We found this place when we got our newest addition! We found everything for our new pup there! A brand new tag, food, treats, toys and all kinds of other fun stuff. Each time I go in, I am greeted with a friendly smile and they are always eager to assist and to suggest new things to try. It's like Target! You say you are only going in for dog food and end up leaving with bags of other stuff, LOL! Each time she has suggested something for my guy, he ends up loving it! I love going there, supporting local and finding new things to try for my little guy! It's definitely a fun store!

Very clean pet store offering holistic choices. In this day and age where corporate vets are mandated to push meds and foods that are known to cause cancer, it was refreshing to find alternatives.

I absolutely love this pet store! Amazing selection of healthy pet foods and treats. We always have a special order of kitten food and the manager, Meg is always so helpful and on top of our order. Also very knowledgeable about food and always answers any questions we may have. Love having a pet store like this right down the street from home! The prices are also very fair for a fancy pet store like this. Many items are cheaper than at the chain pet stores.

I've gotten all my dogs hard, soft food, bully sticks and toys here since he was a baby. There is an awesome lady who clips nails every Wed. for only $10.People actually love pets there. Always a pleasure to go. Staff is super sweet.

Such a nice place! My vet told me to stop using chewy to get my cat food so I've been going here.Everyone is super helpful and approachable, so despite my cat's very particular appetite I was able to get the help I needed. Now, getting her food is less of a daunting task.

What a fantastic little gem of a store. A wide variety of shockingly inexpensive pet supplies. I drove all the way from Westport just to go back to this specific location because the staff is so helpful and nice. It was the first time in a long time that I felt like I got my monies worth buying pet supplies. 10/10 would and do recommend.

Today was my first time visiting and I cannot day enough positive things. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, everything was clean and organized, but most of all, the prices are great! It’s nice seeing such a large organic section and the complimentary bathing stations.

Great store & great staff. They have almost all my pet supplies at cheaper prices than everywhere(even online). They have things I can’t find anywhere else. I use them for all my pets now. One problem…I’ve gone there 3x when they are normally supposed to be open according to their hours and today was the 4th time I went and they are not open. No sign or message on their phone lines. Disappointing I keep waisying my gas in my truck driving 30 min each way and they don’t follow their posted hours. All the weather did today was rain normally, nothing more so it couldn’t have been due to weather. If it was, there would’ve been a posting. I don’t have social media so I go by old school ways of calling & going there. Would have been nice if there was a message on their phone lines machine for their returning customers. This is the 4th time! How would the owner like driving back & forth 30 min each way waisting gas in s truck?

Loooove this store. Monica, the manager, is AWESOME. She knows me by name, always asks how my animals are...really knows what customer service is all about. They have a great selection of wild bird supplies in addition to a great array of pet supplies.

Used to shop at Chewy, but no more!I work a Ross the street from the new location and went in on a whim on lunch one day. WHAT A SELECTION!!! I was floored with everything they have as I have two very picky cats. They have a range of different duck wet food, as well as duck! AND THE PRICES are amazing!!!!!I just went in and spent 60 bucks less on 2mo. of food than I would've if I got my auto ship with chewy. What a deal!!Never shopping anywhere else! And so glad they're across from my job, and only 15 minutes from home!

My husband went in earlier to get our 2 pointers nail clipped ($5 on Wednesdays 🎉), he absolutely loved the place & staff. He raved about the pet bathing station, the food selection & dog jackets. And, so I went in to buy dog food. Because their prices are so low (I USED to buy from Petco & Hollywood Feed, so that I could have it delivered) I made a mistake & picked up 2 bags of the most expensive Orijen dog food (I completely read the price wrong). They even brought it out to my car!! When I realized that it was much more than what I thought, I called to see if I could come in & exchange the bags for the cheaper Orijen. 2 mins later I was there & they insisted on refunding me for the difference in the 2 more expensive bags vs the cheaper bag I wanted to exchange & let me keep the 2 bags!! Really, who does that anymore??! Especially since it was totally my mistake!! They just gained a lifetime customer! Thank you for your awesome customer service 👍 👍
