The store itself is not so bad in terms of what they have in stock, and the online delivery is generally a positive experience. But I had a small issue that I needed the Customer Service Desk for. After waiting 20 minutes in line at the service desk (proof on receipt times) the person at the counter was rude and condescending, and I was only the first customer of their shift. They treated me the opposite of a valued customer, and at the end, I requested the person to turn their badge around so I could see their name, and they explicitly refused to do so. That's against company policy to have your badge flipped, and apparently OPERATOR 392 thought that hiding their name would give them a free pass to treat customers like garbage.

WALMART RUINED MY SONS BIRTHDAY!!!!! Their machine for edible images didn't work they called me and requested I call back... I got transferred around 10 different times only for somebody to tell me the bakery will close early if there are no associates!!!! How is this possible when I have a scheduled cake pick up?!!!!! They didn't leave me any alternatives just straight up closed and went home for the day .. last minute so I couldn't get a cake even though I planned this caked out 2 weeks in advance! I was given absolutely zero notice and zero accommodations.. and the associate at customer service literallyTold me that this is how it goes because it's the ghetto Walmart !!! Like what?????? I didn't even know what to say back to her ... I'm so stressed out I will never support this business. Don't ever trust these ghetto people with your kids birthday party cakes!! I am so upset

I have had so many problems with this store. I do pick up orders with them, because the inside is a mess, never stocked, and the workers are rude.Well, whenever I do a pick up order, The app says to bring your own reusable bags which I do! And because the person dropping off the groceries to my car doesn’t speak to me I leave the bags in the trunk where I want my groceries. Well, the incompetent workers put the items on top of the reusable bags and not inside, every single time. Even when I ask them to put them inside. Today I showed up during my pick up window which was between seven and 8 o’clock at night, And I have been waiting for at least 25 minutes when they finally came out to my car and told me because it’s after 8 o’clock and they’re closed they’re not bringing me out my groceries. I drove 30 minutes from work to pick up these groceries before 8 o’clock and got there before 8 o’clock, And they turned me away and said that I needed to come back tomorrow, Which I can’t do, Which is exactly why I had scheduled to pick up for this evening. When I arrived, there was no one bringing out people orders, and I think they were just waiting behind the door for the building to close so they didn’t have to continue to work. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I will be going to a different Walmart from now on.

Your store has a great selection of products and is quite spacious, but an important part of the success of your business is the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff to the customers. While the person at the entry is a wonderful guy, the cashier at terminal SC011283 has a very bad attitude. She gives customers a bad look and does not engage with them, failing to even say a simple greeting like 'Hello' or 'Thank you'. If she does not want to work, she could go home and wait for her paycheck, if she is lucky enough to receive one without working.

No bags, only self check out open around 9:20/9:30. There were employees and I did try to ask if there were any bags but they were way to busy talking to each other to pay attention to any one else. I would like to say this is my last time coming here but it's down the street from my house, I'll unfortunately be here again. This location can definitely do better. Awful experience.

Most of the associates at Walmart are truly horrible. The associates at the cosmetic counter are talking and playing around instead of helping customers. When I ask them a question, they just ignore me. At this point, I would rather pay more at Target than be treated poorly at Walmart. It seems like they have zero responsibility.

What a terrible Walmart. On multiple visits, the hot-food part of the deli was closed absurdly early. The self-checkouts didn't have bags - neither paper nor reusable ones. The customers, in general, are so terrible that this Walmart actually keeps underwear in a locked case. The employees seem fine, but many of the customers mindlessly block the aisles. And on my most-recent visit, there weren't even any shopping carts inside. Either Walmart itself has gone downhill, or this is just a lousy Walmart at which to shop.

Horrible customer service I experienced yesterday. On March 18, I purchased a 50’ tv . On April 12th the screen stop working.To find out Roku is known to have issues with that ( if I had known I would have bought another brand) Went to the store explained what happened. And the lady was not professional or understanding and accused my proof from cash app was not real. The product does not work. And I can not even swap it out for another tv. So I am out $210.56 because I didn’t have the box. Let’s be for real who stores an 50’ empty box ?And who would ever think that a tv would just stop working. My proof on my digital card has the entire card number which is acceptable but the employee and store policy failed me. And so did Roku. What a coincidence that the customer behind me was returning his tv too for the same reason the SCREEN STOPPED WORKING!! His tv was smaller so he was able to return his successfully. I will no longer shop here . The employees choose whom they want to serve.

Recycling process is key.When buying and paying a deposit fee within drink containers and having the right to reclaim your credit of deposit, one brings the voucher to the cashier, to get paid.On the the 25th of January, at around 830 pm,I used the recycling machine. Once I finished, I did the right thing. It's sad when the cashier knows what to do and fails to do that right . She even had help from another associate, and even she to failed to do the right thing. I had other purchases to make, instead I had the deposit voucher cashed first, to use the credit toward my purchases. I asked the cashier, why is this so difficult? At that time there were others in line waiting behind me to purchase their needs.It was very upsetting for this to occur, when after the cashier explained that the voucher wouldn't show on her screen to payout credit. I asked her why, when all you need to do is look up under coupons and follow the prompts. Unfortunately, she mentioned that I needed to see the manager. Then I requested to see one, and she just stood there. At this moment, I left everything on the counter and left without conducting any business. I'm giving one star 🌟, to start the complaint. Will I ever go this Walmart facility again, I seriously doubt that.

Today with it being last minute shoppers it was jammed packed but all in all a good store. I needed stuff for a new apartment and was able to find all I needed. Their in store wifi with the app works great, you can find exactly where the items you need are located without going all through the store.

Ghetto, there’s nothing more to say. Tons of trash in the parking lot. The store always looks like a tornado hit. It’s so bad now, they have security locks on laundry detergent… LAUNDRY DETERGENT. If you’re shoplifting problem is that big of a deal, think of hiring more security.

I had a very bad experience with customer service in this Walmart Supercenter.I waited for more than 2 hours to get the lock open. And when I asked them to help me they said to wait here and I waited for 40 more minutes but there is no one to help.And when I went back to customer support area they started telling me that they don’t have the keys.And the most irritating words from the support manager is “you are not the only customer in the Walmart”. I can completely agree with this statement but even after requesting the Walmart associates to help me and making announcements for 10-15 time I am the only customer for which the Walmart has to assist.I don’t know why Walmart is providing employment for these kind of people.The worst customer treatment ever.I strongly regret coming to this store.

On the real, this Walmart isn't bad at all. It's had everything I've needed from food, to casual clothes, to car parts that I've needed. My visits are "brick & motor." I get what I want, self check out, ask for bags (friendly staff) when needed, and leave. I'd give a 4.5 star remembering this tall kid. Brother walked me from the side of the store he was stocking (near trash bags and cleaning material) all the way to the bins I was looking for....which was awesome. He knew which area they were in but not the exact aisle. Couldn't ask for more. Top job.

Great experience. Pretty big store. They had everything – normal stuff and some fun things I didn't expect. Prices were good, and the people working there were really nice, making the whole shopping trip awesome. It felt like stumbling upon a treasure trove of affordability and variety.

FIX THE BUTTONS IN THE AISLE‼️ Its bad enough that people stealing has caused the items the rest of us want to buy to be locked away. Then, we press the button in the aisle for service to unlock it. The cake-taker is that I have to HUNT DOWN a store employee with a key!! It should not take 15 minutes to get one item into my cart. Also, the fact that there are soooo many items storewide that are locked up, the staff should always be ready to be constantly getting them for the customers. Those of us whom do not steal are TIRED‼️

I traveled all the way to Walmart after looking online for a item that they said were In stock. After I got to Wal-Mart I could not locate what I was looking for. So I ask an employee where I could find the item. The employee told me that because there shift lead is not there they could not get the item for me because it was locked away. What kind of business can't sell products that they have because someone is not there. So with all employees InThe entire building one can assist me is crazy. Best buy would never and that's exactly where I went to spend my money.

A very rude and unmannerly supervisor at this location by the name of Kay. She had us waiting close to an hour to resolve a simple issue. She has a terrible attitude and same was demonstrated toward my spouse, other customers, and staff members. She doesn't deserve to hold that title.

Though it was super packed for the holidays the lines moved pretty quickly and I was able to get help finding items I couldn't locate! Most of the staff staff was able to assist in English and Spanish and were very courteous.

PHOTO/CARD - Do yourself a favor and find another Walmart location. This one is a mess.This is the THIRD day, not the third time, that I came to pick up my order(should be done by first time in the first day) but wasn’t ready. This time, finally, the employee decide to make instead to tell me that they can’t find. Unfortunately, they printed all wrong, refused to print again, the order from website was perfect but the printer cut some information and they couldn’t find any envelope that should come with order.At costume service, they didn’t know how to refund, where to keep, nothing.After being at store for this pickup over 2 hours this time they refund in my card but kept all my personal information, (name/email/data/address) that was visible in my invitation, accessible to anyone that pass by… not shred, no seal in a envelope, didn’t let me bring back home to shred myself. It’s in a shelf cart walking around at store, where anyone can grab one and find all my personal information. This became a whole s. Show. All that I wanted was have my invitations ready, on time at the first time, with my envelope as it should be.

I needed a nice Brisket and they had 6 to choose from. I went to E. Windsor yesterday and they had 2 that I passed on. Used the self checkout with some other items and the employees I encountered were helpful and friendly. Worth the trip from Bloomfield.

Got to this location at 10:49 and was told by staff and manager that it’s closed when on the website it says closed at 11pm they even call police on my saying they going lock me up for trespassing and I spend $200+ every 2 weeks on groceries here and I can provide statements to prove that! I am not shopping here again!
