I recently had an unfortunate experience at Madison CVS where the manager's behavior was extremely unprofessional. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME that during my visit, I overheard the manager and other staff speaking negatively about customers, which was quite disheartening. Except for EVAN, the entire staff demonstrates rude behavior. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any challenges the staff may face. Hearing derogatory comments about customers creates a hostile environment that is not conducive to good customer service. Furthermore, this behavior reflects poorly on the pharmacy's reputation. Customers are likely to share their experiences, and negative word-of-mouth can have a significant impact on business. Businesses must maintain a positive image and ensure that all staff members, especially managers, uphold professional standards at all times. My toddler and I had to wait and then I spent almost $90 on medications, and there was no access to a public bathroom. That is insanity!\ I was simply asking insurance questions, and nobody even stopped to make eye contact regarding the question they just looked down and shouted answers. How in the world is that customer service? How would you trust them to fill the correct medication, when they do not even demonstrate satisfactory customer service? I can't imagine this location will stay in business, especially knowing the influential personalities in this community if this behavior continues.

Zero stars. Their staffing is so poor that they permanently closed the drive-through, which really inconveniences all of the patients who can’t walk well and increases infection spread as sick people stand in line at the pharmacy instead. Almost never open, always a wait.
