’m already put out of my way and halfway there. I have my wife send me pics to show them. The manager or owner asks me if I brought the omelette and I say no, to which he tells me they could have put cheese on it had I brought it. I ask him how good a now cold omelette would be with cold cheese out on instead of being cooked and melted inside as it should have been. His response is an incredulous “so you want a whole new omelette?”. So they hadn’t even started her omelette and I have to wait there for them to make it.Yes, I paid extra for cheese and yes, I want a hot and correctly made omelette.Not one apology, no empathy for the fact that my own wrap is at home now cold or I missed eating breakfast with my kids so I could get my wife a new omelette.Not the first mistake on our order, though it may be the last one. Mistakes happen, but customer service is as important as the food.And ironically, I twice to them I only needed an omelette and don’t need new sides, and they end up giving me new sides anyway.

Food is ok. I always ask for a scrambled egg on bagel but the past 3 times ordering that I get just a regular fried egg with the yolk in the middle and the egg whites around it…disappointing

Thank God this place is actually open now. Can’t tell you how many time I drive by and it looked open but was closed.. Haha love this location! Just as good as KB1! I usually go for the Lox and it’s bangin’. Hash browns are my fav also nice and crispy!
