I recently had the pleasure of bringing Beni, my Bernese mountain dog (puppy) for his first grooming at Hi Paws. It was an absolutely fantastic experience! I cannot recommend them highly enough for their outstanding service and care.Andrea and Chris know what they are talking about! They took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that my dog's grooming experience would be tailored to his specific needs.Hi Paws is a very clean facility. They are well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment to provide a comfortable and safe environment for the dogs. The attention to detail is remarkable, and it is evident that they go above and beyond.They took the time to educate me on proper grooming techniques and offered valuable advice on maintaining my dog's coat between grooming sessions.The prices at Hi Paws are reasonable and well worth the exceptional service they provide. I left feeling like I had received more than my money's worth, and I will definitely be returning for all of my dog's future grooming needs.

Amazing groomers! Staff is super friendly and prices are great. Our Marley was comfortable with the staff and left looking like a million bucks! Invoiced emailed to us and when our girl was finished they called & texted us that we could pick her up.Highly recommend...we will definitely come back.

My big boy looks so handsome! I brought him to Hi Paws today for the first time and he came back to me looking shiny, happy and gorgeous!I have a large shepherd/golden mix who tends to be very nervous. I am always careful who I trust with my baby as he needs someone calm and caring to handle him and I can tell you that he was treated with the best care possible.The owners, Andrea and Chris, truly care about their canine clients as well as their human ones and I know I will come back with my Zoom every time. His fur was shiny, soft and she did an amazing job de-shedding him, cleaning up his paws pads, ect: everything was perfect.The price was more than reasonable for my large dog and the place is clean and super cute.They have a client for life!

Very happy with our visit! They did a great job with our Dalmatians who could be a little crazy most of the time.They were able to get us in last minute before the holidays for a bath, nail trim, deshed, teeth brush and ear cleaning.I certainly recommend and will be back with them again

If you’re searching for a new groomer in Fairfield county, search no further! Hi Paws is clean with friendly staff and the best groomers! A family owned business who will treat you like family as well. My dog (a mini golden doodle) has never had a cut so beautiful (usually she just looks like she got a buzz cut and we don’t recognize her) not this time, she looks like her cute self and she smells amazing! To top it off they are one on one groomers so no dogs are in the same room at the same time (perfect for those pups social issues and for parents who worry!) The staff will also text you to confirm your appt and when your pup is ready. Super convenient, professional and fairly priced for the amazing service provided. We’re so happy we found Hi Paws and we can’t wait to go back! 🐾
