BUYER BEWARE: Their staff and Assistant Store Manager, Carmen do not check to see that product is priced/marked accurately, and do not know consumer laws (when the item rings up higher than marked). Definitely not much training at this store because this has happened here before, and a different manager actually knew the policy and honored the price the item was labeled at.Carmen refused to over the item ($1.25) ,even though numerous others were all marked with that price and also with a red tag from the store. She said "it wasn't labeled by us, so I don't have to honor it". LoL! Yup, even though the 3 other bags were marked by the store.

This is my first impression at this store get in and get out. Very overwhelming and over crowded. If you're going for breakfast today stuff go somewhere else.

I usually have a pretty good experience at this store , obviously everyone goes for the discounted prices , I didn’t know that meant customer service was also discounted. It’s very rude when the cashier does not even acknowledge your presence but starts touching your stuff to cash you out. Also the woman who was cashing me out was speaking Spanish to another person in the store , mind you very talkative , I am also Hispanic, and when it came down to coming to ring me out I get nothing almost as if I am not worthy to talk to. Will not be supporting that store any longer.

Staff was super sweet and polite!! Place was fairly organized. Will definitely return, I loved the home decor they have, I can't wait to go back.

Employees are very helpful. Whenever I ask about an item or what they always help me by looking for it and also gives me other options related to that item.They always say hi to me and other customers when you walk in. Well...of course if they are busy with customer or in the back putting stuff on shelf, they dont say hi.The reason I gave 4 stars is coz most items are bit pricey for just few items in the package.Store just a bit tight, I wish they could expand their store since now the space next door is vacant used to be medical office, they should expand and put frozen foods and more selections like balloons for bday, etc. Other than that, they've been friendly and helpful

First, everyone that works there so far has been very nice and very helpful. However, the store is very congested and it is very hard to get around in there. There are a lot of options, but the aisles are very close together, I have had things fall on me, or knocked things over trying to move over for someone. You feel rushed, you don't really have time to look because there is usually someone who wants to squeeze by you. In my opinion, it is not recommended for someone who uses a wheel chair or a motorized wheel chair. The end caps are too tight and hard to maneuver and the aisles are too narrow. My mother is in a wheel chair and I wouldn't recommend her coming to this store. The other family dollar across town is significantly more accessible.

Glad Family Dollar in Oxford is reopened. Purchased all I needed in one stop. Friendly staff. Prices have increased,but that's everywhere.

Certain people should not be in customer service. Today I encountered one of them. The gentleman behind the counter was not helpful at all, even after being asked for assistance multiple times.

I got robbed for 60$ out of my debit card now ive been calling for days to speak to a manager and cant get anyone to answer the phone.i will go up the chain and do any n everything i need to to get my money back!feb 8th im the am is when i was robbed!!!
