Great Rite Aid store & pharmacy. They carry a little of everything just about. Refrigerated & freezer items like milk, eggs, cereal, packaged dinners, ice cream & etc. Also household cleaners, laundry detergent, paper towels and plates. They carry seasonal items like garden statues, string lights, citronella candles, potting soil, planters & etc. They have all beauty necessities for women and men. This rite aid staff are very helpful and great people along with the pharmacy people. Check out the photos and give a Thumbs up if you like this rite aid too.

I have to say, overall the customer service in the whole store is great + friendly, but the stand out is the pharmacy. As a vet hospital owner, I’m frequently calling in meds for pet friends ~ and I’ve never been kept on hold for more than a minute if they ~ and the techs and pharmacists are extremely friendly and are quick to fulfill orders. This, I can assure you, isn’t the case with other pharmacies. Really impressed with Rite Aid, and try to steer our families here for their prescriptions. You guys rock, and make our job so much easier; thank you!

I am always impressed when I go to this pharmacy! The store is clean, organized and fully stocked. The employees are always there to help you and go out of their way. Let’s talk about the pharmacy now. I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and will not go anywhere else. My meds are always stocked for me, the level of customer service is the highest I can ever experience. Theresa, Tyler and Pam have been there for a long time and always greet me with a smile and know my name when I head over. If I can’t get there they will deliver my medicine for free and always on time. I have dealt with other pharmacies in the area and even though they are close to me, I would rather drive much further for Rite Aid. Besides, the other pharmacies don’t compare to this level of care, support and service! Thank you Rite Aid for providing me with the best possible care!

I have been going to this Rite Aid for many years and everyone there is exceptionally nice and helpful even new hires are very friendly .But I fill a lot of prescriptions there and Tyler by far is the most helpful and goes well out of his way to make sure I am taken care of . He goes further than most to make sure my script is correct and to contact my doctor to figure out what the problem is.I can't compliment Tyler enough he is fast and very efficient while remaining friendly and informative.I wish there was more I could do besides writing this review .I enjoy shopping in the Main St store everyone is very friendly and helpfulThank you for all you doStephany

One of the best pharmacies we work with. The people who answer the phones are always friendly, hold times are minimal or non existent, and it's always been easy to speak directly with a pharmacist or tech when needed. Their standard of service makes our job much easier!

My grandmother needed compression stockings because she just had her hip replaced and the staff, specifically Missy, was so kind. She brought me straight to the aisle and was so sweet and polite and patient. She helped me figure out my grandmothers size and was just overall a very pleasant person. People like this are so vital to creating a positive atmosphere, especially in times like these. Give her a raise lol!! But seriously, I was very pleased. 10/10. The workers are extremely caring here and the store is ridiculously clean!

Needed to use the bathroom, want to talk to the sales associate. The woman was very rude and told me that there were no bathrooms available and the only public restroom that I could use was the coffee shop that was on the other side of the Plaza or the gas station. So if you have an emergency, don’t go into Rite Aid expecting or you can use the bathroom for five minutes. The woman was rude not a great experience.

Just wanted to commend the pharmacy staff at Rite Aid for their quick action last night, which may have saved my life. I accidentally ingested food with peanuts (that I am allergic to) at a nearby restaurant, and did not have an epinephrine injector handy. I quickly ran over to The Rite Aid late in the evening perhaps 15 minutes after the pharmacy had already closed. The pharmacist Tyler acted quickly in concert with my physician to get me an epinephrine injection within minutes. At the time of my arrival, my airway was already mostly closed and I was a bit panicked. Again, my sincerest thanks to The Rite Aid staff for quick and calm actions that may have saved my life.

This used to be my favorite store and pharmacySuddenly have cut their pharmacy hours from 10-6 Monday to Friday.Regrettably transferring to CVS across the street. I hate CVS but at least their open when I'm not working

Zero communication. They never tell you if and when your meds are ready. You call them and you have to sit through a 5 minute voice message before getting through only to find out not all your meds are ready. And they won’t call you when it changes. I have auto refills and haven’t gotten around to cancelling them. Otherwise I wouldn’t come here at all.
