What a great experience! We were originally looking to get a table moved, but ended up buying a table from them. Their prices are external reasonable with professional installation , re felting! The staff was friendly, professional and very thorough. They made sure I was pleased through the whole process. I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I had to. Ever since I started playing pool in high school, it was in the back of my mind to have a pool table in my home . . . some day. After a divorce, I wasn’t using my big dining room table very much and thought the space could better be filled with my high school dream. I randomly chose A’s Pool Tables while browsing the Internet not realizing that I had found the BEST on my first try. I spoke with Amber on the phone and met Hailey at the show room who showed me a beautiful 1911 Brunswick antique pool table. Just talking with the family made me realize that they were the pool table experts. Sam lives and breathes pool tables and knows everything. You can’t go wrong when Sam, Amber and Hailey are part of your team. They deliver everything promised . . . and even more. ‘Even fixed a spot on my floor under the pool table during the installation. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They are the old-fashioned American family that cares about their customer and delivers a quality product at a fair price. And someone that you will want to keep as a friend.

A's pool table service is a great family business. I recently had them perform a pool table relocation after I purchased it. This included taking it apart moving and putting back together on site with new felt cover rails included 8ft table. The three of them worked as a polished professional team. Their service was prompt courteous and professional. The leveling and 3 piece slate setting and seaming is flawless. I can't say enough great things about the service they provided. If in need of anything pool table related do not hesitate to hire this professional team. Their work is fantastic and at a very reasonable cost for what they do. After visiting their shop in Plantsville, I made my mind up almost immediately. Simply speaking with Ms. Amber was a total unexpected joy... which is where my experience with them began. Hailey, CJ, and Mr. Sam was equally as nice. All of them combined, makes for one very unbeatable team. Watching them in action setting up the table in my basement was in itself a privilege, as well as something to behold. Always being on the same page with every detail of the set up. Extremely knowledgeable with not only the table, but with each other and the way each individual works. Again, unbeatable team, very nice, professionals who are truly down to earth. I never leave a review but what Sam did for me was remarkable. I was trying to put together an old pool table and I was totally confused. At his request I sent a few pictures and he was able to help me assemble the frame. I bet we spent 45 minutes on the phone. Through pictures he was able to help me and explain what bolts to use how many I should have and where to use them. I can't tell you how good it felt to talk to someone that was so knowledgeable. He was like talking to a friend.

Wowza! Sam and Eric just finished re-felting and leveling our table and did a FLAWLESS job. They were on time, efficient, professional and extremely nice. The table looks brand new (wish I had pictures of what it looked like before, yikes!) and I couldn't be happier with this service: from first inquiry phone call and Amber's always prompt, courteous customer service through appointment scheduling and completion ... would give them 10 stars if I could.

Professional, considerate, and efficient. Great experience. They moved my pool table from North Stamford to Black Rock CT and put new felt on. The pool table looks beautiful. I went from traditional green to khaki felt - wow, for me, great change, and made it look like a brand new table. They also suggested a different layout for the table, which was a much better choice. These guys are pros, and I highly recommend their services. Very thankful.

This team was awesome! I had just inquired on 4/26/21 about a table and decided on 4/28 to get it....and they delivered and assembled it the next day! I lucked out that they were somewhat in the area. They were friendly and efficient and even my dog Atlas (a 110lb Cane Corso) who doesn't like strangers, was calm and intrigued (of course they had some treats for him to calm his nerves!) The table looks great with the new euro blue felt. Thank you!

What a find. Needed table resurfaced. One email later I heard from Amber and was able to select color and schedule the service.. Sam and his daughter and helper showed up on time (early) on as Sunday no less and do an impeccable job. Explained everything and did repairs that we didn’t even know were needed. They even let Roscoe the dog help. The table is 125 years old and now performs the way in was intended. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs service!!

We were extremely pleased with the EXCELLENT service provided to us by Hayley and Sam! Our installation was a very difficult one with a tight squeeze into the basement and they were able to disassemble the frame and get the table set up perfectly. They marked each piece, leveled the table before the slate went on and after, filled every crack and screw hole with wax, professionally smoothed out the felt….every detail was attended to!! On time and professional!! This is most certainly the company to hire - they absolutely know what they are doing!

Got introduced to them through Servpro, when we had water damage in our basement. They were quick to come out for the dismantling of the table so the restoration could be done, and then I had them do new felt and bumpers when they came back to reassemble. Just got this pool table re-felted and leveled. Phenomenal service and people. I can't speak highly enough about them. He fixed parts that past service people had left unfinished. After adding bolts and repairing two broken legs he was out in less than two and a half hours. Best service you can get, hands down.
